"A decent hotel overall. Nice view from the terrace, and it's clean. Dinner costs an extra 20 JOD per person, and there aren't many other dining options around. Dinner included BBQ, soups, and salads. Breakfast was a bit sparse, with a lot of local cuisine and not much in the way of European options. The town itself is pretty empty; there's really nothing to do there besides visiting Petra."

"We arrived in Petra with suitcases via the JETT bus, so minimizing the distance we had to walk with luggage was a key consideration — and this hotel was a great fit. Pros: • Excellent location — about a 2-minute walk from the JETT bus drop-off point and the Petra Visitor Center; nearby there are restaurants, souvenir shops, and small grocery stores. • Communicating with staff in English was fine, and they were friendly. • Good variety in the breakfast buffet. • The room included a sofa, which was a nice touch. • The room was quiet. • Heating/air-conditioning worked well. • A large bottle of water was provided in the room. Cons: • The door stopper on the floor was placed in the narrow walkway next to the sofa — I accidentally kicked it a few times, which was painful. Not the best design choice."

"Nice, slightly older hotel in a good location, right in front of Petra's visitor gate. The gym is clean but a bit old and rather small. Breakfast was okay. The egg station is good. The selection is alright. Overall, it's pretty decent. However, the coffee at breakfast was undrinkable – I couldn't drink it at all. But then again, I'm spoiled, living in Austria next to Italy."

"The boss is so friendly and there is a parking lot so you can park It takes 3 minutes to drive to Petra and the boss tells you about the course and recommends it. The hostel was clean and so nice. I will definitely come back here next time I come to Petra."

"Had an amazing time, the staff were friendly and helpful giving us great advice about petra and when we shared it was an anniversary they went above and beyond to make our stay special."

"Large room, with perfect bathroom. Very good the pool and the free shuttle service to Petra. Good and large breakfast. Only dinner isn't up to par with the hotel; the buffet is always the same and poorly prepared. It's worth considering that the price of our package was very reasonable, so it's no problem. But at full price, the restaurant isn't worth the stay."

"The hotel should have been acquired by the Crowne Plaza brand of InterContinental Hotels. It is right at the entrance of the scenic area, which is very convenient. Compared with the Swissotel across the street, the hotel's two restaurants are very good value for money, even cheaper than the tourist restaurants on the street, and there are no flies flying around. I recommend it. The hotel facilities are not new, but it is very comfortable and quiet."

"It's true that you have to go up to the 4th floor by the iron stairs. Am I right on these stairs?? Do you really have to go up on this?? If you feel it, the stairs are right. The staff are really friendly. I want to go again because of this. They lent me a towel as well, and I was really impressed. If you have dinner, I recommend paying for it here. It's the most honest here. Don't go out and buy it at the supermarket. We sell everything at the accommodation, so I recommend buying water or something like that at the accommodation."

"The hotel is a wonderful and careful resort in the least detail , full of history . Unfair cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms. Restaurant with a variety of buffet and quality for dinner and breakfast. Excellent staff service , friendly and comfortable. That's a great choice!"
