The room looked exactly as in the picture - clean, spacious with terrace. Location of the hotel is also advantage - 15 minutes on foot from the center, but at the same time it is located in peaceful area. I am more than sure that we will visit Cluj Napoca again and Villa Hotel Escala will be our place to stay in."

"This is a true 4 star hotel with excellent facilities and service. Parking plentiful on the grounds and underground. The breakfast has a great variety of food and drinks, the room spacious and clean, the bathroom spotless clean with plenty toiletries and a hair drier that worked without cutting off. Complimentary coffee daily available in the room and the reception area. We would highly recommend this hotel."
