Hotels near El Arco, Cabo San Lucas

We’ve stayed a several resorts in Cabo, and this one is the best! The beach is unswimmable due to the undertow, but the water is beautiful and the waves are huge. The resort is immaculate, not a piece of trash anywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the staff is great. The drinks are pricey if you don’t do inclusive, but they are much better than what you’d normally find at inclusive hotels. Location is far enough away from things that it is quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to the harbor or downtown if you want.

Location is great for downtown Los Cabos, everything in walking distance. Nice quiet spot, easy access and there is on site secure parking if you decide to rent or bring a vehicle. Rooms are nice and cozy with different levels of space and beds, we were in 108, it had 2 twin beds, right next to the pool. I would recommend that they spend a few dollars to improve some things, longer shower curtain in room 108 would keep the water out of the toilet area, a fly screen in the shower window would help keep the mosquitoes out. Housekeeping was excellent, ladies were very attentive and rooms were spotless. They have fresh water to refill water bottles and fresh coffee every morning, no restaurant on site, but as mentioned you are right downtown, 5-10 minutes walk to everything.

Highly recommend hotel for los cabos ! No bugs , very clean , not a small room , reasonable price in cabos , friendly staff (who speak English well) Has balcony with view, fridge is working well , breakfast included , has small cleaned kitchen(I didn't use though since I stayed only 1 night ) , welcome cookie , 2 water for free. I liked everything that hotel offered . Needed to walk a bit from center but I liked it because I could see local store , beautiful flowers. I didn't even checked out yet but I am writing this review since I satisfied. If I come back to cabos , I will definitely choose this hotel again

Realizanos nuestra reservacion mediante esta aplicacion la cual decia que la salida era antes de las 12 a lo cual decidi reservar porque tenia un compromiso y terminaba a las 11:00 am por tal motivo entiendo que me daba tiempo de realizar mis actividades programadas, pero en el hotel dijieron que la salida era a las 10:00am comente con la chica el punto pero fue un tanto grosera por tal motivo le dije que que pasaba si me pasaba y me dijo que me cobraba 400 pesos lo cual dije bueno, pero despues dijo yo necesito la llave a las 10 si no llamo a la policia. nos salimos y pues ya tuve que cancelar mi compromiso para regresar por mis cosas a las 10:00 cuando entramos nuevamente a las instalaciones me sale con que mi reservacion es falsa, a lo cual ya no le hice caso porque una noche anterior le dijimos tenemos una reservacion a nombre de tal persona y nos dejo pasar, digo si fuera falsa nisiquiera tendria mis datos. rotundamente fue una mala experiencia y no recomiendo el lugar

This place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

Excellent! Food environment and service are all good! There are four restaurants, Italian, French, Mexican and a comprehensive restaurant, all of good quality! The bar is great too!

Simple, clean and good location. Very reasonable price for the location and even with a pool.

The staff were particularly helpful and super friendly at all times, so that made up for okay amenities (the pool was a bit cold at night and harder to go for a quick swim but we managed). We did love the beds, they were incredibly comfy and the room we got was quiet so we were able to have a restful sleep. The breakfast was okay but I would have loved some veggies that they apparently had at some point, yet never brought back out again. The coffee was pretty solid though, so that was a plus. Lastly, the location was gold-walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and places to book tours. Overall, it fulfilled its purpose for our two-night stay :).
