Guest UserThe hotel entrance isn't grand, but inside, it boasts numerous rooms. All are decorated in traditional Baba Nyonya style, reflecting the rich heritage of Chinese culture. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and upon check-in, guests receive tokens for two complimentary welcome drinks. Breakfast offers authentic Southeast Asian specialties. Next door, a tenant owns a vintage grand piano with ivory keys, valued at over a million Malaysian Ringgit. Guests are welcome to play it during their leisure time and chat with the owner.

Freddy KA very clean European-style youth hostel, with very cute kittens downstairs. The air conditioning is sufficient, the location is convenient, the facilities are well maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The whole environment is very clean, because you need to take off your shoes. The cat is very well behaved and cute, and the atmosphere is very warm. Have to take off your shoes when entering the door.
The hostel is chic and practically design, the accommodation was tidy and cozy with affordable price. Moreover, the spacious common area and separated Male/Female bathrooms, simple pantry with 3in1 coffee, tea bag, snacks, water dispenser and microwave oven. There are 3 cute & friendly cats in the hostel too. The public space design is not very interactive.
The capsules or boxes are comfortable. Have good locker system which uses card. The capsule pod was poor ventilation after cover by curtain as there is no mini fan and exhaust fan, towel not provided. After pulling the curtains and turning on the light, you can clearly see dust flying around. It is generally very clean, but the bed is relatively small
This dormitory hostel has strategic location and are good, small, noisy electronic lockers, privacy curtains don't bring that much privacy.
Staff don't seem to care a lot about what's happening and the staff are not that friendly. The mattress was comfortable. The lobby was clean and offered complimentary hot water and snacks, which was a nice touch.
There are no bath towels and slippers, and it costs RM5 to ask for a bath towel. No hot water for shower and 2in1 shampoo/body wash provided but rarely replenish. The bathroom and toilet have windows to the outside, so they are more ventilated, the space is large, and they are very comfortable to use. The shower head has a brass retro shape, which is super beautiful.
No deposit needed, easy to check in and check out. Location is strategic and near to major attractions, shopping malls and eateries within walking distance. But no lift and amenities. Have to climb up stairs and suitable for younger generations.

沈维聪(沈哥三少)Superb location. Near to major shopping centre and places of interest. Is a small hotel with no swimming pool. Except a small fitness studio. Highest floor is level 6. Use to hv direct access from hotel to the shopping centre. But it is closed after COVID.
Some tips for the prospective customers.
If you are going to the Dataran Pahlawan shopping centre. Please take the lift to G floor walk towards Hatten hotel entrance, walk towards the Baun Buffel direction, u saw a lift near to their sales gallery. Took to 2nd floor (before 9pm) and walked towards the Dataran Pahlawan shopping centre. GSC cinema at L5.
Walk inside the shopping centre where you saw a common area where you saw Mixue or Levis boutique. Walk towards the Brands outlet and you will see an exit. Took that exit it will lead you to the farmosa, red square, St Paul fort, Jonker street.

ahfamnI stayed at The Apple Premier Suites Melaka for 3 days and 2 nights with my family in the Royal Three Bedroom Suite, and it exceeded our expectations. The suite was spotless (10/10 for cleanliness), very spacious, and perfect for a family stay. It came with useful amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, Smart TV, and fast WiFi, making us feel at home throughout the trip. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, gym, and children’s playground, which kept everyone entertained. The city view from the suite was beautiful, especially at night. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the location made it easy to travel to Melaka’s popular attractions by car or Grab. The only minor downside was that there wasn’t a convenience store within the building, so buying simple items like bread or snacks wasn’t as convenient, although the vending machines were helpful. Overall, this property offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Melaka.

Overall, the experience was acceptable
the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy.
However, there were several issues during our stay
Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned.
Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently.
Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

jaybbThe good... location is near malls, can walk to heritage sites for tourists, price is not expensive, nearby bus terminal at Hatten Hotel. Good for just sleeping and then do your sightseeing. Aircon works, fridge also halfway there. Plenty of food options all around, convenience stores for your needs.
The bad... dated. While it is still relatively clean, the rooms feel dilapidated. Floors are peeling off, curtains torn, windows cannot fully close off, lights dim. I've found too many bagworms that I've given up on throwing them away - in the cabinet, in toilet.
So, if you don't mind all these and just need an affordable place to sleep, this hotel can be an option. If you are those tai-tai who expects high crass place, look elsewhere. Note: Carpark is linked to hotel at Level 2 & 3.

It is located very conveniently to Pharmacy Store, Kopitiam, Seafood restaurant, Seven-Eleven, Chinese Food court and Petronas station.
