"The hotel is beautiful, really lovely. I regret not bringing a swimsuit, the pool looked so spacious! The only thing is it's a bit far to Lee Garden Night Market, about 15-20 minutes away. If you want to go to Central, it's about 15 minutes. Also, there's no 7-Eleven nearby, so you need to buy things beforehand or on your way back. Overall, the room was comfortable and I was satisfied."

"A bit run down hotel although from outside looks modern building, but in my opinion this building need to refurbish ,with out that is so pity spacious room looks very old and quite dirty, hope the corridor,lobby area need to lit up all the time cause it is too dark."

"This hotel is conveniently located near central Hatyai and within walking distance of Greenway Night Market, making it a great choice for travelers who want easy access to local attractions and food. The hotel has limited parking spaces, but we were still able to find a spot during our one-night stay. The room was spacious, clean, and simple, with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. A bonus was the food stall right next to the hotel, which operates from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The food was delicious and perfect for a late-night supper. A few things to note: no toothbrushes were provided, so remember to bring your own. The biggest issue was the water heater. Even at the lowest temperature setting, the water was extremely hot and could potentially burn your skin. We were unable to use the hot water and ended up turning the heater off completely and showering with cold water instead. Overall, the location and room size were great for a short stay, but the hotel should improve its bathroom amenities and fix the water heater issue."

"This was my first time staying here, and I came with my two daughters. We really liked it; the beds were super comfortable. However, the room layout was a bit odd, and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was quite hard to reach. The towel rack was installed inside the shower, which was unusual. Also, the light switches were a bit confusing to operate. Overall, the room was good. The restaurant's buffet line was quite small, and the seating felt too cramped. The outdoor seating area was so close to the pool that the floor was constantly wet. I saw several people slip and fall. They should definitely put down non-slip mats around the pool area to prevent accidents. Regarding service, there should be staff monitoring the outdoor poolside seating during breakfast, asking guests if they need anything and ensuring their safety. For the sauna, there should be clear instructions on how to use it, as some guests might not know, as well as clear opening and closing times. The operating hours or temperature settings should be standardized (and not placed where guests can adjust them, as this could damage the equipment). As for the fitness center, it should open earlier, perhaps at 7:00 or 8:00 AM. There's also a bit too much equipment, making the room feel small and cramped, especially if multiple guests are using it at once."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Saran Inn! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The price was also very reasonable, making it great value for money. What impressed us the most was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They even helped us find a motorcycle rental shop, which made our trip so much easier. We really appreciated their kindness and excellent service. The only funny thing was the elevator—it made me a little nervous every time I used it 😂. But everything worked fine, and it definitely gave us something to laugh about. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay with outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend Saran Inn. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our trip even more enjoyable!"
