"The room facilities were quite old, and the layout was really strange – the washbasin area faced the bed with no door separating it. The toilet had a door, but it was a mirrored door, which was a bit creepy. The window was even stranger; it wouldn't stay open. As soon as I opened it, it would swing shut with the breeze. I kept opening and closing it all night, which made it hard to sleep. It got stuffy when closed, but it wouldn't stay open. On the bright side, the breakfast was pretty good value, I think it was around 80 per person. There's also a small convenience store downstairs that's open from 4 PM to midnight. The hotel's coffee shop is only open in the mornings. There's a horse stable next to the hotel where you can see horses, but it smells quite bad. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, and there are plenty of small restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries around the hotel. Overall, it's quite convenient."

"Great stay at Best Jeju Seongsan. The location is very convenient, close to Seongsan Ilchulbong and other attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a good place to stay when visiting Jeju."

"I love this location and this hotel is near to scenic spot , if you guys seen k drama this location looks like this .. but we don’t get food near buy nevertheless we walk in night and there are many restaurants for dinner and receptionist can speak English and they are helpful and they help to book taxi .. "The room size is perfect for solo travellers! What I really like is that it is conveniently located near Seongsan Ilchulbong within a 10 minutes walking distance. It is also close to Seopjikoji too :) Have many good eateries and convenient stores around so you don't have to worry about food. The room seemed a little old where you can see the painting and some of the furniture chipping off. The walls are quite thin so sometimes it can be quite noisy if there are new guests moving in. Overally still a good stay!"

"First, my initial thoughts: I was prepared for a 'prison-like' room before checking in, but staying here, I actually found the room small but cozy! Coupled with other advantages, the actual experience exceeded my expectations. Now, for the pros: 1. **Rich Community Facilities:** Besides the accommodation buildings, there's a standalone coffee shop, a standalone small bar (received a free beer voucher upon check-in), a GS25 convenience store (the female staff member was very friendly), a gift shop (at the front desk), and a breakfast/lunch restaurant (you can get a discount if you purchase breakfast at the front desk a day in advance). 2. **Excellent Location for Olle Trail 1:** It's very convenient for those doing Olle Trail Route 1. You can walk to Gwangchigi Beach, the starting point of Route 1, in about 10 minutes. 3. **Friendly Staff:** All the service staff were very friendly and could communicate well in English. 4. **Spacious Bathroom:** Although the room itself was small, the bathroom and shower area were quite spacious. 5. **Free Airport Shuttle:** This was an incredibly valuable service. I took the 10:30 AM shuttle to the airport. No reservation was needed, the bus arrived on time, and it took about an hour to reach the airport. Areas for improvement: 1. **Lack of Hooks in Room:** My room had no hooks, except for two small ones in the toilet. I suggest adding one more in the main room without taking up extra space (I saw some other smaller room types had them). 2. **Soap Dispenser Design:** The hand soap dispenser had a short pump, which was inconvenient to use when my hands were dirty. A longer nozzle would be much better. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would consider staying here again if I plan to do other Olle trails on the Seongsan side."

"Parking is limited and a bit difficult to maneuver. The front desk staff were quite helpful. The hotel had a pleasant, welcoming scent upon entry, which was nice. There's no water dispenser, but two bottles of water are provided. The shower stall doesn't have a door, so be careful of water leaking out (you might need to lay down a towel). The bed is on the firmer side, and there's a mattress protector under the sheets, which was a bit uncomfortable. There was also a small leak from the ceiling near the Tiandi Yuan area."

"The room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, the room was spacious, and the shower had good water pressure. I highly recommend the front desk's car rental service. The service was superb, and the person renting out the cars was reasonable and didn't overcharge. You can rent a bike with peace of mind! Highly recommended!!!!"

"I stayed in two different room types over two nights, and I'd recommend the deluxe room as the facilities are more updated with a sea view. There aren't many dining options nearby, but you can head to the Seongsan Ilchulbong area. This place is more suitable for travelers with their own car."

"Our family of 5 has a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — right in front of the sea, offering beautiful views and a very relaxing atmosphere. It's also convenient for exploring famous local food spots, including many coffee shops, famous Jeju black pork restaurants, and fresh seafood places. Getting to Udo Island and Ilchubong was easy. My daughter and son especially loved being able to go for a run in the morning and evening right along the coastline. The hotel was clean, and the staff were genuinely helpful at all times. The hotel also has a convenient car park, a lift, and even a heated toilet seat. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a beautiful seaside setting."
