HHONG-caiOur stay at Maneechan Resort was truly enjoyable from the moment we arrived. The resort has a relaxing, green atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-prepared, with an extremely comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more pleasant. The swimming pool was large and clean, with plenty of space to sit and relax nearby. The restaurant was also impressive, offering a good variety of Thai and Western dishes, all delicious and high quality. It was definitely great value for money in every aspect. The location is convenient, close to attractions and easy to get around. A perfect place for a truly relaxing getaway.

SSunny1130I am being from the same hospitality industry, I feel it is important to share honest feedback. Good infrastructure, white floral ambience, or attractive interiors alone do not make a hotel elegant or deserving of a No.1 ranking. Real hospitality is about service, warmth, and guest experience.
Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The hotel appears to run with only two staff members handling everything from check-in to breakfast service, which clearly impacts service quality.
Breakfast was a fixed menu, yet charged at 500 THB, which did not feel justified considering there were limited options and no flexibility.
The biggest concern was the room change experience. I checked out of my first room exactly at 12 PM as instructed, but then had to wait at reception for more than one hour for the upgraded room, even though that room’s previous guest had also checked out at 12 PM. It is hard to understand why it took so long to prepare the room.
The reception attitude, especially from one female staff member, was not welcoming. Even during breakfast, when we simply requested juice, the reaction and facial expression were unpleasant and uncomfortable. Hospitality should never feel like a burden to guests.
On a positive note, the male receptionist I met the previous night was humble, polite, and professional. He was the only bright point in the service experience.
Overall, I would not recommend this property unless there is serious improvement in customer service, staffing, and guest handling.

BBatman1Got a room on the 3rd floor, no elevator, quite tiring. If there was a staff to help carry the bags, that would be great. There is breakfast, made to order, rice soup or American. There is a restaurant for dinner, convenient, can order to the room.

RRoger BenjaWhen we booked the room through Trip.com platform. We selected 2 single bed room, however when checked in and went to the room. I found it is one queen bed. Go back to recheck with front desk staff she said we booked one queen bed. We insited and showed our booking confirmation that we booked 2 single bed. Finally the staff changed us a 2 single bed as per our booking. Thanks for their smart service.
Location : at the Chantraburi river side, outskirt of the city. Very quiet. Suitable for customers whi have cars.
Bed & pillow : Simple, no impression for good sleeping.
Room space planning: room big enough but seemed unbalace planned that caused the sleeping area became small while toilet and bathing rooms are too big.
Shower water: need to improve water pressure.
Atmostphere : very good.
Breakfast : enough choice of taste.
Value of money : great.

GGuest UserConveniently located near centre of Chantaburi town. Mod-ish boutique hotel in heritage style. Standout feature are the ground floor rooms with direct access to the swimming pool. The only drawback is there is some noise from the nearby main road.

The value was great, but there are a couple things to be aware of. It seems the hot water no longer works late at night, or at least mine didn't. Also, there are two very aggressive dogs guarding the alley, which is the only way to walk to the hotel. During the day they are calm, but at night I was nearly sure they were going to bite me (and I say that as someone very comfortable around dogs). I ended up calling a taxi for the 800m drive to the hotel just to avoid the dogs.
Not deal breakers, and the score remains high because it's such a good value, but these things are worth mentioning.

PPanwadeeI have stayed in this hotel three times. The first time I came alone, the second time I came with friends, and this time I brought my family and chose to stay here. Although the hotel is not in the city center, it is very close to the city center and it is very convenient to drive in and out of the city. Both the room hygiene and the service of the staff are very good. In addition, this hotel really provides the best service to guests. This time we came to stay and found that the hotel has set up tram parking spaces, which is really convenient for friends who drive trams. There were no charging piles when I stayed for the first and second time. On the day we checked in, we met the Thai travel team, and it is conceivable that it received good reviews from everyone! 👍I hope friends who travel to Chanthaburi will also experience it!
