"I was really satisfied with this apartment during my trip. It had everything: a washing machine, refrigerator, induction cooker, kettle, pots and pans, laundry detergent, and even trash bags. For the convenience of the next guest, I cleaned all the used dishes and let them dry on the rack, and also tidied up the place pretty well. The most thoughtful part is that even if you don't hang the old towels on the doorknob outside, they'll still hang four new towels on your doorknob every day. "The room was quite spacious and came with a fridge. The lobby was large, featuring massage chairs, complimentary hot and cold beverages, and sofas. The location is excellent; it's very convenient to walk to Jeju's Baojian Road commercial street and the Grand Hyatt area. It's also only about a ten-minute drive from the airport, and public transportation is easily accessible. They offer luggage storage (either in the lobby or a designated area behind the check-in counter, which seemed secure with surveillance). The only downside: they messed up our reservation. We arrived late at night to find no room available. It took us a long time to sort it out with Ctrip, and the front desk even had to contact the owner, who then had to verify everything. This ordeal took over half an hour. Ultimately, we stayed for one night, but couldn't extend our stay as the hotel was fully booked, so we had to switch to another hotel."

"I traveled to Jeju Island with my daughter and we stayed in Hamdeok for the first three days. For the last two days, I wanted to be closer to the airport, so we decided to stay in the city. After a lot of searching and comparing prices, location, and reviews of hotels in the area, we settled on this one. Overall, it's a good hotel with excellent value for money. It's clean and quiet at night, set back a bit from the road. It's about a five-minute walk to Lotte Duty Free, and along the way, there are places like Gamjatang (pork bone soup) restaurants, Olive Young, and ABC Mart, as well as other souvenir shops. It's very convenient for taking taxis, shopping, and dining. The airport is also very close, about a ten-minute taxi ride. The hotel staff were okay; not overly enthusiastic, but not rude either. For this price point, it's perfectly fine."

"The first room we checked into had some unidentified sticky residue on the bathroom wall, and the AC was broken in both rooms we were shown. After an hour and a half of troubleshooting, they realized it couldn't be fixed and moved us to a much better room. The new room was great; the air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was quiet at night. Next time, I'd definitely choose to stay in this upgraded room type. Overall, it's a hotel with good value, a great location, and excellent service. The self-service kiosks were also very convenient to use."

"Room was very comfortable, good amount of space for luggage as well. Front desk was helpful. Luggage storage, washrooms available in lobby. Suggestions for improvement: - booking the airport transfer shuttle to hotel (freebie mentioned on webpage) was difficult as I did not have WeChat and was unable to get the app to work. As hotel outsourced to external contractor, staff said they weren't able to help. In the end, took my own cab. Maybe consider (a provider with) online web based booking system? - could consider providing charging points in lobby - could consider providing water dispenser in lobby"

"The hotel is located in a quiet part of town and is only 5 mins away by car from the airport. There are restaurants in the vicinity about 5-8 mins walk away ( black pork bbq and berrycoco cafe). We get a nice view of the sea from our rooms and one of the rooms comes with an arcade machine, which is fun to spend time with. The rooms have a small kitchenette and water dispenser which is very useful."

"This is a great value-for-money apartment hotel. While it doesn't offer daily housekeeping, that actually adds to its homey feel, making it feel just like your own place – very comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, which is perfect for travelers with a lot of luggage or those planning a longer stay. The location is also incredibly convenient. Right downstairs, there's a GS25 convenience store, which I personally found to have a better selection than the CU stores on the nearby streets, and it was less crowded, offering a more pleasant experience. The hotel is about a 10-minute drive from the airport, and you can easily walk to Baojian Road, making it super convenient for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. It's also very accommodating for self-driving travelers, with parking spaces and security management, creating a safe and secure environment overall. All in all, considering the price, space, location, and convenience, it's a highly recommended accommodation option."

"Facilities: Very close to the airport, just a few minutes away. There's a CU convenience store right next to the hotel, perfect for when you arrive. Hygiene: Clean. The room was tidied up daily. Environment: Good. Jeju Airport Transfer (choose one of two): The driver was absolutely excellent! They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, but make sure to book in advance! The timing was punctual, and it was a business van, so no worries about feeling cramped! The interior was very clean, and the driver helped with luggage. I highly recommend this place!"

"Location and housekeeping are the best which are out of my expectations. However the reception especially receptionists of night shift, they are very unfriendly! Tall faces without any courteous approach to guests (no smiling face, robotic procedure, feel irritated when asking questions, just simply take passport + giving key + saying no any guests amenties provided in room~ that's all) I think the hotel management can use AI system (self check in service to replace them)! positives in positive side: 1) room is clean and tidy 2) 2 bottles of water and 4 tea bags per day 3) good quality of shampoo and shower gel 4) 7~11 inside the hotel on 2nd floor 5) many 24 hours restaurant around 6) bus stops are just out of the hotel 7)walking distance to many tourist spots"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to Jeju International Airport. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the front desk staff are very helpful. The rooms are fully equipped, comfortable, cozy, and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended!"
