"The type of breakfast is OK, how many will be unaccustomed to eating. If you take a taxi, you can either go out from the main entrance, turn left and go down the stairs, or go directly to the elevator to enter the parking lot and take a taxi from the parking lot door."

Great prices there’s lots of food nearby large waiting area. And once u leave they hold ur suitcase for u so u can finish shopping around n when ur ready to leave they help u get a cab I have no complaints"

"The location is excellent for travelers to visit the main tourist attractions in the center of Guadalajara. The rooftop platform is a fun place to relax. The first floor of the hotel offers all-day dining at reasonable prices. The building is close to the main traffic lanes, and the traffic of cars is large, which will inevitably lead to the city receiving environmental noise pollution to affect the rest. The area of the accommodation room is too small and some cramped."

"The room was beautiful and clean, bed is comfy. I loved the view and the panorama windows. :) Coffee machine in the room and delicious complimentary coffee made my morning start in a good mood. It's on a busy street so cars are passing during the day with a bit of sound, but it didnt bother me much. Staff was very helpful and responsive. 10/10"

"The location is very good, next to a historical and cultural square. The soundproofing is very poor, and the front desk customer service is not good. Other guests checked in around 12 o'clock, but they didn't let me check in, and kept delaying my check-in until 4 o'clock in the afternoon. It's amazing that they didn't give me cookies! I suggest you don't stay at this hotel, the One Hotel next to it is better than this one"

"The location is very good, the nearby attractions are within walking distance, the surrounding is full of restaurants, at least 6 or 7 Chinese restaurants, close to the supermarket. The interior of the hotel is very new and the internal facilities of the room are very modern. The mattress is also very good, not the kind of soft collapse"

"It is a great hotel, the rooms are awesome and friendly staff. Great evening entertainment. Roof top gastro bar with pool has fantastic city views and delicious food and drink selection. One note to the management - The rooftop area should have a smoking area since it's open air, asking to go down 26 floors each time you want a smoke is NOT ok when you are enjoying a few cocktails, listening to music, and spending time there. "

"The location of the hotel is very good right in the middle of the city center. The entrance is very small and somewhat dark, but the corridor of each floor is very bright. The room is a medium size, but not that clean. I faced a serious problem. I could not open the safe in my room.  I asked for help at the reception, but the person in charge of the safe had a day-off, and would not come to the hotel on the day and the next because they fell on weekend. I was fortunate enough to stay there for two nights.  The person in charge came to my room on the morning of my departure. This is a typical budget-price hotel. I could not have moved at all if I had stayed there only for one night because I put my passport and much cash in the safe."

"An old-fashioned hotel in the city center, very emotional. It is next to the Santa Maria Church, the oldest church in the city, and the steeple of the church can be seen from the balcony of the room. Excellent value for money. The service attitude is also very good. The only downside is that the facilities in the room are slightly backward, the drainage of the washbasin is not good, and the hot water regulation is not very smooth."
