The location is very convenient and the breakfast, staff services and respond is great. The room is clean and modern. Only downside is there is no complimentary water or water refilling within the hotel but there is a local supermarket next to it and will be a bit doggy during the night as there is a group of teenagers sitting next to the hotel during the night.

Tea bags and slippers are also provided. It features an en-suite bathroom, a safe, and a refrigerator. All necessary amenities are available. The absolute biggest advantage is its incredibly convenient location, right next to the train station. Catching the airport shuttle is super easy and convenient – it's just downstairs, truly saving a lot of time and hassle. The value for money for a hotel in this location is exceptional.

I recommend this property to solo travelers. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. It's about a 15-minute walk from Milano Centrale Station.
I arrived in Milan late at night and rang the doorbell on the left side of the hotel entrance. Two friendly staff greeted me with smiles and made check-in a breeze.
In the morning, I was served a complimentary breakfast. It included several types of bread, including croissants, sweet juices, and tea. The staff prepared the coffee promptly, tailored to my preferences. I was delighted to start my day with a delicious espresso and croissant.
The ability to store my luggage after check-out was a huge help. Upon requesting storage, the staff safely stored my belongings in a separate locker.
Above all, the two staff members I met were very friendly and helpful.
- I stayed on Valentine's Day, and one of them wished me a happy Valentine's Day. Sharing a laugh with her made me incredibly happy. :) I regret not asking her name.
The service provided by these staff makes me want to come back here again next time I visit Milan.

I wasn't satisfied. I only stayed in Milan for one night and booked a hotel near the train station to catch my train, but I didn't get a good night's rest.
Location: The location is good, very close to Milan Central Station. It's just two stops on Metro Line 2 to Loreto station. However, if you have large luggage, be prepared. Loreto metro station is very large, and the accessibility is terrible; many exits don't have elevators, or the elevators are broken! The closest metro exit to the hotel also has no elevator. My suitcase was too big, and eventually, a kind passerby helped me carry it.
Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, but I have to complain about the automatic sensor facilities in the room. The lights in the room are motion-activated. If you stay in the bathroom for too long, the lights turn off. The worst experience was that the sensor light in the room's entrance hall would suddenly turn on by itself in the middle of the night, flickering and making a ticking sound, which was very frightening. I got up several times in the middle of the night to check but couldn't figure out what was triggering the lights. I didn't sleep well all night.
Breakfast: Do NOT buy their hotel breakfast!!! This was the worst breakfast I've had in Italy. All the food is pre-made, and it's really hard to find such terrible bread in Italy...
When I woke up, it seemed like some insects had bitten my hand; my knuckles were red and swollen.
Note that the mini-bar is not free.

We had a wonderful stay at Glam Hotel Milano. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early since we were traveling with our baby. After a long journey, that small gesture meant so much to our family.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it perfect for resting after a busy day exploring the city. The location is also amazing — it’s literally steps away from Milano Centrale station, making it extremely convenient for trains, transportation, and getting around Milan.
We truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. They made our stay smooth and enjoyable, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

I chose this hotel because I was only staying one night in Milan and needed to catch an early train the next morning. The facilities are quite old, much like most apartments in central Milan, and my window overlooked the train station. There were some good points though: two large bottles of mineral water, which showed thoughtfulness, and surprisingly, disposable toothbrushes. The cleanliness was also well-maintained, and the breakfast was ample, which was a plus.

Wonderful hotel. Felt great in the shower. Loved the hair dryer and luxury feel of the room. Staff were kind and helpful. Great value. I suggest not staying on the block that the hotel is on because it felt dangerous at times with people loitering across the street at all hours. Check out the Main Street or across it, there is a 24h place next to the square. Management should consider posting the “mini-bar” prices near the snacks to avoid surprising guests with a bill for €3.50 per bottle.

The stafff is totally the pillar of the hotel which helps me to prevent the noise from the low quality people at 1am. Loving the friendly staff here.

An apartment where you can stay and hop for the city exploration, as well as for a one-day trip around Milan city. It is not far from Milan central, and there are many grocery stores around. There is even a Japanese restaurant nearby(with all-you-can-eat choice), which is good to help you detox when you have too much Italian food. The service is great, and the amenities are good. You can have coffee(Nespresso) all day, with some good bakery to serve you in the morning. The room is nice and very big.
Overall, it is good. I would come back for you when I come to Milan again.

Amazing
PPaul-YULNice hotel in the heart of Milan 500m from the Duomo, 347 restaurants and likely as many stores. The rooms and common areas are nicely designed with quality materials.
The rooms are well designed with nice large bathrooms and especially rain showers. They have among the most comfortable bathrobes I've ever had at a hotel. That's why it's a mystery to me that the same hotel has the most pathetic pillows l've ever had short of a Super-8 motel. One is too thin and hard and the other is too soft and light. It's time to upgrade to one foam and one down pillow.
The other great mystery is the hair dryer. I think the Dollar Store wall-mounted models actually provide more heat and power.
The breakfast room is where the hits and misses continue. Nice full buffet with a wide array of fruits, breads, charcuterie, cheeses, viennoiseries and cereals. The super automatic espresso machine with fresh milk and beans visible through glass is one of the best l've ever seen.
You'll notice I didn't mentions eggs, bacon and sausages in the buffet. They have all three but the quality lies somewhere between prison and hospital grade. The powdered eggs are terrible and if they aren't powdered but actually fresh, that's even worse. The bacon is a processed pancetta saltier than sardines. The halal sausages completed the trifecta.
Getting back to the hits, the hotel is clean and the staff is dedicated. The rooftop bar is second to few in Milan. It may appear over priced at first with a 23€ minimum charge for all cocktails as a price of admission but that includes three high quality amuse-bouche croquettes. It was more than enough to later save on appetizers at local restaurants. The live DJ was spinning up a nice vibe and the people were as beautiful as the views. The restaurant was fully booked and fully priced so we didn't stay for dinner.
The self-park down the street at 28€ per day was reasonable as were the mini-bar prices. The misses are easy to fix so we'll be back to check on their progress.
GGuest UserThis hotel was a fantastic experience! The location is super convenient with great transport links. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Overall, it was clean and hygienic, offering excellent value for money. I'd definitely love to stay here again!
HHeartleighI stayed at Ostello Bello - Milano Duomo for two nights, and it was an amazing experience. This is the best hostel I’ve stayed in. The location is very accessible, with fast-food restaurants, malls, tourist attractions, and the metro all nearby.
The place is very cozy and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel comfortable right away. The receptionists were very kind and accommodating. I arrived very late, around 1:40 AM, but they still welcomed me without any issues, which I really appreciated.
My room was also great, clean, and comfortable, with a private bathroom that made my stay even more convenient. They also offer free drinks like coffee, tea, and water, along with some nice amenities.
Overall, I would rate this hostel 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.
VVi111Excellent location, right across from the Central Station, with a subway entrance just outside. The room seemed to have been renovated, but the cleanliness was just so-so. There were stains on the sheets that probably couldn't be washed out, which wasn't a great look. Everything else was fine, nothing special.
GGuest UserQuite a walking distance - 17min from Milano Centrale especially the pavement isn't that level.
Initially, we were surprised to see only plastic cups, no kettle in the room. Checked with reception and they actually can provide kettle and tea/coffee sachets.
They were generous to provide complimentary teas of various choices and coffee.
Overall, the stay is fine for 3pax.
JJulius LOCATIONS GOOD, ROOM IS CLEAN, BEST AMONG THE EUROPEAN COUNTRIES I TRAVELED. LOBBY MANAGER HELPED TO CHECK IN AND ARRANGED TO SIT FOR THE TIME BEING.
TAXI AND TRAM AROUND THE HÔTEL REGION, SO NEED NOT TO WALK FOR A LONG DISTANCE. FOR SHOPPING, THERE ARE A LOT OF LUXURY SHOPS NEARBY, RESTAURANTS ARE GOOD, WITH TIPS, SERVICES ATE EXTRAORDINARY.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVELLERS OR PEOPLE ON BUSINESS TRIP TO CHOOSE.
EElenaIt is very mice hotel. The workers was so friendly and help us with a tickets concert, without extra charge. The locations is perfect, 15 min aways from the Duomo by metro and 8 min away from Navigli by foot.
PPutra TurnipOf all hostels I have stayed, Ostelzzz in Milan is for sure the best one. With that amount of money, it already includes the breakfast, the check in procedures is so easy, friendly staffs, and most important thing is the storage fee is so cheap, only 2 euros for a day
I will come back and stay at this hostel if I come to Milan
GGuest UserThis is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips.
