The hotel has a sea view across the street, and I found it fascinating how the pool seemed to be connected to the ocean. Dinner included a barbecue and a formal course meal. Since the barbecue was fully booked, I opted for the course meal, which was fantastic! Breakfast was also delicious, and the surrounding area was well-maintained, making it a great place to take pictures. I wanted to see the stars at night, but it was a bit cloudy, so I couldn't really see them. There was also a stargazing tour available at the hotel. There was a small souvenir shop within the hotel, which I browsed and found a variety of souvenirs to buy. I'd love to visit this hotel again!

The breakfast offered a wide variety of good quality options, and even on weekdays, the hotel had a high occupancy rate. The staff were very friendly; I was particularly touched when the gentleman responsible for cleaning in the morning bowed to me in a traditional Japanese greeting. We booked sea view rooms through Trip.com, and my friend and I each made separate bookings. It turned out the room types were slightly different, with one being much closer to the sea, which led to a bit of a disagreement with the front desk. Luckily, we speak Japanese, and the hotel eventually made a compromise, for which I'm grateful! I hope Trip.com can be more accurate when describing room types during the booking process to avoid such unnecessary hassle. The hotel is right by the sea, and the water is clear, but it's a shame there's no sandy beach, which was a bit disappointing. The rooms are also on the smaller side.

The room is spacious and comfortable in a suite. The parking lot was free and convenient in front of the room. There was a stain like dirt on the sofa and walls and it remained as it was. Breakfast is a small variety. The staff seemed to have no spirit of hospitality, such as guiding the counter even though the table was empty. The beach sunshine hotel next door is much better with breakfast and staff helpful response.

The location is absolutely fantastic. It's just a three-minute walk to the bus terminal, and there are many famous local shops nearby. Plus, the street right next door turns into a lively Izakaya street in the evenings. The staff are incredibly thoughtful and attentive; they always go out of their way to help us resolve any issues (they also offer services like taxi booking and car rental).
As for facilities, the first floor boasts a large public bath (onsen), a souvenir shop, a laundry room, and a swimming pool. The public bath is quite traditional, so do note its specific operating hours. If you happen to forget your waterproof bag, the shop sells them, though their quality isn't great for photography. On the third floor, you'll find an ice machine and vending machines for beer and other drinks, which is super convenient for a quick purchase, even with nearby convenience stores.
Our tour guide mentioned that the breakfast here is also excellent, but we didn't have enough time during our trip to add it to our package.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to friends! While the price point is mid-to-high range, I truly feel it offers excellent value for money.

很適合獨旅！單人房有廚房、浴缸，有個人空間很棒，對面就是超市，地毯有污漬但是會穿拖鞋所以個人比較沒關係，床乾淨比較重要，床也很舒適，不會睡得腰痠背痛。飯店也有提供租車，租了三天，車子也很乾淨。如果再來石垣島獨旅，會再住這裡，CP值很高。

Facility was very nice - especially with the fridge and washing machine, which makes it very convenient for travellers on extended trips.
Breakfast, as the name suggests, is a very strong point of the hotel with fresh sashimi and a lot of local delicacies available. Although on busier days the restaurant might seem a bit small, but overall it's managable. Even for those plans without breakfast they would provide you with a smoothie everyday as well so that's a good point.
Also enjoyed the free drinks available, especially on the alcoholic drinks provided in the condonium.
Distance-wise it was within walking distance to the city centre and very close to the airport bus stop.

Very good choice, especially assigned to the high-rise sea view suite, large area, several sea views, kitchen, living room, complete and clean facilities, parents in the same group are full of praise, there is a bus stop at the entrance of the hotel, there is a convenience store nearby
The structure of the two bedrooms is especially in line with the needs of family multi-person travel, and living together without disturbing each other, perfect!

First time in my life going to Ishigaki, the location was good that we could travel to other places within 10min ride of taxi. The workers were so gentle and kind, always willing to help as much as possible. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.

It's a little far from the city center and the bus terminal, so if you have a lot of luggage and want to go out to eat, it's a bit of a walk. It takes about 20 minutes. There are restaurants nearby, but they're limited in number. The room was reasonably spacious and clean, so there were no problems. Smoking was allowed in the room, so the smell permeated the futon and other items, which was disappointing. Other than that, breakfast was included, and there was unlimited coffee and other drinks in the lobby at any time, which was nice. The front desk staff were also very helpful.

GGuest UserMesmerizing hotel! As soon as we stepped inside, we immediately felt so relaxed. Everything in this hotel contributes to giving it a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere, from the super friendly and accommodating staff to the slow-paced breakfast and the sea view from the bedroom.
This is a new hotel and the equipment is very modern and elegant (bathroom, toilet, walls) and the bedding is extremely comfortable, including super pajamas!
The breakfast is served at 7:30am or 8:30am with Japanese and Western options available. They also offer dinner options with a few hours' notice.
There is a bus stop nearby but it's definitely better to have a car as it seemed difficult to walk around and find beaches/restaurants, though that also makes the place very quiet and relaxing.
Excellent value for money, we browsed a lot of options and this might be the best one if you do not want to go for a resort-style hotel.

SSa_cinVery clean and well organised. The guest house is kept spotless and has all that you may need. From the rooms which are very well organised and each person has his unique space kind of like a small room to himself, to the temperature of the aircon, which too often is kept very low, whereas here it is kept cool but not freezing. The service is very good, there is always someone in reception from 7AM to 11PM and they are always ready to help. Toilets are super clean and well kept, and you are given 2 towels daily for you to use. Also, if you stay more than 5 nights, you get a new set of bedsheets to use (you have to change them on your own).
The kitchen is very well equipped and if you want to cook, they have all the necessary tools. Also, the common room is very well displayed, it is cosy and a nice space to socialize. An additional room to hang to dry wet clothes is outside of the back entry and can be very handy after a day at the seaside.
Overall, one of the best guesthouses I have been in during my trip in Japan.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and comfortable, though the pillows weren't the best. The hotel staff were all very good, but there seemed to be too few of them. When we checked out early, everyone was busy in the restaurant, and the front desk was unattended. It took us a while to find someone, even though we had already provided our departure and check-out times during check-in. The hotel has a great variety of recreational facilities, including multiple pools, snorkeling and diving excursions, as well as SUP and kayaks available by the shore. There's also a golf course. Dining at the hotel was convenient, and there's also an excellent certified Ishigaki beef restaurant nearby, plus a good Tri-Mountain ramen place.

GGuest UserFuku-chan, Nicole and ２ cats, algae balls and boiled beans were gently welcomed, and the number of days of stay passed in no time. It is a very satisfying inn and recommended to everyone.
The interior and exterior are very nice. I feel like 〜 I came to the resort. I used the parking lot for renting a car.
The living room is clean and comfortable. The bed futon was very fluffy and I could sleep well.
The area is very convenient location if you have a car rental. It is very close to Fusaki Beach and you can walk to the beach (passing the main building of Fusaki Beach Resort, especially no procedures).
I had breakfast. The dishes that are particular about each ingredient and seasoning will heal your mind and body.
We have never experienced it, but we can receive healing treatments and Yoga.
It is an inn that I want to visit again.

GGuest UserIt's a really nice place and comes fully equipped, including a washer with detergent and a spacious balcony for air drying clothes. The toiletries and amenities are also great, and even the toilet paper is good quality, not thin or flimsy.
You can occasionally hear sounds from the corridor, but they are brief and not very disruptive. There is no street noise, very quiet. However, if you book a second floor room, you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Free parking is available. The location is a short walk to the town area and public market, and about a seven minute walk to the bus stop.
Before check in, you need to call the property to get the door code, as there are usually no staff on site, you could do it via app so it is fre. This may be inconvenient for some guests. I recommend calling in advance, as they do not always pick up immediately.

CCL8888This hotel is very new and clean and modern. The location is prime. Right across the street of the terminal. If you choose higher floor, you will enjoy the ocean view with clear view of the terminal and can even see the big cruise ship. Right next to the hotels are some shops and restaurants. The room itself is extremely spacious and plenty of space for your suitcase and clothes to hang around to dry. The breakfast is good. You can order as much as you can and it was very tasty. You can also store the luggage in the hotel to suit your day trips to the nearby island. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone but please be sure to book early as it runs out fast.

All the basic amenities are provided.
Towels are also replaced daily.
Laundry detergent is available for 50 yen.
There's also a washer and dryer, so no need to worry about laundry. 😀
The downtown area is only a 5-minute walk away.
There's also a Family Mart just a minute away, which is convenient.
If I ever return to Ishigaki, I would book this place again without hesitation.
