"Stayed on April 18, 2026, room 1821. This is the only hotel I choose every time I return home to Rayong. The room is fully equipped with toiletries, 6 crystal glass bottles of drinking water, tea and coffee, an iron, and a hairdryer. The staff's service is consistently excellent across the board; truly nothing to fault. The housekeeping staff are also lovely; when I requested ice at night, they brought it right away. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, with the Tom Yum creamy soup being the most delicious. All the restaurant staff provide excellent service in every aspect; whatever you ask for, they will find it for you. All staff members use well-trained and polite language. I'd like to commend the chefs and all the staff who served in the restaurant on April 19, 2026. Overall, I love this hotel the most out of all the hotels I've ever stayed at. I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"This is a fantastic place to stay! We booked the room for three people, and it was great. It had a separate room with a double bed (for two people) and another room with a single bed (for one person), complete with a TV and dining table. There's a counter, fridge, shoe cabinet, and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is shared, with two entrances: one from the single-bed room and another from the double-bed room. It's really convenient. The beds are super comfortable. The air conditioning in both rooms is easy to adjust with the remote. You can even watch YouTube on the TV, which is a great touch. Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out at 12 PM. I highly recommend booking with breakfast included – it was absolutely delicious! "This is my second time staying here. I got upgraded to a corner room at a great price. The location is excellent, right next to Central. The room is spacious, and the large window makes it feel very open. The air conditioning is perfectly cold. There's a toothbrush in the room, but you have to ask for a comb at the front desk. The parking in front of the hotel is a bit limited."

"The atmosphere is good. The accommodation looks clean and has parking available. It is considered a hotel worth listening to and is close to the road. "The room was quite new and clean. However, since it was a long holiday weekend when I stayed, the cleaning staff couldn't keep up. I had to wait in the lobby after checking in for my room to be ready, but the staff tried their best to resolve the issue. Overall, it was good. The water pressure was a bit low, and the noise from guests in other rooms coming back late was quite disruptive – opening and closing doors and talking loudly, probably drunk."

"Fantastic hotel; we especially loved the breakfast buffet with its excellent varied dishes. Always plenty to be had. And the dining room was very clean and organized and the staff quite meticulous and attentive. Our room was lovely and comfortable, although it was void of most decor and art on the walls. Excellent soft and cozy bed and the AC was perfect. And I even used the fitness room, which was well equipped. A very clean environment and relatively new establishment. They even have great networks and streaming services on the room's TV. I managed to watch Prime with my active membership. Thank you everyone for a very pleasant stay. We're hoping to return in the future."

"Everything was great. Very clean, good service, 200 baht deposit required. My only complaints are the limited parking and the noise early in the morning. The housekeeping staff and the rooms aren't very soundproof. During my stay, a family with children stayed in the room opposite, and they were noisy all day. In the morning, there was drilling noise, construction work, and other disturbances, making it impossible to sleep. The best points are the location and the cleanliness – it was truly very clean."
