"Aloft is really great hotel! It’s very close to the beach- Playa Caracol (aloft north, the best) and the beach- playa forum (Aloft East, can watch sunrise). At the roof of swimming pool, you can also watch sunset! Our room can see both of the beach from east and north, can even watch sunrise in the room. Breakfast is included and yummy, drink is included also unlimited from 11am to 9pm. Hotel Services are awesome! It’s location quite close to supermarkets and all different style of restaurants, night clubs! I love aloft and will recommend it to all my friends and co-workers!"
"My wife and I had an unforgettable and wonderful experience at NYX Hotel. The hotel's warm and hospitable experience made me extremely excited. Every delicious meal leaves me at a loss as to what to choose. The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything. You know, I don't speak English, let alone Spanish. When there was a problem with the one-day tour I booked with the travel agency, Aejandro made many calls for me and helped me solve the problem. I want to thank these two handsome Mexican lads! Next time I come, I will still choose NYX!"
"This is my third time visiting Cancun! The location is great, and the front desk staff are friendly. The food selection isn't huge, but they have all the essentials. Last night's dinner buffet and today's breakfast were good; the fried rice and beef tacos were particularly delicious! My room had a view of both the club zone and the ocean. There was loud music playing until early morning, but since I like music, it wasn't a big problem for me. However, if you're an early sleeper, I'd recommend avoiding rooms in that specific area."
"Selina Hotel may have an older appearance, but its charm lies in its exceptional service, prime location, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff’s friendliness truly enhances the stay, making guests feel at home. The property itself is spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and explore. Conveniently located just three minutes from a grocery store, it provides easy access to essentials.
One delightful surprise? The abundance of iguanas roaming the grounds, adding to its unique character! Plus, with plenty of restaurants nearby, guests have great dining options just a short stroll away. The hotel is only 3-4 minutes from the lively Coco Bongo and just 5-10 minutes from the beach—making it an ideal spot for those looking to enjoy the best of the area.
If you're looking for a great experience with warm hospitality, prime location, and a touch of local charm, this hotel is a solid choice."
"A truly beautiful hotel with stunning white sand beaches, absolutely breathtaking. The service was excellent too. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated, but overall it's still great."
"Location good! kdae good! Balcony good!
But I'll write down some of the bad things.
The shower water came out cold, the hot one came out, and the shower stopped several times, and the worst thing was that the water came out in a row
Very unpleasant experience with shower
Microwave cup port induction pot refrigerator etc
Full option facilities are good
The shower is replaced, so the water pressure is good, so it is necessary for guests to take a shower.
I have to go to the airport, but the elevator is broken, so I hurried down the stairs.
Wi-Fi only bursts in the lobby on the first floor and doesn't burst in the room.
Cell phone box on the first floor.
I wanted to see the picture, but I couldn't find the curtain at all.
You have to sleep in a room with all the sunlight coming in so brightly.
I tied room 703, and I covered the view with a wall on the left balcony.
It would be better to get a room assignment with a view of Coco Bongo.
My room was the end room, but the left side of the balcony blocked the view and the view was not visible."
"To sum up the hotel in one sentence: My family has a great business, so don’t be dissatisfied with the details.
And the price is not expensive in the all-inclusive package, so I didn’t expect too much. The price is pretty good.
Room:
The soundproofing is very poor and very trendy (not sure if all seaside all-inclusives are like this?) The bed and room are large, and the view is great. There are toiletries. The phone is broken😅 You can use the mobile app to order food in the room.
Drinks:
You can drink whatever you want. There are many bars and mobile bartenders, but the drinks are all too sweet. Maybe I’m not good at ordering...
food:
Those who like good food are advised to give up. The food is mediocre. I tried Asian and Italian restaurants in 4 restaurants. You must rush in as soon as 6 o'clock starts, otherwise you will have to wait for a long time to be seated. There is no reservation system. The food looks good in photos but tastes ordinary, basically lukewarm/cold. There are not enough waiters! ! There is a sense that they want to serve the guests well but are unable to do so. . . The food is served very slowly!
Serve:
The waiters are very enthusiastic and none of them are impatient. The cleaning staff doesn't speak English, but everyone else can more or less speak English.
The Wi-Fi is not bad, and the browsing experience goes smoothly when going to the beach and occasionally cuts out.
There is no air conditioning in the hotel lobby, but the rooms and restaurants have adequate air conditioning.
Beach scenery:
The first row of beach chairs is hard to get, and there are many chairs on the beach behind. There is no large open beach on the beach, but the beach next door is very beautiful. You can walk there and rub it. The water is still very jelly blue and warm, and the sky is unobstructed. Watching the sunset is beautiful!
Activity:
There are group singing, playing cards in the swimming pool, and Spanish classes. You have to play with other foreigners. The club is afraid of asking you to quit.
There is a small entertainment room for children, with slides and so on.
There are outsourced people waiting on the beach to take orders: paid activities in the hotel, riding motorcycles on the sea, and towing parachutes on boats🪂
There are also projects that promote activities outside acua world: jungle tour, snorkeling (snorkeling), oxygen bottle diving
There are several swimming pools which are pretty good"
"The room was comfortable and had a balcony. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in was efficient. All the service staff were friendly and made us feel very comfortable. The hotel's location is great, and it has a private, unbeatable beach."
"We had an excellent experience at Sina suites. Great customer service at reception. Abigail was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically answered our questions about how to make the most of our experience in Cancun. The location is a 5 minute walk from the main road where you can either walk to the hotel zone or take a bus. The area is full of coconut trees and other plants which makes the area feel like a sanctuary. Of course, there are a few bugs outside and the occasional one that may get in. Sometimes you’ll also see some lizards in the area too which is cool. The food is more reasonably priced compared to other options in the hotel zone as well."
"The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay."

Great
HHaoruMy sister and I had the best time here at Le Blanc! I first found this hotel on Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book and there were some mixed reviews, some said the hotel it self was a little outdated but overall still a beautiful hotel. I'm so glad I took a chance with this hotel because our stay was magical and we are definitely coming back in the future!
Cons:
Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not super clean but for this price, it's above expectations!
Pros:
1. The staff is amazing! Everyone we meet has been super nice and warm to us. Especially our butlers Luis and Rodrigo, they were super attentive and went above and beyond with their service. All the staff were super nice and this is one of the reason I love this hotel.
2. The pools, bars, private beach are amazing for photos and relaxing; when we went, there were not many people so I loved the relaxed vibe.
3. The free events they hold changes everyday and are all worth going to!!! Our favorite was the fire show! Definitely attend as many events as possible, cause they are so worth it.
4. Our package also included free hydrotherapy and we literally went to this everyday when we had free time. It is a must try, so relaxing! We also had 500 hotel credit thanks to booking thru trip.com and we used all of that towards massages and they were amazing as well.
5. We chose the all inclusive option (drinks included) and tried all the restaurants. Overall the food is pretty good, and our favorite was Yama. The order of our preference: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, room service and Lumiere.
Conclusion: Recommend!!!! We are definitely coming back!
HHajiyev ToghrulWhen i booked this hotel, just look photos and price. I think like this expensive hotel must be excellent. But...
1. This is like 3 stars hotel.
2. Personals very bad. If you didn't pay them, nobody served for you. Just one time they can give you juice or something. Second time you need wait 20 minutes
3. I booked room for 2 people. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. And surely need pay....
4. No any amenities. Just pool and restaurants.
5. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars. He you can't see any stars.
6. I think have just one reason for like this high price. It's a erotic show. Name is erotic. Nothing more. Just name:):):):)
So, if you have money, and want to rest. Didn't go this hotel. I booked it for 5 days. But stay there just 1 night.
GGuest UserPerfectly located on the Cancun Hotel Zone strip, this resort strikes a great balance — close enough to the action if you want it, yet far enough away to truly unwind. The property itself is charming, not overly large, which makes everything easily accessible.
The pools are just the right size for activities and socializing, but the real highlight is the stunning beach — that’s where I spent most of my time. Dining options are plentiful with several restaurants to choose from (reservations are required), and the bars offer a wide variety of drinks. The café is also a must-visit.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. This isn’t a massive, party-centric resort — it’s better suited for travelers looking to relax and enjoy the beach in a more laid-back atmosphere. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be refreshing the rooms and hallways, as they’re starting to show their age.
GGuest UserThe hotel is huge, making it easy to get lost. Dinner requires reservations, and the only slot we could get was for 9:30 PM in one of the halls, as all others were fully booked. We ate at the buffet for both days, and it was excellent. The buffet restaurant is located in the adjacent Royal Hall.
The room's ambiance was great, but there were no sea-view rooms available when we checked in. The central air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy; we couldn't sleep the first night. We turned it off on the second night, and it wasn't hot or humid, so we slept very well.
LLilihaohaoThis hotel is located on a barrier island chain off Cancun, with a lagoon on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other, boasting stunning blue waters at a pleasant temperature. The food at the hotel was excellent; we booked an all-inclusive package, and the cuisine was varied, offering buffet, à la carte, and room service options. The hotel also has many complimentary activities, and we participated in the boating program...
GGuest UserThe hotel was decent, and the staff were very friendly. Our stay was fine every day, except for the last day when we were told that our meals weren't included, despite having paid for them. The receptionist insisted they weren't. They ask for a lot of tips, but that's optional – you can tip if you want, or not if you don't. It's true that at first the service is excellent, but as the days go by, if you don't tip, you tend to receive less attention. Our room safe stopped working because its battery died, but they fixed it quickly, and we were able to retrieve our belongings.
RRusTravelersThe hotel itself is nice. Everything is clean. The pool is very nice. That's why I chose this hotel. But it's very far from everything: shops, cafes, and other entertainment. There was only one nearby, OXXO, and that was my saving grace. But there wasn't much to eat there. The hotel didn't provide any food either. They only offered a continental breakfast consisting of a bottle of coffee and juice. You can get this set at OXXO for much less.
GGuest UserThe hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure.
The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of.
*** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports.
I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive.
Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering.
FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell.
Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped.
Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.
GGuest UserThank you for our wonderful 4 night stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and great breakfast. The only negative side is no kettle in the room and they charged us for 2 cups of boiling water of 80 pesos. It’s a bit out of the way from the main town and attractions but that’s why we booked here. Thanks again
