"Great stay with beautiful scenery. The surroundings were lovely and made the experience even more relaxing. Laundry is available, but you’ll need to use an app and scan the QR code at the reception lobby to access it. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay."
"Very nice hotel in a great location to visit Torino, private parking for booking, excellent food, comfortable bed, splendid staff. The only disappointment was not the washing wash and shower washing, so we had to wash in the bide (it can happen in a given structure if you want to be in the center ) we adapted and we understand the disguided but I would have expected a discount, The lighters are not dark and there is a lot of light in the morning, not suitable if the dark needs to sleep, because as I see it, I'd rather see the stars. It is a great deal of rain, and it is clear that this happened in the mansarded rooms, if you are intolerant to light and noise, ask those on the first floor, and I would be very happy to return to it. The dinner with crime FANTASTICA wonderful actors excellent food, absolutely recommended evening ."
"The room facilities are relatively old, but with the enthusiasm and friendliness of the staff, other problems are simply not a problem. It is also very convenient to go to Juventus' home stadium. Highly recommended."
"Good location, close to the city center.Staff was friendly and helpful.
Just a bit noisy during the night due to the tram line passing in front of it."
"Very convenient location if you come by bus or train from neighboring cities on 1-2 day. Near bus and bus and d station. The number is standard, there is everything you need.
Very kind and friendly staff!
What is most pleasant - in the hotel you can leave your luggage if you leave the city in the evening!
I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back to Turin! :)"
"The room is very clean and the hotel is in a good location. There is a square in front of the door. There are cheese and vegetables for sale in the morning. There are often various activities in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. It's very happy! The waiter is very nice. I will stay here again next time."
"Hotel was great!
The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly.
The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe.
It’s not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets.
I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to the city center.
But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!"
"If I go back to Turin, I will go back to this hotel. It is located in the old town, which is good for sightseeing, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the recharge when I checked out, but it was resolved quickly."
"The rooms were quite large, and the hotel was beautiful, but the service was just so-so, and the cleanliness was unsatisfactory! The front desk staff were always cold and unfriendly; I don't know if Italians are just naturally unfriendly or if their training was inadequate."
"A very clean and comfortable hostel to stay in — with cozy mattresses, a kitchen, and the possibility to wash and dry your clothes.
In the evening there are parties and a bar, so you definitely won’t be bored. It’s a bit far from the train stations, but there’s a tram and a bus — the hostel staff explained everything to me."

Amazing
YY DarjeelingThe man who helped for check in was very professional and friendly, spoke French and English too which was great.
I asked for the tourist information at the desk too which was very clear and helpful.
The parking was easy in front of the hotel, a spacious room, a great choice for breakfast.
Cleanliness, in general was good, except a few spots on the floor in the bathroom was missed.
I will recommend to any of my friends.
Yyangling88The apartment has an excellent location; it's within walking distance of the city walk and shopping areas, and Porta Nuova train station is also within easy walking distance. The M4 tram line is right outside, which is very convenient. Turin's public transport is very convenient, so there's no need to take a taxi. I took an Uber once, and it took 20 minutes to get there 😄. Nearby Chinese, Japanese, and Italian restaurants are all good choices based on Google reviews. The hotel was clean and well-equipped, with a washing machine (which was great) and they even provided a small bag of laundry detergent. The mattress was exceptionally soft. There's a kitchen, but no condiments. There's a shared workspace on the first floor where you can drink coffee, but only espresso is available in small and large sizes.
SSanqishilangThis hotel really amazed me. It is a century-old building with a huge wooden door. There are winding paths inside. The receptionist is very sexy. I will take you to the room for introduction. The suite also has a large terrace, a local lavazza coffee machine in the living room, two bathrooms, and a good kitchen. Everything is just right. It is simply too perfect. I woke up in the morning and had a cup of authentic espresso in my own small yard. It was really amazing.
KkyhansVery spacious for a dorm . Excellent! The kitchen is in the basement and not used much. Basically a boutique hotel with a dorm at the roof only. Great alternative to a backpackers hostel.
TTravel addict ✈️Amazing stay in a great student campus. You have a study area, a gym, a nice clean room with high ceilings and a kitchen, communal living room spaces and even a tennis court! Definitely more than you need from a couple nights in the city. The area is very close to the Center, and the transport links are great. Buses get you to the city centre in 15 minutes while walking will take you more like 25-30 min. Also they have a large supermarket in the same building, which is super convenient as they have plenty of choice. But beware — there’s a homeless guy nestling right by the supermarket (that street can get some dodgy action at night). As per the accommodation, the biggest community there is composed of students - all very welcoming and friendly. Receptionists and staff are also very helpful. Feels like a hotel. Recommend 👍🏻
KKGB77Nice enough hotel but located way too far from the centre if you’re relying on public transport. If you have your own car then it’s probably ok. Typical fairly basic Novotel hotel room. Relatively low occupancy when we stayed so didn’t notice any neighbour noise. Tram line was undergoing repair work when we were there which made it very inconvenient to get to the hotel.
GGuest UserConvenient location near the metro stops, friendly service, good breakfast, including a savory selection. I'd say it was a comfortable stay. The room could use some updating, like a small piece of baseboard missing and a repaint in the bathroom, but it's decent and warm. They let me leave my luggage after checkout. Excellent value for money.
GGuest UserHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.
GGuest UserThe hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport.
The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom.
We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.
WWutLeeValue-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement
Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.
Some top places to stay in Turin are near popular attractions like Museo Egizio and Royal Palace of Turin—so you can quickly get to top landmarks and amenities you need.
