The room was spotless with a great view, and the bed was so soft I slept like a baby. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. The location was fantastic, right by the sea. A perfect stay, couldn't fault it!

I was worried about the review, but the hotel staff changed their management in February this year and remodeled it. The room was larger than I thought, and even though it was 2 beds, there was a lot of space left. The view from the window was good, The bathroom was clean and nice. The restaurant was clean and the breakfast was especially home-cooked. Good value for money, and I think I will come again every time I come on a business trip. recommendation!!

Facilities: The first-floor lobby is spacious with plenty of seating, and also features a microwave, massage chairs, computers, and a water dispenser. However, the water dispenser wasn't working when I visited, but it didn't impact my trip. There's a dining area on the basement level, but I didn't get a chance to go. Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues at all. I saw the housekeeping staff cleaning the rooms in the hallway every day. Environment: The hotel's internal environment is excellent. There's a convenience store right outside, and a very interesting park behind the hotel where you can climb a small hill. If you want to shop, it's also very close to the duty-free shop. The supermarket is a bit further, about 2-3 kilometers. There's a bus stop within 500 meters of the hotel, making transportation very convenient. Service: They offered a complimentary pick-up or drop-off service to Jeju Airport, which was absolutely fantastic! My only minor issue was one morning around 7 AM when the hallway was very noisy. It sounded like a local tour group was departing or hotel staff were chatting; I couldn't understand what they were saying.

The room had a large and a small bed, which was plenty of space for one person. Though the facilities were a bit dated, it was spotlessly clean and very hygienic. Overall, I was very satisfied, especially considering the price point. At just over 100 RMB for a night, it offered excellent value.

The best of this apartment includes its great price, large rooms with a balcony overlooking the main street, strategic location with souvenir shops, restaurants, walking avenue, Shilla duty free around. 10-min taxi from airport. I also like its silky soft pillow case and bedding. But one must note that it's not a hotel and service is very limited if not absent. Guests have to check in on its own with the kiosk on G/F. There's a Chinese apps WeChat that one may communicate with the staff (they only know Korean, very limited English). Checkin and checkout time (4pm and 11am) are rigid. Extra charge required for leaving the luggage at the so called front desk after checkout. No one came to my room to clean up throughout my 4-night stay. Only one toilet roll provided throughout my stay. When I entered the room on the first day, I got a strong bad odour and finally identified it's the stingy dish washing sponge next to the sink.

The location is just over two kilometers from the airport, near the intersection of a main road and a new community. It's quiet at night, surrounded by parks and a river. A taxi to the airport only takes about five minutes (costing around 5,000 KRW / 20-30 CNY), which is very convenient. There's a CU convenience store within walking distance, and the area is full of budget-friendly hotels. The front desk is run by a family who are very friendly. The room was perfectly adequate, with two beds of different sizes, making it suitable for a family of three. One bed was wider, and there was even an electric blanket, which was a very thoughtful touch. It had everything you needed, even toothpaste provided. The hot water was plentiful with good pressure. This place offers excellent value for money! 👍

Great! It's very clean and hygienic. It's convenient for getting everywhere, with lots of delicious food and drinks nearby. There's also a convenience store right downstairs. It's very quiet and excellent overall. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The ambiance here is fantastic, and they even provide kitchenware, which was a nice touch. The service was excellent – they even went the extra mile to help us order food delivery. The property is conveniently located, making it absolutely perfect for a family trip. My family really enjoyed the little garden, and the amenities provided were comprehensive. Plus, getting a taxi was super easy.

I compared over a dozen hotels for this Jeju trip, and choosing Best Western Jeju was the smartest decision. As an international chain, it delivers quality while being incredibly affordable, far exceeding my expectations. The location is absolutely unbeatable. The hotel is situated in the most vibrant area of New Jeju, just 3.5 km from Jeju International Airport, a quick 10-minute taxi ride away – a huge plus for travelers with lots of luggage. Even better, it's a mere 10-minute walk to Lotte Duty Free and 15 minutes to Shilla Duty Free. You can shop, drop off your purchases at the hotel, and avoid lugging heavy bags around. The room experience was also excellent. We stayed in a deluxe twin room, and at 30 square meters, it's easily one of the most spacious options for this price range in Jeju. We could easily open two 28-inch suitcases simultaneously with plenty of room to move around. Although the hotel opened in 2015, it's very well-maintained, clean, tidy, and completely odor-free. The bedding was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The service was very attentive. The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, so communication was effortless. Check-in and check-out were very quick, and they proactively offered us a Jeju map and recommended local dining spots and attractions. The 24-hour front desk service was also very convenient; no matter how late we returned, someone was always there to assist us.

Great Stay at Oakra Hotel The hotel is definitely worth the price. I arrived around 2 PM feeling very tired from traveling and didn’t realize that the official check-in time was 4 PM. Thankfully, Ms. Gao Shuang was very kind and accommodating. Since the room was already available, she allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it a good place to rest after a long trip. The room also had useful amenities like a refrigerator, heater, and small towels, which were very convenient. My only minor concern is that there was no cup in the room for making tea or coffee. It would be great if the hotel could add that simple amenity. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend Oakra Hotel for travelers looking for good value and comfortable accommodation.
