"A warm welcome to this modern hotel. Location a bit far from attractions but many taxis outside. Our room was comfortable size with a big sliding door city view. Shower/toilet adequate and clean. The breakfast buffet was good with a big selection of foods and friendly service. We didn't use the Spa facilities. The gym is small but not well ventilated. Overall, a very enjoyable 3 night stay."

"For a hotel that costs around 6,000 yen, the price is reasonable. The interior has been renovated, so there's nothing to complain about with the room. Refrigerator, HDTV, fluffy bed, clean bathroom. Toilet with manual washlet. However, when I checked in, I was told I didn't have a reservation, and I almost wasn't able to check in (even though I had already paid in advance). Information hadn't been passed on from the staff in charge during the day to the staff in charge at night. I hope they take measures to prevent this from happening again. Also, there's zero soundproofing, so be careful if that bothers you."

"Everything about the stay was brilliant, the team were attentive and supportive with helping with everything from brilliant recommendations to arranging transfers! They have the most adorable kittens on site who are very friendly! Location is great for everything no more than 10 mins away from old town, lots of restaurants and cool bars nearby with coffee shops and little store on most corners, the whole area is very friendly"

"We were weary and tired after a disrupted sleep in Tel Aviv only to arrive in Jordan and discover that for the third time, our flights out of Amman airport had been rescheduled. The staff were so sympathetic and helpful calling repeatedly to get us some answers while dealing with the many guests who had come for what appeared to be a delicious buffet dinner. We chose to dine in our room and our meals were fit for a queen. We booked this hotel because their advertising described breakfast as their GREAT breakfast and both meals certainly were. The service throughout our stay was excellent and we only moved so that we could be at a place that was closer to the airport. The only downfall was that the room had a strange odour. We realised later that a previous guest had left something questionable behind.. and pushed under the bed! That was not the staff’s fault"

"Отель рапсположен в 600 метрах от остановки автобусоа Jett (почему и был выбран). Все бы ничего, но в момере в январе нет горячей воды в душе, либо начинаеш мыться теплой а заканчиваешь холодной. Причем в течение двух дней подряд. Для января это недопустимо. Вариает не лучший."

"Stayed at this hotel for a 2nd time & the room was not so clean as the 1st room & was more outdated and had a horrible strong smell! Other than that everything else was good, breakfast is decent, we only stayed for the night so didn’t want to spend much! Beddings were clean! The pool is open from 6am till 11pm. However, it’s for women and children till 2pm and men can use till 11pm, no women & children allowed after 2! But it’s full of men at all times, they should’ve had a ladies timings too"

"Mr Mamdouh and Mr odai was very helpful and supportive. Literally when I go back to this hotel if because of those 2 persons. Also all the stuff was nice. Hotel was super calm and clean. Food is delicious."
