Friendly, excellent location, water park , and good breakfast. The hotel definitely has seen a better day, clean, spacious, but it’s run down, outdated, lack ground keeping . 95% of hotel staffs don’t speak English . I would definitely rent again, walking distance to night market and the beach was the best .

FX hotel is a good hotel close to everything in Pattaya 🙂 the staffe is very helpful and in anyway friendly 😊 it's a very good family hotel 😊 but if you don't like drunk noise and rude Russian people 🤨 that are sitting around the pool from early morning to very late in the night 🥳😐 then you should not stay in FX hotel The staff and even the manager of the hotel was trying to stop this Russian ass....🤨 but it didn't ore had only little effect 😐 so it is not to blame the staff they did everything they cut to stop them 😊

The location of the hotel is excellent: there are lots of shops, a night market, massage parlors, motorbike rentals and more nearby. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the tuk-tuks. It’s also about 10 minutes to the beach, walking through the neighboring hotel. The room is clean and housekeeping comes every day. Breakfast is pretty good and varied, there’s a coffee machine, but the coffee isn’t from freshly ground beans. The main downside is the Wi-Fi: in the morning the speed is very good and everything works fine, but in the evenings the speed is terrible and you can hardly load anything. The mobile network also seems overloaded in this area, as mobile internet in the room wasn’t very fast either. Overall, the hotel is worth the money.

It's quite decent: the walls are clean and lightly painted, and the furniture is light-colored. The refrigerator has seen a lot of use, but it works and is large! Garbage is collected daily, and two bottles of water are provided, along with a roll of toilet paper, shower gel, and liquid soap. I booked a room with a balcony; it's wide, there's a hairdryer, and the street is quiet. There's a local cafe on the right that serves chicken and rice, and the food is delicious.

great location with great staff, it's good couples or families but just know that the wifi service is on the slow side and there isn't any public facilities that you can use

The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, but it was quite convenient for us since we drove. There's a night market and a 7-Eleven not too far from the hotel. The beach is right out the south gate of the hotel. The room was super spacious, and the breakfast was decent with a good variety. I'd recommend staying here if you have a car or a motorbike; otherwise, it might be a bit inconvenient. Alternatively, taking a ride from Jomtien Beach would make it much easier.

The room was great! It was awesome to find such a value-for-money hotel during the May Day holiday 👍🏻. I definitely have to give it a full five stars! The room was very clean and tidy, with a cozy and elegant layout. The lighting and ventilation were excellent, and the view from the window was also very nice! The mattress and pillows were just the right softness, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly, making for a super quiet and peaceful night's sleep. There are many small bars on the surrounding streets, but this hotel isn't directly on the street, so it's convenient for dining and massages without being noisy. There was plenty of hot water, and free iced mineral water was available for self-service from the fridge next to the front desk, which was handy to grab when heading out. The front desk staff were all incredibly nice, thoughtful, and polite. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The owner is Chinese, so if you have any questions about your stay or travel, you can contact them directly, and they will explain things in detail and resolve any issues. FOR SMOKER: this is not a smoker friendly hotel !!!! Good things: Location Beautiful view of the sea, from the pool/terrace. Good, varied breakfast. A very nice hotel from the entrance. Pleasant communication at the reception. Bad things: Total exclusion of smokers! Only one place is given in the corner, totally prohibiting and annoying being forced at check-in to sign that only if they think or find evidence that you smoked on the balcony or elsewhere in the hotel you will be fined 3,000 baht. It's not the amount, it's the way they manage the presence of smokers. !!!!!!! Room 401 very very dirty shower area....... it hasn't been washed there for months. This is not the fault of the cleaning lady but of the floor manager or in building A, who must give exact instructions for cleaning. I should mention that I stayed another time in building B, room 725 - perfectly clean.

Before we arrived at the hotel we tried to call the hotel to confirm if they received my email about the late check in because our flight was at night and we were arriving at morning because we still need to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya. I called 3 times and what I got was phone dropped. The staff is a bit rude and always saying call at 9 am. When we arrived at the hotel a staff was sleeping at the couch and another one sleeping at the counter. When I said check in he doesn’t even check or ask about the booking and still telling me to come back at 9 am. I said I paid already and have my booking stay for 3 nights. He didn’t even bothered to check my booking before saying anything. We came as family, I know it’s different booking of room as it’s shown in the booking however they separated us in different hotel and did not even think that we are family that they might can make better arrangements but offered nothing. To cut that story on The other hand the hotel itself has simple rooms a bit old but it’s comfortable. The pool can accommodate a lot more and the location is nice. Just walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions. Jomtien beach and Walking streets is just 3 minutes away. The view from our room is nice and nice atmosphere. Very live location. I can recommend this hotel for its price and amenities and location, and I just hope they will improve the service quality for better experience.
