This hotel is located right next to the Kitamuki Kannon template in the bessho onsen area. A very nice place with welcoming and friendly staff. The surrounding place is calming, allowing you to slow down and unwind from the usual busy bustling city life. Little details from nice room design and amenities, valet parking to serving afternoon snacks and coffee/teas definitely make on-the-road travellers relaxed and comfortable. Food was excellent too - fresh, tasty and well presented for guests to enjoy in private dining rooms. Overall a great experience and stay.

Exceeded expectations! clean! tidy! The setting is perfect! It turned out to be a 150-year-old store. The service in the Millennium Hot Spring Town is very warm, simple and in place, very professional and intimate. I really enjoy this hotel, the water is very clean, the house is very comfortable, and the daily meals are full!

Perfect stay. Amazing modern onsen ryokan. Lovely privat baths ideal for couples or families. Food was also really good and communication with the lovely staff in english (with some help from google translate) easy.

The arrival time was around 22 o'clock, but it was a warm response. I was able to choose bread for breakfast and spend a relaxing time in a quiet restaurant. The corn soup was delicious too ♪

Just can we not use disposable lunch boxes? The hotel is in a good location, only 400 meters away from Ueda Castle. There is a sushi restaurant 150 metres from the hotel. 500 meters from the hotel is Tenjin Shopping Center (for shopping and dining) We wanted to go to Bessho Onsen, but considering the accommodation in the hot spring area, we chose this place.
