Coming back for a second visit confirmed exactly why I chose this hotel once more. The hotel is immaculate in every sense. The property is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spotless, and the overall atmosphere is elegant, comfortable, and welcoming. One of the biggest advantages is the location—everything is conveniently nearby, making it an ideal place to stay whether you’re visiting for leisure or business. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. A special thank you to Priyanka at Reception. From the moment I arrived, she made an outstanding first impression through both her professionalism and her warm personality. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and welcoming, and she immediately made me feel valued as a guest. Employees like Priyanka are a perfect reflection of the high standards of hospitality that InterContinental Doha represents. I would also like to recognize Mr. Ali Fouani, Front Office Manager. At this point, Mr. Ali feels more like family than hotel staff. His kindness, genuine care for guests, humility, and professionalism are on another level. It is rare to meet someone who consistently goes above and beyond while remaining so approachable and sincere. He has a remarkable ability to make guests feel appreciated and at home, and his leadership is clearly reflected in the exceptional service throughout the hotel. Experiences like these are the reason I continue to return. InterContinental Doha has become one of my favorite hotels in the region, not only because of its beautiful facilities and excellent location, but because of the incredible people who make every stay memorable. I will absolutely stay here again and again, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality in Doha."

"Check in The Ned Doha The predecessor is a government building, which was transformed by David Chipperfield. Many places that he chose to live blindly were designed by him. Interior: SOHO HOUSE DESIGN Mini bar is not free, service is very good"

"Stayed here for a few days with my wife at the end of February 2026. The hotel is an excellent value for the money, especially if you can get a good deal on a room with half city & half ocean view like we did. The hotel is located on Corniche and at an excellent spot, too, which is not far from the city center and most major attractions located in all directions. The subway station is a 5-minute walk away. It is a modern building, quite new and clean. The only downside was that the big windows in our room were clean on the inside but not on the outside, with stains that prevented us from taking perfect photos of the otherwise beautiful views. And you will get some amazing views from this hotel, of the sunset and sunrise as well as of the night city, if you can get such a room. We only had breakfast here and we were both perfectly satisfied. Nothing extraordinary or super special but all fresh and tasty with just enough choice available for all kinds of tastes. The hotel staff and service were very good. There is a spa and a small swimming pool that we tried a couple of times, but the weather was not yet warm enough to swim in it other than around noontime and early afternoon. Overall, I can only recommend this hotel for those who want to explore the city and visit its attractions. Desert safari is about a 40 or 50-minute drive away. For a beach holiday, you might wanna consider a different hotel although it isn’t difficult to get to some nice beaches from this location either."

"I had an excellent stay at Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay. The hotel is beautiful, with elegant interiors, spacious and comfortable rooms, and outstanding attention to detail. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The breakfast and dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food. The facilities, including the pool, spa, and fitness center, were immaculate and added to the overall luxury experience. The location is perfect for exploring Doha, with easy access to West Bay, shopping, and the Corniche. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha and would gladly stay here again."

"Positives: Excellent location with easy access to the city centre and West Bay area. The pool is decent and great for cooling down. Were told as rooms were booked through Trip so they are on different floors? Totally silly and unreasonable excuse. They eventually managed to find connected rooms. Negatives: Housekeeping is very basic, and the interior feels dated. If you're staying in one of the rooms with large windows, be aware that the air conditioning struggles to keep the room cool, as it gets a lot of direct sunlight and can become quite hot. Shower head and loo's lever broken and leaking. I also wouldn't classify the services as being at a true 5-star level. Also only valet parking so be prepared to wait during the rush hour. No sign boards posted for car access from the rear so it was a bit of a struggle to find our way in."

Although the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, we were allowed to access our room upon arrival at 1:00 PM. The breakfast buffet was varied, and the room size was good and comfortable. As for the negatives, the number of parking spaces was very limited, even though there were several empty parking spots inside the building that were closed off."

"The room was comfortable, the staff friendly, and the food delicious. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning and found there was an error with my booking. I'm grateful to the front desk staff (a gentleman) who patiently helped me resolve the issue. The room was cozy and clean, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. The hotel also has indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a jacuzzi. I would recommend Wyndham Doha West Bay to my friends if they visit Doha. (The room would be perfect if they could fix the loose shower head.)"
