"🏨 Comfortable Stay & Great Service Near the Mosque 🏨 ⸻ This was my second stay at Golden Tulip Al-Zahabi in Medina during the same trip, and the experience was just as enjoyable as the first. This time I booked a different room category, which had a modern design and was equally comfortable. The room was very clean, well-organized, and the attention to detail in the decor made the space feel welcoming. The hotel is located very close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it easy to walk to the المسجد for prayers within minutes. The surrounding area is full of shops, cafes, and restaurants, which adds a lot of convenience during the stay. One of the highlights this time was the breakfast. There was a good variety of options, including local Saudi dishes and international choices. The dining area was calm, clean, and well-managed. 💡 Tip: If you are driving, check parking availability in advance as the area can get busy. Also, booking early or through travel platforms may help you find better deals, especially during peak seasons."

"The location, especially being walking distance from the haram, was exactly what we wanted. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. The staff was friendly, especially Mr. Mahmoud Saad, who went above and beyond anything we expected or experienced before and we are also frequent business travelers! Any concern we had from arranging transportation or the rawdah, he was able to make it stress-free. The shower area was a bit smaller than usual and the door stops caught my toes more than once, but that would be the only down side I'd say during our trip which is a small inconvenience. Room service was quick and housekeeping was thorough. We definitely are sharing with others to take advantage of the Crown Plaza if staying in Madinah. Our suggestion would be to provide microwaves so food isn't wasted."

"Al Mokhtara Almasi is a good-value hotel about a 5–10 minute walk from the Haram, offering clean rooms and a convenient location, though some facilities are a bit dated."

"The hotel is great. Clean with good space in the room. Staff is attentive and nice. Breakfast was good with good variety. Location was not the best as the ladies entrance to the mosque is from the northern side and this hotel is on the southern side for which we had to use uber for transportation."

"An excellent stay and exceptional welcome It is with great pleasure that I return to the Maien Taiba hotel. I had already stayed there for 3 nights in June, and this time I am very happy to spend 4 nights there. The hotel is very pleasant, the room is comfortable and clean, and the entire stay truly lived up to my expectations. But I especially want to thank Mr. Ghanem, who deserves a special mention. Mr. Ghanem is an exceptional person: professional, attentive, very helpful, and always available to assist with a smile. His welcome, kindness, and dedication truly make a difference. "Thr location is fantastic literally at the front gate which is very near, surrounding by a lot of shops and restaurant so no need to worry. Came late for check in but not a problem, the recepcionist is very kind, fast process and polite too. The room is clean and nice with a haram view, but there is no water in our room need to ask to be given. On our last night, asking for water from a housekeeping in the lobby but one of them rudely told us to buy it ourself in the shop but then the other said that he will bring it to our room. He bring a half dozen of water to our room and demand money from us, I told him I only have 10 sar to give but he insisted that this is not free, I got angry and told him I will go down to the lobby to search for the people who is in charge to asking if the water is not free for a hotel guest. Only after that he agree to give it for 10 sar. Please train your staff better, if its not free state it when we first check in that water in this hotel is not free that we will be sharge separately later. Other than that this hotel is nice."

"Booked this hotel coz the price more cheaper than others. Location not too near with masjid nabawi but walking distance still acceptable. We stayed here for 6night, so far very sastified. If you are searching cheap hotel, i would recommend this hotel."

"Hotel location is the best, right in front of women's prayer area. Good food and shopping are also nearby. We booked 3 rooms at this hotel in the first week of Ramadan 2026. Rooms were clean and our floor (7th floor) was quiet and peaceful. Upon arrival we noticed a few amenities missing but when asked they were provided as soon as possible. Room service and cleaning was done by MD Umar Farooq. The only negative aspect about this place is the lack of elevators. It gets too crowded before and after prayer times."

"Such a humble accommodation from a 3 star hotel. Receptionist gave us a “suite” connecting room since we came with our family. Housekeeping was always accessible and would come clean your trash every now and then when you place it outside. There are quite a number of eateries and a cafe around the hotel without going further. We chose this hotel because it’s a straight walk to Masjid Nabawi from this place and only 2 streets away and close to the ladies’ gate."

"If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your luggage and go pray. We were made to wait a few hours by reception for an early check-in, but then the hotel owner himself came, saw us dozing off in the lobby, tired, and sternly warned reception, getting us our room immediately. The hotel owner even pointed out his office, saying to come to him if we had any problems. The rooms are clean and nice, and the beds are spacious, making it suitable for families. Breakfast is sufficient and filling. We would choose this hotel again."
