Aside from being a bit far out, this place offers great value for money. It's clean and quiet at night. You can reach the beach in about ten minutes. The front desk staff were very friendly; they greeted us and even asked if we needed a car.

This is a 3 star hotel, the decoration of the rooms is mediocre. There is a pool in second floor in which you can get a pool access from your room.
I found the pool more of a decoration than a real swimming pool.
There is another pretty small pool in fourth floor with a pool bar.
We had a room with a jacuzzi and the jacuzzi was worth the money. It worked well like it should be.
The breakfast was good but because of the location of the hotel, the noise of the traffic is little bit disturbing.
Overall, I liked the hotel but I think it should be 20% cheaper considering it is a 3 star hotel.

B2 was clean, tidy, staff were great. Hotel
Is nice with convenient location. Downside to me is that mattress was like a rock, lack of storage space, they give tiny little bottles for shower gel, no tissues and everything is white, lacks character - but all in all a great stay.

location was alright. walking distance by the beach but never walked there on the account that we had a toddler and was extreme heat and evening was a no go to walk there for sure due to the the roads that leads there. the buggy service to the beach is only till 6pm which is a bummer. 7pm would have been better and more laxed.
when we arrived we had lunch at their restaurant after a long drive, food was a nono. ordered their seafood platter and the lobster was small and had a smell. the squid was not to my liking as well and had a smell too. not worth the price, not worth the it overall. just head out to eat. breakfast was alright nothing much to say.
pool was alright nothing to rave about their kids play room was absolutely small. they just cramp a small slide in there and had a bunch of toys, didnt manage to take a picture but don't expect much on their kids play room.
the main issue we had with the hotel was the absolute lack of care and urgency we had with their aircon issue. my baby took a nap during the afternoon and was sweating so after changing the temperature lower i thought it will take some time to adjust, so i had my portable fan on whilst my baby slept because it's extreme heat now in thailand so naturally i would want the room cool, specially with a child. we left the hotel after my baby woke up to have dinner outside and when we came back the temp was still stuck at 23dgree didnt change at all. so called them to check on the temperature and said it will be fixed, it was late at this point and was my childs sleep time, still the temperature did not change and my child slept with the fan on AGAIN during the night. next morning i told them aircon had a problem and was told they were going to clean the aircon, no apology whatsoever and no offer to change room, head down for breakfast and after which i told them we were heading out so they could clean the aircon now and the staff told me if we were all packed because they were gonna change the room and i was shocked. like seriously, i was told they were going to clean the aircon not change the room and the next im asked if we were packed. like are you serious?!!!
we went back to the room and hurriedly packed all our things so we can move to another room, same exact room on a different floor AND SAME D*MN PROBLEM. the aircon!! the aircon had the same problem.. told them the same thing and they checked same stun they pulled and turns out i cant even control the temperature myself, they had to control from their main control room. again let me be clear, IT IS EXTREME HEAT in thailand right now. the reason why we went to hua hin was to relax and enjoy away from the bangkok heat and head down to hua hin and relax by the beach and in the hotel room where it's suppose to be nice and cool but what did we get, stress!!! we had a child along with us so naturally i was way too angry with the whole situation.. hated our stay here and i will never go back even if it's free. with all our troubles no verbal apology. their apology was 2 pcs of small desserts. umm ya okay. the only time the aircon finally got cold was on our very last night. next morning we left.. THANKS FOR THAT! i can't believe we left the comfort of our home, travelled 3 hours only to be stressed out and have my child sleep with a portable fan on

Hotel Review – Royal Pavilion Hua Hin
I stayed two days at Royal Pavilion Hua Hin. It is an older 3-star hotel with some renovation, so expectations for facilities and services should be moderate. The housekeeping lady kept the room very clean
.
The location is very good, close to the night market. The night market is one of the best I have visited in Bangkok, with many seafood restaurants and quite a few places offering live music.
If your budget allows, you may want to consider a 4- or 5-star hotel for more facilities and services.

Hotel is conveniently located next to market village where there are burger king and kfc that are open 24 hours, lotus', homepro and lots of restaurants and a food court. Very convenient and a 5 mins walk to beach via several lanes directly opposite the hotel. Not all the lanes are publicly accessible. Hence, this is a plus point as i have stayed in other hotels and have to walk a distance in order to enter the beach. The hotel is located deep in a lane though. Otherwise, there is nothing to dislike about the hotel. Its about 15 mins walk to hua hin train station. Hotel is more like a studio apartment with a small kitchen and living area. The aircon condenser is located next to the balcony where you can hang your clothes to dry. Due to the heat from the condenser, clothes dry very fast, normally within one night. This is very useful to me, so i can pack light. The bus station is located next to market village where you can board buses to cha am and even to bangkok and kanchanaburi. Location is hence excellent.

Amazing
JJesdotcom007The Standard exceeded my standard, the resort feel environment is so relaxing. The service is excellent. The buffet breakfast spread is good, the food is nice also.
PPoontrazzStepping into the room was a real 'wow' moment! It's so spacious with a warm, inviting feel. The king-size bed is incredibly soft; I practically didn't want to get up. The bed linens are as fine and smooth as those in a luxury hotel. The sofa corner is perfectly arranged for lounging. I especially love the adjustable bedside lamps – just switching them on instantly puts me in vacation mode.
The bathroom is HUGE! It has separate wet and dry areas, plus a bathtub right by the window 🛁✨. The water pressure is excellent, the temperature is consistent, and the amenities have a lovely, subtle scent. Full marks, ten out of ten, no deductions!
GGuest UserPros:
Beautiful property well maintained. Nice location. Not very Central. 10 minutes walk to the night market. 15 minutes walk or a bit more to Hua Hin beach. Has minBig C market right infront. Very nice out door garden and nice kitchen area where you Can also set your laptop and work.
Cons:
There were no soap dispensers by the sink. So by the time you want to wash your hands, see how many things you touched and opened. So I have to go to the shower cabinet. Take some shower gel or shampoo, then get out again by the sink and wash my hands. How hygienic? when I asked they said don't have .
I left some lemons and yogurt in the fridge. First time in my life in a hostel, this happens. I did not find the lemons and I found that the yogurt was taken out of the bag and put somewhere else where I did not place it . when I asked the girl at the reception she said I don't know and then later on she found the bag of lemons somewhere under the sink and then she told mewhenever you want to put something in the fridge you should come and tell us at the reception, how convenient .
they don't even have stickers and it's my job to go and tell her that I want to put something in the fridge so she can put a note on it
The card to the room only have the number of the bed so I forgot which dorm I'm sleeping in and I had to go around to see the number of the dorms. They don't have the number of the dorm room on the key card. Very intelligent work .
I found that the Vention blind style that gives you privacy to your bunk bed is actually very noisy because of this chain. Every time somebody pulls it up or down it kind of wakes you up in contrast to the fabric curtain which slides easily and does not make lots of noise
They have a safe inside your bed area, however it doesn't have a battery. So if you decide to keep things in the safe you have to go and ask for a battery for it to work. How convenient.
They don't have some basic cutlery like a sharp knife where you can cut some fruits or veggies if you want.
No free drinking water.
And if u sit the garden outside, for one full day nobody cleared the ashtray. So the cigarette buts and ashes were flying every where because it was windy outside. And rubbish bin too.
Bottom line I don't recommend.
UUlllaaaThis hotel is huge and has its own private beach, which is perfect for an unobstructed sunrise view. We were incredibly lucky to even see 'blue tears' (bioluminescent plankton) during our stay – it was so dreamy! There are also many classes available to choose from daily, and several restaurants, with a wide variety for the breakfast buffet. Although the room facilities are a bit dated and there's the inevitable dampness from being by the sea, the warm service and delicious food made for an excellent holiday experience. Overall, it's highly recommended. We basically just relaxed at the hotel for our entire three days in Hua Hin. And the hotel's Barai Spa? It truly lives up to its reputation as one of Asia's best! Definitely worth trying if you're in Hua Hin.
FFFAHARITIf you’re talking about a hotel with one of the largest water parks in Thailand, this is definitely one of the first names that comes to mind.
It’s well known as a fully integrated resort, featuring a massive water park. It’s especially perfect for staying during Thailand’s hot season, as all hotel guests can enjoy complimentary access to the water park without any additional charge.
TTraveling ZetaA Quiet Little Paradise in Hua Hin: Exceptional Stay at iSanook Resort
I absolutely loved my stay at iSanook Resort! It truly is a quiet little slice of paradise.
Location:
The resort is a bit outside the main hustle and bustle of Hua Hin town, which we actually preferred. It offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere while being just a short trip from the action. The location is fantastic because it's very close to one of the main beaches. You’ll also find plenty of convenience stores, laundromats, and even a few restaurants within easy walking distance.
Amenities & Facilities:
· Pool: The pool is absolutely beautiful—sparkling clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by great furniture for lounging.
· Gym: The nice gym had everything I needed for a good workout.
· Room: Our room was clean, efficient, and well-designed. We appreciated the balcony with furniture, the refrigerator, and the in-room safe. Everything was in excellent condition.
Dining & Food:
The excellent breakfast was a daily highlight, offering a wonderful variety of Chinese, Thai, and Western options. The great food continued throughout the day at the café and the poolside bar, which also had fantastic drink specials during happy hour.
Service:
Customer service was excellent across the board. The staff were attentive, friendly, and the entire hotel property is very well-kept.
Verdict:
If you’re looking for a quiet, romantic getaway or a relaxing escape from the busier parts of Hua Hin, this is the place. I can't recommend iSanook Resort highly enough and will definitely be returning.
AAnonymous UserAbsolutely fantastic and super fun! This is a hidden gem of a hotel and location in Thailand. We stayed here on our way to Phuket, and the room was excellent value for money, especially the pool slide – it was an absolute blast! We even came back to stay here again on our return from Phuket.
CCindy 89Cons Include:-
Breakfast is not worth adding, cold and uncovered fried eggs? Same everyday could easily be improved.many other options eg Blueport mall. Need to rent a bike as quite far.
Very busy popular hotel especially for long term stays. Dozens of 60 + years old European men congrgating around pool every day exchanging stories (loudly) about their adventures with bar girls :(
Approximately 150 rooms @ 2 per room = 300 people and only 14 sunbeds which are often reserved from 8am by towels being placed on them. Need more but the pool area isnt as big as pictures depict with photos taken on 0.5 resolution.
On a busy road with dozens, if not hundreds of street dogs that can be intimidating for some. Unfortunately, they regularly howl at night and disturb sleep.
Walls of each room are very thin and all noises, TV, talking, toilet, sex, nose blowing etc is clearly audible at a⁹ll times. This was terrible.
Beds are very hard but reception can arrange mattress toppers to make more comfortable
No kettle in room, but a microwave oven without any cutlery etc?
Gym was dirty and sticky... needs a deep clean and maintenance thereafter. No air-conditioning in gym
Wifi signal isnt good. Get your own Sim card for data to save the inconvenience
The single lift servicing all rooms is painfully slow, you always must wait for it. The building doesn't have a service lift so maintenance and cleaning staff must use it all day every day. This causes delays for guests.
Pros include:-
Nice staff
Good sized smart TV (Sony) in room
Nice mountain view from the west facing rooms, especially on higher floor. Deluxe rooms are on higher floors but almost identical to superior room.on floors 1 to 5. They are exact same size but different entrance doors and slightly different wardrobe layout.
Close enough to walk to bars and restaurants
HHappy sunnyWe were upgraded to second floor with balcony. New looking room extremely large bed can sleep three or four people! Bathroom new, excellent shower with rain shower, strong pressure hot water. Anantara spa amenities. Love it! Renovation going on here and there but noise gone at 6pm. Breakfast location moved to restaurant in front of beach. A bit cramped but nice views of ocean. Especially loved the large bed & shower (no bathtub). Good sleep. Ricky the parrot is super cute!
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at the Hua Hin Euro City Hotel and would highly recommend it to any traveler, especially those on a budget. The hotel's prime location made exploring the area incredibly easy. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Hua Hin Railway Station, the vibrant Night Market, and the beach. There are also plenty of restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby, making it a convenient base for local exploration. The staff are generally very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
