GGuest UserWe stayed here at the end of September. At night the temperature outside was around 10°C, and the room was extremely cold. There was no heating at all – not even radiators, which is very strange for a four-star hotel. The only option was the air conditioner blowing warm air, but it was directed straight at the bed, which was very uncomfortable, so we had to turn it off. As a result, the room simply could not be heated. In the bathroom there was a small infrared heater, but it was almost useless and didn’t really warm the space. Taking a shower and stepping out into such cold air was very unpleasant. Luckily, we stayed only one night, but we were freezing the whole time. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this category.

GGuest UserI would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them. I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!

Also, after checking out, I was saved by consulting about a little personal trouble. The correspondence of the front desk was good. GGuest UserHostel with general quality like hotel but very poor noise cancellation, you can hear everything from corridor and other rooms. Bathrooms were ok, there is also sink in rooms. When price is attractive it can be worth a try but keep in mind you can have worse sleep than in standard hotel.
