The location is perfect—just a short walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for every prayer. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view that made every morning and evening even more special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well maintained throughout my stay. "The hotel is conveniently located, even if it's at the back. It's still within the main area. The receptionist, a kind young man whose name I forgot, was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early."

"The hotel is very close to Gate 365, and the ladies' entrance is also nearby, at Gate 32, allowing you to enter the mosque with a view of Rawdah. All sorts of amenities are available nearby, such as Al Baik restaurants, markets, and souvenir shops. There's also a large bazaar directly below the hotel with dates and gift shops... Even though we arrived very early in the morning, the staff allowed us to check in at 7:30 AM. They also permitted a late check-out. Initially, there was a noise coming from outside the first room. When I mentioned it, they kindly moved us from a double room to a triple room with a view of Masjid al-Haram. The rooms are spacious and airy. It's a very clean hotel; the lobby, rooms, and every area are spotless. The breakfast is excellent. The staff are very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to my Turkish brothers and sisters who plan to visit."

"One of the best hotels in Madinah. Very close to Masjid Nabi S.A.W for the men (gate 365) It takes literally 5 mins to get to the masjid. On the quieter side of the masjid compared to the other side with all the buzz and it's very close to Jannatul Baqi too. The room size itself is massive. You get all the amenities in the rooms like slippers, bathrobes, shower gel etc. safe box in the cupboards which are big enough for all the clothes and even have an iron and ironing board in the room. All The staff are amazing and friendly especially the cleaners,. dining staff and luggage men. Very helpful and even gave us an extra 1 hour to check out because we were running late. Id definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Check in was fast, room was clean, however it was on 12th floor so a bit far. Lifts are always busy, parking is paid. Bathroom was clean, if you order for room housekeeping it would take some time to arrive. No smell, no noises, comfortable beds."

"A beautiful, clean, and well-kept hotel. Its location is convenient for men, but a bit far for women. However, it's very close to the entrance for visiting the Rawdah Sharifah. The breakfast was good and tasty, and the chef was excellent, though the variety wasn't extensive. Downstairs, there's a nice cafe, a shopping center, an ATM, and other shops. "It was just a minute walk feom Masjid Al Nabawi, for the orice ir was very worth it. Could be cleaner but overall an alright fit. Only issue is the bathroom layout. The recepetionist was kind enough to give us a Masjid view room."
