"A budget-friendly hotel with complete amenities. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and they provided toast and coffee in the morning. The reception staff were polite and provided good service. The downsides were that the parking area was limited, the walls were quite thin so you could hear noise from nearby rooms, and the bathroom had a slight musty smell (possibly because the bathroom door had been left open before check-in). Overall, considering the price, it was a good value stay and I would recommend it."

"I'm only giving the facilities 2.5 stars because it's a Novotel, and the water kept going from hot to cold in the shower. The hairdryer was also a nightmare to use, you had to hold the button down with a lot of force, which was really annoying when trying to dry my hair. The room was quite compact and a bit small."

"This is my second time staying here. I got upgraded to a corner room at a great price. The location is excellent, right next to Central. The room is spacious, and the large window makes it feel very open. The air conditioning is perfectly cold. There's a toothbrush in the room, but you have to ask for a comb at the front desk. The parking in front of the hotel is a bit limited."

"We stayed at this hotel in January 2026. We liked the hotel; it's centrally located with markets and Lotus nearby. The hotel has a good gym with a sauna and a hammam, a small pool, and excellent breakfasts. Housekeeping is daily, and slippers, a bathrobe, shampoo, and shower gel are provided. However, there's no toothpaste or toothbrushes, despite it being listed as available. There's a safe in the room, and Wi-Fi works throughout the hotel. There's no free shuttle to the beach, even though it was stated as an amenity on our trip booking. We chose this hotel partly because of that specific feature. Ultimately, you can get to the beach by taxi for about 100 baht, or walk about 5 km. We walked a couple of times through the mangrove forest, but it is quite a distance. Otherwise, we enjoyed the hotel. We thank the hotel staff for their hospitality."
