AAnonymous UserThe host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one.
This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did.
We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

HHenry.AngStill very satisfied with the room and services. Staff walking around the main lobby makes the effort to ask if one need and help when he sees me roaming around. Service 👍🏻.. the room I gotten this time was still good other than the pillow has abit of weird stench.. I requested it to be replaced and it was done almost immediately.

WhatsApp them, replies was….sluggish.
Finally manage to book and the room was…not like the initial ones. Previous booking it was really great. Room size room cleanliness.
The room we got was small but there’s multiple hairs on the carpet. Especially with kids, that was just a no no.
Call them via the phone provided, was put on hold and the line got cut off 🙂
Tried calling again, took quite a while before finally got connected.
Upgrade the room for RM80.
Whatever that was book on trip wasn’t as per advertised.
Second, it was drizzling. So we went downstairs to take a look at the swimming area. There’s no towels. Call the front desk ask if the swimming pool is open, they mention “I think it’s open”
Breakfast was subpar.

HHoSLHad a pleasant stay at the unit. It was clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Location was convenient with easy acess to nearby amenities. Host was responsive and check-in was smooth. The only point to note is that the parking lot is located on the 6th floor, so it takes some time to drive up and down. Overall, a good experience, and would recommend for both short and long stays.

Room was not clean, toilet floor was wet. Toilet paper was not filled up, Water bidet was leaking when in use. Shower was close to the toilet. No space to move around.
Bed was comfortable but full of ants in the room. Tried to change rooms but was not possible, when i saw other room doors being opened and no in use.
Ants were all over the place! On the night stand, walls had cracks n ants, bed also got ants. floor also got ants. I cannot sleep at night so I had to go find a 24 hour place to relax for the night.

The room was clean but its quite small. Friendly staff and you can do your self check in. So easy.
Considering the very reasonable rate, this hotel offers great value for money.

In an industry where staff can sometimes be restricted by corporate red tape, Janet and Roen are a breath of fresh air. They aren't afraid to defy conventional rules when a situation calls for it, proactively taking things into their own hands to ensure the guest experience is absolutely seamless. It is incredibly rare to find individuals who are so deeply committed to guest satisfaction that they will personally intervene and go off-script to make sure every single detail is taken care of. They completely removed any stress from our stay, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Amazing hotel, amazing service. Kudos to Roen and Janet for elevating our experience and showing what genuine, empowered hospitality is all about!
