Kairos Villa is a beautiful retreat surrounded by lush greenery, offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, making the stay feel personal and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded, and the room itself was cozy, clean, and enhanced by charming wooden architecture that added a rustic touch. The fresh air and natural surroundings made it an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was delightful—especially the nasi lemak, which was both tasty and satisfying. Overall, it was a refreshing and peaceful getaway, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and nature. The service was incredible the staff is very helpful at anytime of the day or night , the view from the room is phenomenal and chill , there is a mosque near which is so calming to hear the prayers and the apt was clean and all the necessities are there 💕 definitely coming back

Sharing our true review to help anyone interested to be more prepared to enjoy this place. Positive: The host is pleasant and helpful. Overall, It’s a nice, modest place to get away from the city, and no cell connection means you are forced to disconnect. You can purchase a 3 days internet package for a small amount, but connection is poor. This is fine with us as we were happy to be disconnected but able to maintain limited connection to internet for essential things we needed to do. Be prepared to get the most of your experience: Prepare your own toiletries, slippers, package food to be comfortable because they provide only a small bottle of shower gel and 2 towels for each person. The kitchen is well equipped for a proper cooking but no condiments or cooking oil, only with a couple of instant coffee and tea bags. No restaurants near by, difficult to get food, and no Grab cars come in to take you out. (So you have to drive or pay more for taxi they can help to call for you - the taxi drive is amazing man, though a little costly) On our second day, we discovered a Chinese Villa nearby and ate at its restaurant (need to pre-book)

Room is very clean. Due to its in the forest , flies and mosquitos love to visit the place too, insect repellent is a must prepare ahead. The resort were well maintain even thought its about 30 years old. Bravo to the owner. I love the plants decoration around the compound, the ratio just nice . This is the first resort without a restaurant , but grab is available only up to 5 pm of the day before the stuff went off. Is a low season ,one month before Hari Raya , so I had the whole resort by myself 😬.the kitchen have full equipment to cook and it’s all very clean .we bought our own food to bbq. Charcoal and starter can be purchased when we reach. The rooms are in individual houses , so even it’s crowded won’t be too noisy. it’s a great place for family bonding or couples .they have 2 seperate sharing infinity pools which is consider clean.

Looking at the map, this hotel seemed close to the train station, but it's actually up a slope next to a road with very few commercial facilities nearby. You have to walk a bit to find shops or restaurants. The hotel is an old building with no elevator, and the room facilities are quite dated. The open-air courtyard and corridors attract a lot of flying insects at night when the lights are on, so you have to quickly close the door after opening it before turning on your room light. Slippers and toiletries aren't provided in the room. To my dismay, when I lifted the toilet lid, there were still traces of uncleaned fecal matter. Luckily, the front desk staff, a Malaysian guy, was very nice. After I reported the issue, he came up and re-cleaned it for me.

The hotel environment is great, and the surroundings are very quiet. It has a swimming pool and a golf course, and it's also very close to the airport. The hotel provides a washing machine and a dryer.

Hotel bersih dan sgt² selesa. ☺️👍.. cuma dkt swing n pillows ni better pakai penapis air coway or cuckoo yg mmg ada air pamas n sejuk. At least kt dgn kaunter pon xpe. Sbb takut nk minum air yg x pasti usulnya. But overall, dkt melaka n nilai... Swing n pillows is the best la. 👍

I was staying at the hotel alone since it’s just a quick transit for me. Around midnight, somebody knocked on my door and tried to open it. I was already sleeping and ofc freaked out. I’m a female and was alone! I have stayed in many hotels before, and never have I ever felt so unsafe. That’s by far the most dangerous situation I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Big thumbs down for that. The rest is just okay. Location is good (near palm mall, kpj, 7e next door) but because of this incident, i don’t think the location is that safe.

Everything near by. Guards very good cooperation. The apartment very clean and cozy. Parking and swimming pool a bit far (staying in tower A, have to park at tower B and swimming pool at tower C)

Booked this place randomly at the last minute and it turned out to be such a great choice. The house was very clean, comfortable and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and the host was very responsive. The location is convenient and the environment is perfect. Really enjoyed staying here. Definitely recommended and would love to repeat again next time. Thank you for the great hospitality!
