"Well positioned, relatively modern hotel with everything you need. Windowless room however didn’t feel cramped or claustrophobic. Simple rooms with shared amenities downstairs. Note there is currently construction outside the hotel (did not hear any noise from the room but view potentially obstructed if you do have a window)."
"I must compliment this super hotel! The breakfast is super , the staffs here are super friendly.
From this hotel u can walk to most of the attractions! This value for money !
The bus to the airport, is just opposite of the hotel!"
"Very modern and trendy hotel, good for youngsters. The room was larger than I expected, everything was fine and even found a bottle opener in the room, so i don't have to borrow from the front desk in person. Breakfast in the next building, not much options tho but with a very nice view!"
"The receptionists were really friendly and flexible during our entire stay. The originally allocated room was too small for us, and then the receptionist kindly accepted our offer to change to a bigger room. The lift occasionally stopped the service, which was a bit inconvenient. The drainage of the shower room was a bit slow and we needed to wait for some time until the water was completely gone. The shower temperature was a bit colder than I’m used to."
"Great base for exploring Stockholm
Stayed at the Scandic Continental during a family trip to Stockholm and it delivered on all the important things.
Location is unbeatable — literally steps from Stockholm Central Station, which made getting around the city (and beyond) effortless.
Service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast spread was well above average — fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day.
The rooftop bar is a must. The views over the city are impressive, especially in the evening. A great spot to wind down after a day of sightseeing.
Overall a solid, well-run hotel in the heart of the city. Would recommend for families and travelers who want convenience without sacrificing comfort."
"The hotel has an excellent location. It’s very close to famous attractions in Sweden such as Riddarholm Church and the Old Town, and within walking distance to the viewpoint.
The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great hotel. The room is a bit small, but it’s absolutely worth the price."
"Spacious Room & Easy Access
The room at Hilton Stockholm was big and comfortable, with a thoughtful layout and a nicely designed cupboard. The bed was cosy and perfect for a good night’s sleep.
The hotel is in a great location, close to both the train station and bus stops, making it easy to get around the city. A good choice for travellers looking for both comfort and accessibility."
"Hotel in a good location, very clean, with a good breakfast buffet.
However, it should be noted that the windows of the bedrooms are locked and cannot be opened to let fresh air in, while the heating system is centralized and cannot be adjusted individually.
In addition, some of the hotel rules are rather unusual and inconvenient for guests, such as the obligation to book the breakfast time slot the day before, and also to request room cleaning one day in advance. Overall, it feels unnecessarily restrictive and uncomfortable for the customer experience.
No welcome kit was provided, not even basic amenities such as a toothbrush or slippers, neither in the room nor upon request.
The room was also very small non space even in the floor for a trolley and luggage for two person"
"It was written on Google Maps that they had a free parking space but that was a lie, when I entered the room the carpet was dirty and the wall too. At 05:35 my wife woke me up because my neighbors in room 070 listened to the loudest songs and she couldn't sleep, I tried to contact the reception but first there was no phone in the room and second they did not answer the mobile number on Google which led me to solve this problem in my own way"
"It is a great experience staying in a ship for a night. The staffs are all very friendly and you could have your luggage stored for free which most of the hotels required you to pay for the locker. You could feel the wave when you stay inside which is exciting. You could also have a great nice city view from the bar above. I would come back definitely 😊"

Great
MMrXwThe hotel's location is fantastic, right above the central station, with direct subway access to the airport and other areas. You can essentially catch any subway line from here.
Just a few steps away, you'll find the famous Clara Church, and there are malls nearby as well. It's in the heart of the city's CBD, very lively, and you can find anything you need.
The hotel rooms are good, especially considering it's a spa bed hotel in the Nordic region... this is the most normal room you'll find 😂. It's a king-size bed room with a shower and toiletries included. However, there are no slippers or toothbrushes.
GGuest UserI stayed two nights at this hotel. I chose this hotel for its close location to the airport bus terminal. The hotel indeed was very close to that. The hotel was located in the city centre, so moving around was very convenient. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. The room was small but ok for my short staying. The only thing that I missed in the room was a fridge.
GGuest UserSuper sweet hotel with cozy rooms and very nice staff! Me and my work buddy stayed for one night only but I would stan there longer - easy!
Awesome breakfast and the chef made the moring more manageble with his nice persona. Thank you!
Nice bed, nice room. Nice everything!
I will be back!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel breakfast was a highlight – a wide variety and great value for money. The room was a bit dim, as mentioned in other reviews, but overall it was clean. The hotel has a great vibe, perfect for young people. I saw someone describe it as a 'fancy hostel,' and it really has that feel. I messed up making my waffle at breakfast, and a friendly foreigner spontaneously offered to help, which totally solidified that vibe! You have to look after your own luggage if you store it in your room, but we brought our own lock, so it wasn't a big issue. P.S. The photo booth downstairs was hilarious; it takes pictures without any warning!
GGuest UserThe location of hotel is easy to find. There is a wide selection for breakfast. Many nice affordable entries along the hotel. Metro is just around the corner 10 meters away. We love it.
SShanghai based coupleI stayed here with my mom who is from Sweden and is 79 years old but was travelling from the UK where she now lives. We were visiting family, both in and around Stockholm. This was an important trip for her, and me and we really needed it to go well.
Given such high expectations and unusual requirements because of my mom’s her age, we were really surprised by how well this hotel delivered and absolutely delighted with our stay.
The location was flawless and allowed her to see and do things nearby unassisted, while also allowing us to use the train from the main train station 5 minutes away to go to a nearby town, as well as within walking distance to meet her old school friends in a quintessentially Swedish coffee shop in the centre of town.
Breakfast was very authentically Swedish, but it was a bit odd that they didn’t have limpa bread. Otherwise an excellent selection of Scandinavian food that was delicious and filling. The view to the Stadshuset (Stoholm’s City Hall) where the majority of the Nobel prizes are given out from in the restaurant was really charming.
The rooms were spacious and finished to a really high standard.
The service and the staff were fantastic, including Marcus who met us at the door and helped with out bags, as well as Hannah and George. We cannot thank the whole team enough for thoughtful and awesome work to make such an important trip so memorable, easy and enjoyable.
MMassab123I had a really enjoyable stay at Generator Stockholm. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the central station and many popular attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in process was quick and easy.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hostel has a nice atmosphere, with great common areas to relax or meet other travelers. Everything was well organized, and I felt safe during my stay.
Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Stockholm. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at Story Hotel Stockholm Stureplan right in the heart of Stockholm. The location was unbeatable — just steps away from great shopping streets, excellent restaurants, and easy access to public transport, making it perfect for exploring the city on foot. Many attractions like Nybroviken, Strandvägen promenade, and the metro are within walking distance, so it was incredibly convenient for sightseeing.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, from check‑in to offering local tips. They made me feel truly welcome, and service throughout my stay was consistently excellent.
The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with modern design details that gave it a chic, Scandinavian vibe. While European city hotels sometimes have smaller rooms, everything felt well‑organized and cozy, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night’s sleep.
One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet — it offered a variety of tasty choices and was a great way to start each morning before heading out to explore.
The hotel also has a lively bar and restaurant downstairs, perfect for grabbing a drink or dinner without going far. The overall vibe of the property was modern and fun, making the stay feel more like a memorable experience than just another hotel visit.
Overall, I would highly recommend Story Hotel Stockholm Stureplan to anyone visiting Stockholm — especially if you want a stylish, centrally located hotel with great service and a welcoming atmosphere.
UUzura~my memory~Although it's far from the city center, it was conveniently located near a supermarket and bus stop. There was coffee and tea available in the common area, and cooking utensils were also provided, which was great. Personally, I liked that they offered free towel rentals. I'd love to stay here again when I visit Stockholm!! They also store luggage before and after check-in, but it's just left in the hallway like this, where lots of people pass by, and it's not visible from the reception, so I was a little scared that anyone could steal it (lol).
MMarinTRAVELIt was well managed and easy to spend.
Especially, the bed mat was comfortable and I slept after a long time.
The kitchen was also equipped with cooking equipment, which was wide and clean and easy to use.
I booked a shared room for men and women, but he told me that the day was only men, and paid an additional fee on the spot.
It is negative that I had to pay 1000 yen extra to rent bed linen.
