"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the service throughout my stay was top-notch. The staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel right at home. Its location is super convenient, with a metro station just a short walk away, making getting around the city very easy.
The only minor downside is that it is a bit far from major tourist spots like Myeongdong and Seongsu-dong. However, given the comfort, quality service, and easy transit access, I would still highly recommend staying here!"

"The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Seongdae Station. The room is also very spacious, and cleaning service is provided daily. At first, I thought the bathroom drain was clogged, so I notified the staff, and they fixed it immediately that evening. Later, I realized I was supposed to remove the hair myself – I wasn't aware of that custom! There are many restaurants downstairs, and several Olive Young stores nearby, so there's no need to go all the way to Myeongdong for shopping."

"The Garden Hotel in Seoul turned out to be a great choice for us. The rooms were clean and fresh, especially considering the price, and the location was convenient with just a ten‑minute walk to the nearest station. Perfect for exploring a big city without hassle.
We didn’t interact much with the staff, but the hotel provides an emergency number for assistance.
When heavy rain caused a small flooding in our room, we received quick help from a very kind and friendly staff member who came right away and took care of everything. It left a reassuring impression.

"The facilities are good, it is clean, and everything is great; in particular, providing unlimited ice water is very unusual.
However, the downside is that the TV is a projector (although I assume not all rooms are like that) and is located in the living room rather than on the bed, making it difficult to sleep while watching TV."

"Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel's convenient location near Myeongdong station was a significant advantage, and I was pleased to receive the room I had requested. The view from the room was delightful, and there were ample lockers available for luggage. The 24-hour minimart in the lobby proved to be incredibly convenient. While shampoo and shower gel were provided, guests should remember to bring their own body lotion and toothbrush. I did notice that the automatic toilet flush button was not functioning, and a used towel had been left in the bathtub."

"This is my second time staying at Hotel Sky Park 3, and I would definitely book again if I visit Korea in the future.
The check-out process was very quick, and the staff were friendly throughout my stay. I even arrived early, and the receptionist kindly helped me check in before the official time, which I really appreciated.
All the staff were polite and always greeted guests when entering and leaving the hotel. The service overall was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable.
If you stay in a room with a window, you can even enjoy a view of Namsan Tower, which is a nice bonus.
Highly recommended if you are looking for a clean hotel in a convenient location."

"Extremely convenient! It's just across the street from Myeongdong shopping street, very clean and tidy. The hotel is right next to Exit 2 of Subway Line 4. The lobby on the first floor offers free luggage storage for guests and there's a luggage scale. The airport bus stop is also right across the street. The front desk staff are very friendly. This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Korea. The only minor downside is that Chinese guests don't get free breakfast, but honestly, in Myeongdong, there are so many food options, so it's a negligible issue."

"The downside is that there were former employees striking outside the hotel the entire time. It seems this hotel treats its staff very poorly. The daily room cleaning was also done very late, probably because they laid off so many employees. For these reasons, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
The location, however, is excellent. It's super convenient for getting to major shops in Myeongdong like Olive Young (though a bit far from the duty-free shop). The subway station is right downstairs, and there's also a very large 7-Eleven downstairs with spacious seating for instant noodles. Other stores like GS25 are also nearby, and a 12-story Daiso is just across the street. The hotel doesn't provide disposable dental kits, so you can just buy them directly from Daiso.
Myeongdong Cathedral is right behind the hotel, and there are quite a few historical attractions in the vicinity. Luggage storage is very convenient, and check-in is self-service."

Lynn, the employee who helped us with the check in is a total sweetheart.
We had quite a hard time traveling with a child who’s physically challenged from another city and was worn out.
Lynn not only helped us with an early check in, upgraded our room, and offered a baby cot to ease our convenience and comfort.
She speaks good English, is always smiley and shows empathy when handling customers.
The room condition is good, spacious considering its location in Seoul.
Amenities wise not much can be provided due to the EHS policy (no one time use disposal items provided).
Great location, close to the airport bus, subway, eateries and shopping district.

FFangyeyuThis was the best hotel of my trip to Korea. It's conveniently located, making it easy to get around, and it was very clean and tidy. To the north are Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village, and to the south are Cheonggyecheon Stream and Myeongdong. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThe location is absolutely fantastic, couldn't ask for better. It's super convenient to get everywhere. They even gave us a lovely welcome gift when we arrived, which was a nice touch. Everything else was pretty good too, except for two things: the hallway had a really strong air freshener smell, and the freshly changed bath towels on the second day had a strange, unpleasant odor. Overall, it was decent, but for the high price, I honestly had higher expectations.

XXingxinghaoma11. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the bustling commercial district. Everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping is just a step away. It's close to everything, making getting around super efficient.
2. The cleanliness is meticulously maintained. The entire room was spotless and fresh. There were plenty of dry towels, and the bathroom had no water stains or odors – very friendly for germaphobes.
⚠️Cons:
The room space is really cramped. There's no way to open two suitcases, and you can only walk sideways in the aisle. It would be very uncomfortable if you have a lot of luggage.
Summary: This place is suitable for solo travelers who pack light and want to go shopping. If you have a lot of luggage or are traveling with multiple people, consider other options carefully.

GGuest UserOverall, my stay was great! The room was a bit small, but it was spotless. For two people, there wasn't much space to lay out luggage, but we managed to pack and unpack.
The room amenities were a pleasant surprise: a large fridge and two washing machines. We didn't use them during our short trip, but they would be incredibly useful for long-term travelers. The hotel also provides two complimentary bottles of water daily, and the shower pressure was excellent and very comfortable.
The front desk service was a big plus; the staff spoke Chinese, making the check-in process seamless. The location is superb, with a convenience store right downstairs – perfect for buying water, snacks, and daily necessities. Myeongdong shopping area is also within walking distance, making shopping and errands incredibly easy. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Seoul!

EEddrenI had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my trip to Seoul. The hotel was nice and clean, and the check-in process was fast and smooth, which made arrival stress-free. Although the room was a bit small, it was still comfortable enough for 3 people.
One of the highlights is the location, there are plenty of food stalls around the hotel, offering authentic local bites without the overwhelming crowds you’d find in Myeongdong. Personally, I found this area much more enjoyable and relaxing.
The metro station is just a 3-minute walk away, making it very convenient to explore the city.
Travel Tip:
From the airport, take the train to Seoul Station (either normal or express), then transfer to the blue line to Chungmuro Station. If you’re carrying luggage, Exit 5 is the best choice since it has an escalator — just walk toward Starbucks. Otherwise, Exit 7 is a quicker option.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and well-located stay in Seoul.

YYohanes Singgih KI honestly don’t know what to say about this hostel. At first, I was relieved to find a place that was this affordable, but I never expected it to be this disappointing. Let me break everything down.
📍 Location
There were two of us traveling, and I booked a room for two people.
I was already a little pessimistic about the location because the hostel is located quite deep inside a narrow alley. The area is not exactly clean or well-maintained, although it was still tolerable. There are two pharmacies nearby, and the biggest advantage is that it only takes about a 1-minute walk to reach the Line 5 and Line 6 subway stations.
I still couldn’t find many food options nearby. The closest convenient option I found was a 7-Eleven, which takes around 5 minutes to walk to.
🏠 First Impression & Common Area
When I first entered, there were a lot of suitcases piled up around the luggage storage area, which made the space feel very cramped, especially with the shoe rack right next to it.
In front of the shoe rack, there is a large touchscreen with a camera that you can use for self-check-in. It supports several languages, which is quite convenient. The machine provides your room number, tips and information about the hostel, as well as the password/access information needed to enter your room. The room doors use smart locks.
In the middle of the common area, there are two large refrigerators. One is for the staff and the other is for guests. If you want to store food, you simply need to label it with your check-out date. So don’t worry—your food is not supposed to be taken by anyone.
Next to the refrigerators, there are four tables and some sofas where guests can sit, eat, or simply wait. The Wi-Fi in this common area worked well.
All guest rooms are located upstairs, and unfortunately, there is no elevator.
One thing that really bothered me was the lack of a public bathroom. If you need to use the toilet before checking in, don’t expect to be able to use one.
I actually asked one of the staff members, “Do you know where the toilet I can use is?” The staff member, who was not very fluent in English, replied, “Yes, there is, but in the room.”
I then asked, “Can I use the bathroom, just the bathroom, and then I’ll leave?”
The answer was basically that I had to wait until my room was ready at 3 PM.
So if you arrive early and really need to use the bathroom, keep this in mind.
🧳 Facilities & Amenities
Some basic amenities are provided on top of the shoe rack, including towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and earplugs.
There is also a small service area next to the shoe rack where you can leave your clothes for laundry. The laundry service costs around 5,000 KRW.
The common area also has a small kitchen. There is an electric stove, an oven, a sink for washing dishes, and even an automatic washing machine.
The oven was not plugged in when I saw it, so you either need to ask the staff to plug it in or do it yourself.
Pots are provided on the counter.
There is also a free water dispenser, along with several sachets of coffee and tea. Paper cups and regular cups are available, as well as chopsticks, forks, and spoons.
🍞 Breakfast
Breakfast is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
However, don’t expect a hotel-style breakfast. The selection is very basic: bread, instant noodles with the seasoning provided separately, several spreads for the bread, and boiled eggs.
There were different spreads available, including strawberry jam, although I can’t remember all of the others.
Each person is allowed to take only one boiled egg.
For a hostel at this price, the breakfast is understandable, but it is definitely very simple.
🛏️ Room Condition
Now, this is where things became disappointing.
You can see the condition of the room in the photos I provided. The room was quite worn out, and some of the wallpaper was already damaged.

大大阪名物This hotel is just right for a 2-3 night stay. My check-in was scheduled for 5 PM, but when I asked if I could store my luggage, they actually let me check in at 3 PM. The nearest major station is Gangnam, so getting around by bus is quite convenient. If you have a lot of luggage, I'd recommend taking a taxi. Given the hilly area, a combination of bus and taxi would be ideal. I chose a standard double room, which is perfect for those who prefer showers. The only minor issue was a slight cigarette smell.

If you turn right, Lotte Duty-Free and Shinsegae Duty-Free, along with department stores, are less than a 10-minute walk away. The subway and taxis are also super convenient nearby. The 6015 airport limousine bus goes directly to the hotel! 👍👍👍
