"Good stay overall. Check-in was smooth, location is convenient and the staff were mostly friendly. The room was comfortable and clean overall, though the toilet could be cleaner, especially the stains on the grout and walls. Our room was also next to the emergency stairs, so we kept hearing the door bang loudly. We did call to inform them, but it still happened right up until we checked out. Breakfast was a nice surprise, quite a few choices and everything we tried was good. The gym, pool and rooftop bar are a nice bonus too. The gym is at North, while the pool and rooftop bar are at South, and guests can use both. The pool could use better maintenance though, as we noticed some mould and debris floating in the water. Other than the noise, we had a pretty good stay."

"I recently stayed at Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is definitely one of its biggest advantages. The hotel is directly connected to Sunway Putra Mall, so it’s very convenient to find plenty of food, shops, and daily necessities without having to travel far."

"Great Stay Overall! Hi! I had a great time staying here. Parking Valet parking is RM15.90. You can either park the car yourself or have the abang help park it for you. You only need to pay once and can enjoy multiple entries during your stay - at least, this was what I was told. One important thing: please keep the valet receipt properly, as there will be a charge if you lose it. That said, I may have overlooked this, but it would be really helpful if the hotel could clearly mention that parking is valet-only and costs RM15.90 on the app/booking information. When we first arrived, we had a bit of trouble figuring out where to park. We saw several valet signs but initially avoided them because we were worried it would be expensive. 😂 Turns out, it was only RM15.90! I actually had to go to reception to ask about the parking while checking in. Not a big deal, but having this information beforehand would have saved some time. I also tried calling the hotel before arriving, but the call was answered by a bot and redirected to a human - unfortunately, no one picked up. 😅 Check-in Check-in was easy. Just fill in the necessary forms and provide your IC. No deposit was required, which was great. We were welcomed by two really nice front desk staff who made the process smooth. Room We got a room on Level 7 with windows. The room was tidy and smelled really good. The only issue was that one of the plugs in the toilet wasn’t working. Surprisingly, their maintenance guy came to fix it very quickly though! 😂 Appreciate the fast response. Breakfast Breakfast was buffet-style with a decent variety. I’d say it’s pretty much what you’d expect from a normal hotel buffet. BUT THEY HAVE CHEESE OMELETTE. HAHAHAHA. LOVE IT. 🥹❤️ Check-out Check-out was seamless. We just had to provide the valet receipt to get the car and return the room keys into the box in front of reception. We were also sent off by two really nice staff members. Overall One thing I really appreciated was that the hotel has a WhatsApp service that checks in on you during your stay. I think it’s a really convenient way to reach the hotel if you need anything. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, the service was responsive, and everything was generally smooth. Would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Self check-in was quite convenient. The room's value for money was average; it was very small but cleanliness was good, and having a washing machine was a big plus. The room was on the second floor of a loft, with a suite on the first floor. The WiFi signal in the second-floor room was extremely poor. If you need good internet speed, it's best to communicate that in advance. Other than that, everything else was pretty good, and online communication was very convenient. The deposit refund was also quick, usually processed on the same day as check-out."

"Our second stay here, overall stay was still comfortable. The bed, Aircon and shower water pressure is comfortable. Service from hotel staff and room view is good. When we required items in the room, hotel staff will send it up very quickly! The few setbacks of this room is that the room and toilet floor is a little bit dirty, the same piece of dirt and dust was still on the floor throughout our entire stay since we checked in. There are days where housekeeping would top up our toilet rolls, facial tissue, glass bottled water (add in additional bottles for us) without us asking, and we really appreciate this housekeeper! But there was 2 days where it felt like the house keeper barely did anything. Did not refill anything in the room and only took out the trash. The door separating the toilet and the room was also jammed, it can't be closed fully. Also now there's no more ear plugs for us to use when sleeping, and the bedroom slipper material is extremely scratchy on the skin. As we really like this hotel, we hope this hotel can improve a little bit, so that we can stay here every year when we come back to KL."

"How do I describe this room? It's a self-service Airbnb type of place. The front desk is sometimes staffed, but check-in and check-out are mostly self-serve. After entering the room, you're immediately met with a long, narrow flight of stairs. It's a split-level room, so if you have heavy luggage, you'll have to carry it up. The room's facilities are extremely basic: just a large bed, a simple counter for a kettle and some items, and a bathroom. In terms of amenities, it's as minimalist as it gets. There's a terrace with very simple seating, offering panoramic city views. I feel like 80% of the cost of this room goes towards the rooftop pool and the terrace. The roaring motorcycles at night in Kuala Lumpur are probably one of the city's unique characteristics. But I was so tired after a long day of travel that I actually managed to sleep through it all..."

"Had a very comfortable stay at the Majestic Residence. The infinity pool has a petronas tower view and the gym is awesome. Rooms were very clean and had all amenities. We got a free upgrade as well. The property is right in front of the mall which has currency exchange, food options and easy monorail access. Will definitely stay again 👍"

"Location : excellent (pro) My view from room: Okay Room: Soundproof (pro) Parking : Limited. But if prefer to pay extra ok. Park at pwtc. And it lil bit dark if you reach at night. (Cons) The hotel itself is old. (Cons) Is bit dangerous bcs from the iron board place you can access to the balcony. If you are with kids, better put something to block the door (cons)"

"Located in Chow Kit vicinity, steps away from monorail, bus stop and Sunway Putra malls. The room is simple but clean. The main drawback is the loud noises from bikers especially after midnight. All the staff is good and friendly. Check out is fast and smooth with smiling reception Salma. Do not expect much as this is a budget stay."
