"Aloft is really great hotel! It’s very close to the beach- Playa Caracol (aloft north, the best) and the beach- playa forum (Aloft East, can watch sunrise). At the roof of swimming pool, you can also watch sunset! Our room can see both of the beach from east and north, can even watch sunrise in the room. Breakfast is included and yummy, drink is included also unlimited from 11am to 9pm. Hotel Services are awesome! It’s location quite close to supermarkets and all different style of restaurants, night clubs! I love aloft and will recommend it to all my friends and co-workers!"

"My wife and I had an unforgettable and wonderful experience at NYX Hotel. The hotel's warm and hospitable experience made me extremely excited. Every delicious meal leaves me at a loss as to what to choose. The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything. You know, I don't speak English, let alone Spanish. When there was a problem with the one-day tour I booked with the travel agency, Aejandro made many calls for me and helped me solve the problem. I want to thank these two handsome Mexican lads! "This is my third time visiting Cancun! The location is great, and the front desk staff are friendly. The food selection isn't huge, but they have all the essentials. Last night's dinner buffet and today's breakfast were good; the fried rice and beef tacos were particularly delicious! My room had a view of both the club zone and the ocean. There was loud music playing until early morning, but since I like music, it wasn't a big problem for me. However, if you're an early sleeper, I'd recommend avoiding rooms in that specific area."

"A truly beautiful hotel with stunning white sand beaches, absolutely breathtaking. The service was excellent too. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated, but overall it's still great."

The food looks good in photos but tastes ordinary, basically lukewarm/cold. There are not enough waiters! ! There is a sense that they want to serve the guests well but are unable to do so. . . "We had an excellent experience at Sina suites. Great customer service at reception. Abigail was incredibly helpful and enthusiastically answered our questions about how to make the most of our experience in Cancun. The location is a 5 minute walk from the main road where you can either walk to the hotel zone or take a bus. The area is full of coconut trees and other plants which makes the area feel like a sanctuary. Of course, there are a few bugs outside and the occasional one that may get in. Sometimes you’ll also see some lizards in the area too which is cool. The food is more reasonably priced compared to other options in the hotel zone as well."

"The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation.
