"The stay was very pleasant; the environment and facilities are good. Our room faced inwards, so it wasn't noisy. I imagine it would be quite loud if it faced the 3rd Ring Road. There's a supermarket and a Central Asian restaurant within a 5-minute walk. Overall, it was a good experience, thumbs up!"

"The hotel is conveniently located close to Komsomolskaya metro station and Leningradsky railway station, with Red Square just a few metro stops away. The facilities are relatively new, and the double room features a bed approximately 1.2 meters wide, a well-thought-out layout, and a large sofa. I highly recommend the hotel breakfast; it offers a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, and some dishes change daily. The pumpkin pancake was a lifesaver for my 'Chinese stomach'! The bread and pastries were also delicious. On my birthday, I received a complimentary small cake and a card from the hotel. The caramel cake was topped with lingonberries, which was such a thoughtful touch – big thumbs up! 👍"

"Booked a hotel for 24 hours between the transplants. It was initially awaiting to see a mediocre station hotel, as was the waiting room of the Socialist era. Fortunately, they were pleasantly surprised to be in a clean hotel with excellent service in a room where no noise of trains and loudspeakers are reported. Fresh bed, tea and bathing facilities. Very good order service in the room of complex breakfasts and lunches, very by the way after tiring relocations. Thank you to the administration for the opportunity to rest, in the future, if necessary, we will again use the services of the hotel of the Kazan Station."

"This was an absolutely perfect hotel in every way! The facilities were clean, the breakfast was delicious, and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Moscow. We arrived quite a bit before check-in, but the gentleman at the front desk was very kind and happily allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help. Thank you very much! "This hotel, part of a business exhibition center built by a Chinese company, features a grand, brand-new lobby. The rooms are spacious, bright, and equipped with modern, pristine facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is arguably the most extensive among Moscow hotels and caters particularly well to Chinese palates. Directly opposite the hotel is a beautiful Chinese-style garden park, perfect for sightseeing and highly recommended for a leisurely stroll. The hotel is also conveniently located very close to BDHX Park, with a shopping mall and a metro station just across the street, offering excellent connectivity."

"Be sure to review this hidden gem! Except that the room facilities are a little old (but well maintained), I am very satisfied with everything else! The room is big! Easy to get a taxi! The breakfast was especially delicious! The breakfast is of high quality! The view from the bar on the top floor of the hotel is amazing! This is the most satisfying hotel I stayed in during my trip to Russia (much better than the hotel in St. Petersburg)"

"The hotel is very close to Leningradsky Railway Station by metro. If you take exit 3 and look right, you'll see the hotel. You'll pass a shopping mall, which has a good-sized 24-hour supermarket on the first floor. If you take exit 4, look right and you'll first see the yellow tower, and the hotel is right next to it. (If you have a lot of luggage, use exit 4 because it has an escalator; exit 3 does not). I was given a king-size bed, which felt at least 2 meters wide – plenty of space for two people without touching each other. The room was large and spacious. I was on the 20th floor with a view of the yellow tower, which was nice. The shower water and toiletries were just okay, but otherwise, there were no downsides, and the value for money exceeded expectations. At the 24-hour supermarket across the street, near the fruit and herbal tea aisle, I met an older, short-haired, plump woman. I'm not sure if she's always assigned to that section. This lady spoke excellent English and was very enthusiastic. I asked her to recommend some herbal teas, and she was very thorough, even telling me which ones she personally enjoyed. The teas I bought based on her recommendations were a hit with everyone."

"1. On the second night, the hot water was black, like rusty pipes, reddish-brown. The engineering department took half an hour to flush it until it ran clear. 2. The hotel only provides disposable slippers on the check-in day. 3. On the third night, despite explicitly requesting new bedding, it was not changed. 4. On the day of check-out, the phone rang three times without reason at 7 AM, 9 AM, and 10 AM, severely disturbing my rest. Considering all these issues, I was too tired to deal with problems every day after returning late to the hotel. The location is good, but you don't need to go to Red Square every day. I'd recommend a different hotel; this one is too old to recommend."

"Excellent hotel, excellent location! The room was spacious, and we got an upgrade upon check-in. Toiletries were provided, even some for our child. They also gave us jelly candies, a coloring book, and pencils! The food we ordered was delicious. The view was of the inner courtyard, which was lovely, but I would have preferred a city view. On the other hand, there was no road noise, which was great for our child."
