"I've never left a bad review for a hotel in all these years; I always give good ones! I really can't stand hotels that don't change their bedsheets. It was past midnight, and I didn't want to disturb the cleaning staff, so I just slept in long pants. The next day, I mentioned it to the front desk, but when I came back late that night, the sheets still hadn't been changed. I definitely won't be staying at the Yingwu Walking Hotel again (there was even a ***** hair 😩, which I didn't photograph). A really bad hotel experience. But I still love Busan~"

"The room was spotless and spacious, and the location is absolutely fantastic. It's in the same building as Club D Oasis and X the Sky, with direct access to the beach right downstairs. Haeundae Blueline Park is just a 5-minute walk away, which is incredibly convenient. There are tons of great food options both within the hotel building and within walking distance. You'll find everything from abalone porridge, pork soup with rice, seafood, and sashimi to Korean BBQ, fried chicken, bakeries and coffee shops, and Western restaurants – so many different choices! The Family Lounge offers snacks and drinks all day, and alcoholic beverages in the evening. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and there's also a small kids' play area. The hotel staff were all incredibly attentive and friendly. It was a much better experience than I expected!"

"When I was choosing a hotel, I really wanted a large 1.8-meter bed and a sea view. This hotel perfectly fit the bill. The room was spacious with L-shaped windows offering great sea views. Upon check-in, they provided a box of delicious small pastries. They also provided two capsule coffees daily, one caffeinated and one decaffeinated. On the fourth floor, there's a Starbucks and a convenience store, which is very handy. The infinity pool on the sixth floor, though not large, offers an amazing view. There aren't many hotels that have direct access to the beach and trees right outside, only this one and the one next door. The hotel is very close to Haeundae Beach, within walking distance. You can also walk along the coastline to the APEC House Park. The room cleaning was impeccable every day, and it was quiet at night. The only downside is that the room doors can be a bit noisy, especially when neighboring rooms open their doors at night. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Busan."

"This really looks like a resort hotel. The front desk staff's English isn't great, and the location is a bit out of the way – there aren't even any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby. It's quite close to the Dongbusan outlet mall though. The entire hotel complex is very fancy and huge. The parking lot is massive and luxurious, but there are so many cars... Check-in is on the 10th floor, and there were no bellhops or any signs to guide us. After checking in, no one told us where our room was, they just gave me a map... It took us half an hour to find it, circling around the hotel. I didn't see any staff during that time, and I was getting pretty annoyed. The room itself is quite large, but both the room and public areas show clear signs of wear and tear (lots of dirty marks on the walls, poorly maintained). The view is great though; you can see the ocean from the balcony and even catch the sunrise, although the angle is a bit off :) What I found most unacceptable was that the body wash/shampoo was just soap. It lathered up incredibly slowly and barely produced any suds. With my normal length but somewhat thick hair, just getting it to lather took me 15 minutes! It seriously prolonged my shower time. A truly awful experience. If you don't mind these things or bring your own toiletries and just care about the view, then this place is for you – the scenery is unbeatable. But all in all, I don't think it's worth the price. It's a hotel that's all style and no substance."

"Pros: The location is excellent. It's a mere 3-minute walk to Haeundae Beach, which is incredibly close. Haeundae Blueline Park is also just 800 meters away, a pleasant stroll. E-mart is within 600 meters, and you can pick up face masks at the pharmacies along the way. The Sea Life Aquarium is right next to a food street with plenty of options, perfect for taking the kids. The airport shuttle bus also stops directly across from the hotel. Overall, the location is superb. Cons: The room is small. I wouldn't recommend it for a family of three. I was traveling alone with my child and a 20-inch suitcase, and the room felt tiny, comparable to a budget hotel like Hanting in China. The breakfast was even worse than Hanting's, making the stay quite uncomfortable. I only tried the breakfast for the experience, but I strongly advise against buying it. There's hardly anything to eat, as shown in the picture, with limited variety and slow replenishment of items. At over 100 RMB per adult, it's definitely not worth it..."

"The window view from the room was truly stunning; it made for beautiful photos on a sunny day. Plus, it's incredibly close to the Mipo Capsule Train and the Beach Train, just under a five-minute walk through a shortcut. Haeundae Beach is also nearby. However, I'm not sure why, but when I asked the hotel the day before if they could call a taxi, they said yes. Yet, the next morning, the front desk was empty, and the elevator wasn't working. It was quite a struggle to carry my large suitcase down. Perhaps staff only arrive after 9 AM? Also, it's about a one-kilometer walk from the subway station, and it's mostly uphill to the hotel, so I'd recommend taking a taxi."

"【Park Hyatt Busan】Stayed in the 'sailboat' of Haeundae, where the floor-to-ceiling windows framed Gwangandaegyo Bridge and the entire ocean. I fell asleep to the sound of the sea breeze and the city lights, experiencing both relaxation and luxury. Environment: The hotel's location is relatively quiet with fantastic views. There's a supermarket downstairs, and a noodle shop and two great cafes very close by, which was quite convenient for a tourist. Facilities: Very new, especially the stunning view outside the floor-to-ceiling windows. I didn't even want to close the curtains at night! Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Excellent."

"had a good time thanks to the lovely staff. i love that there’s free coffee that you can help yourself to all day! the common area is alcohol friendly, so it might be a bit rowdy depending on the guests who are there drinking. the showers are great with good water pressure and perfect temperatures, but the showers stall doors are tiny which might be awkward for those who are shy. the best part is the gym, it’s amazing and more equipment than i could even nam"

"I'll definitely be back at Noel Business Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The AC in my room wasn't working and the staff moved me to another room to better accommodate me. The hotel is a short walk from Haeundae Beach and close to many restaurants and convenience stores. Breakfast was basic, but just enough. Thank you, Noel Business Hotel!"

"We were upgraded to a side-ocean view family room, and the view was even better than expected. It's super convenient to get to Haeundae Beach by just crossing the street downstairs. There's also a small aquarium nearby, perfect for walks or taking the kids out. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants, so you never have to worry about what to eat. We went to ”Ilpum Hanwoo” right outside the hotel to the right. It's open until 10 PM, the service was very attentive, and the Wagyu truly made me want another plate. We also checked out the nearby Working Holiday Brunch Cafe. As expected for a popular spot, it was crowded, and we had to wait a bit, but the overall experience was worth it. The lobby is on the 3rd floor. You can self-store your luggage before and after check-in, which is super practical. Self-check-in is also available. The 5th floor has a gym and a laundry area. Both the washing machine and dryer cost 5,000 Korean Won per use, and laundry detergent is 1,000 Korean Won. The Blue Line Park Capsule Train (Mipo Station) is about 1.4 km away. It was too hot in the summer, so we just took a taxi, which was the base fare and saved us a lot of effort. Overall, the stay was comfortable, dining was convenient, and getting around was relatively hassle-free. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Haeundae."
