"Stayed at Noku Osaka recently. Overall, the stay was okay and the hotel had a cozy atmosphere. The room was quite small, especially if you have large luggage, but it was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The transportation access was not the most convenient, and the surrounding area was relatively quiet with fewer shops and restaurants nearby compared to other areas in Osaka. That said, the hotel itself felt calm and cozy, so it may still suit travelers who prefer a quieter environment."

"Pros: 1. Exceptionally clean. 2. The room has an transom window that can be opened for ventilation (it's rare for high-end city hotels to offer openable windows; I hope they retain this feature when they renovate). Fresh air is definitely better than a ventilation system, as ventilation ducts can also accumulate pollutants. 3. High-quality ingredients used for breakfast. 4. Room service food is delicious; I ordered it multiple times (mainly because there aren't many dining options nearby). 5. Plenty of convenience stores in the vicinity. 6. Excellent water pressure in the bathroom, very refreshing. 7. The toilet light brightness is adjustable, allowing you to see clearly at night without being fully woken up. 8. Great location. It's actually quite close to Umeda. A taxi to Shinsaibashi cost 125 yen, and back from Umeda was between 70-80 yen. A taxi to Universal Studios Japan (USJ) was 365 yen. The airport is less than an hour away. 9. All staff members greet you with a bow, giving a very 'old money' imperial vibe. 10. The rooms are spacious. I recommend booking a 40 square meter room for a very comfortable stay. Cons: 1. The adjacent shopping mall is struggling, and all the restaurants inside have closed down, leaving very few dining options nearby. Only McDonald's is open; otherwise, you have to walk at least 700-800 meters to find a decent restaurant. Also, the hotel doesn't offer a buffet dinner for lunch or dinner, which meant I had to rely on room service. 2. The hotel provides very few toiletries; there wasn't even body lotion. Who doesn't moisturize after a shower? Hotels like Okura at least provide a small sample pack with a tiny packet of makeup remover, face wash, toner, and lotion – that can't cost much. 3. The room service menu could be more diverse. 4. The buffet breakfast variety is exactly the same every day. After eating it for five days, it was hard to keep going. Couldn't they introduce a little variety?"

"I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and paid nearly TWD 9,000 for one night, expecting a memorable stay. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I requested a room with a view of the Tenjin Festival fireworks through Trip.com almost two months before my stay. Trip.com later confirmed that this request had been forwarded to the hotel. However, I was only informed at check-in that my room would not have a fireworks view, leaving me with no opportunity to change my room or book another hotel. What disappointed me even more was the attitude of the front desk staff. When I asked whether my request had been received, I was met with a questioning tone and was asked if I had actually sent the message. I was then told that the hotel had only received information that it was my birthday, and that rooms with fireworks views were more expensive. However, I later checked the hotel’s official website and found that the price for those rooms was very similar to what I had already paid through Trip.com. Instead of trying to understand or resolve the situation, the staff repeatedly told me to contact Trip.com and insisted that it was not the hotel’s responsibility. Later, Trip.com informed me that they had indeed forwarded my request to the hotel but never received a response. The room itself was clean and the facilities were nice, but good facilities cannot make up for poor customer service. I expected much better hospitality from a Hilton property, especially on such an important occasion. Sadly, this experience ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration. I hope the hotel will improve its communication with booking partners and provide better training for its front desk staff so that future guests do not experience the same disappointment."

"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Shinsaibashi and about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. There's also a ship chandlery store along the way, perfect for a quick browse. The people in Osaka are indeed much warmer than those in Tokyo; their service attitude is excellent, and they're very responsive. When the small safe in my room malfunctioned, the front desk lady came immediately to fix it and even gave me two breakfast vouchers. I regret not asking for her name when I left; I'll be sure to do so next time I have the chance."

"This hotel is located on a corner right by the road. The rooms are a bit small, but there's a supermarket and convenience store downstairs. Breakfast was alright, though I missed out on the Wagyu beef as it's only served for a limited time. Overall, it was just okay."

"This was my third time staying at your hotel, and due to personal reasons, I ended up staying for 20 consecutive nights this time. The hotel's basic facilities are quite comprehensive; the room had an air purifier, microwave, and sink, and the space was sufficient. There was plenty of storage with a safe, cupboards above and below, and even space under the bed for belongings. Towels, toothbrushes, and other amenities could be replaced by staff upon request, and the room had no unpleasant odors. What the hotel lacks is that the air conditioning in the room is too noisy and needs improvement. Just outside the hotel, on Sakaisuji Road, there's a Sugi Pharmacy store that sells a variety of food items like chocolates and biscuits, which are tax-free, and you can even get a discount if you spend over 10,000 yen. I've stayed at three other hotels in this vicinity, and yours offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth recommending."

"The hygiene was excellent, but the triple room was very cramped, making it impossible to open large suitcases. The separate toilet and shower room were good, much more comfortable than combined bathrooms. My biggest complaint was the breakfast, which was Italian cold cuts with no Japanese options at all. Across the street, there's a mall with Uniqlo, Muji, stationery, and a drug store, but the selection isn't huge, so you'll still need to go to larger department stores for serious shopping. The subway directly across the street goes straight to Kyoto, and the airport bus stop is also nearby, but you need to reserve seats in advance. If you plan to take it, go to the platform beforehand to check it out and scan the QR code to book your seat."

"The space of the hotel room is considered huge in Japan. If you make a reservation through trip, you need to go to the front desk to check in. There is a translation machine at the front desk, so it doesn’t matter if you don’t speak Japanese. The room is fully equipped and it is a great experience!"

"The room was fairly clean, with bunk beds, which gave me the feeling of my student days. I shared a room with people I knew for over 100 yuan per person, which was quite affordable. The only problem was that the Japanese people in the room next to us were drinking and making noise all the time, but they quieted down after I put a small note behind them."

"I really liked the hotel. The staff was helpful, informative, and answered all my questions. The room was cozy, with a small refrigerator, a double bed, and air conditioning. There was a large desk and chair. The location is excellent, close to a park and the subway. Among the additional features, I took advantage of the luggage scale (available at reception) and the luggage transfer service from Osaka to Tokyo (the price was reasonable, and they promised fast delivery, but it's best to confirm the delivery date with reception). In my opinion, the location of the power outlets is a bit awkward, but there are plenty in the room. The entrance is visible from afar: it's next to a huge arch."
