"All I can say was 10/10, We really enjoyed our family staycation with Sherao Hotel. The rooms, pool and overall from the hotel was really cleaned and wherever you go the scent was perfect 😍😍😍. The staffs were so friendly and whatever we requested they just responded so quick. Not crowded and well maintained. For sure will come back again soon with the whole fam. I hope they can extend the pool timing because its summer so we can only enjoy the pool specially in the evening. I hope not only from 8am to 5pm. But the rest was perfect 😍😍"

"Hotel located about 15 mins drive from the airport. Checked in about 2300 hours after a long flight for 1 day layover. Check in was simple and quick. Room was located on the 2nd floor. Room is spacious with a king size bed. TV with appropriate channels, lots of charging points. My view was obstructed by another building so didn’t get much light. There’s tea and coffee making machine. The AC works. The bathroom comes with a bath tub. Only amenities I got was toothbrush set and a soap. Hairdryer in the bathroom. The bed was a little hard but slept ok. Outside the hotel is the underground train station. So very convenient to explore the city."

"This is my second time at Le Mirage. I was honestly impressed in my first stay here that's why i booked again. For some reason, the unit we have stayed in looks worn out and there was an unpleasant smell from the main bath room. Hope they can maintain the cleanliness"

The lobby is stunning — very clean, elegant, and gives a really welcoming vibe the moment you walk in. The room was just as impressive, super comfortable, nicely designed, and very well maintained. You can tell they really pay attention to details. The food was also amazing, definitely exceeded expectations. So many good options and everything tasted great. But what made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind — they made us feel very welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, such a lovely stay. "Wonder Palace Hotel, Doha I stayed at this hotel but decided to leave due to two main issues: 1. Late Checkout Problem – They strictly ask guests to check out by 12 PM and do not allow even a 30-minute extension. This is not flexible or guest-friendly, especially for frequent travelers. 2. Parking Issue – The hotel does not provide valet parking. No driver or parking assistant is available during day or night. The hotel has only 27 parking spots in the B1 basement and around 6 in front of the building, which are usually full. So we are forced to park far away and walk back to the hotel – very inconvenient, especially with luggage or in hot weather. Why can’t the hotel keep just two valet drivers – one for the daytime and one for night? This is a basic service that many hotels manage easily. If they really don’t have drivers, I’m happy to provide one from my own company. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their services for future guests."

"The room was a bit worn out and had a cigarette smell, even though it was a non-smoking room. The staff were responsive, and breakfast was good. The heated pool with jacuzzi was a plus. Parking is available."
