JJeremieGWent to the hotel for one night. The room are spacious and clean but the main issue of this hotel is most of the room apart from the beach front which are under renovation, are absolutely not isolated. You can see from your room and the mini pool the staff', Clients, dogs cats etc passing by.
No real beach front unfortunately. Nice sunset
So definitely not worth the price. I think better quality for the price in koh phangan
Also went to the spa ”l 'occitane” and I do think it is really a joke. Small room with only some occitane products to sell. That 's was surprising...

GGuest UserBest hotel I've ever stayed at in my life! Don't hesitate for a second! How can I put it, everything is perfect! I've stayed there twice: the first time in a triple room, which was superb, and the second time in an economy room (the cheapest). The bed wasn't super comfortable, but I just opened the door and I was at the pool. It's not a huge hotel, so it's never overbooked! But there are enough people to create a nice atmosphere. The restaurant is really, really good; I highly recommend the 'pad kra pao' with pork! The staff are incredibly kind! You can even rent scooters at the front desk, and the owner provides information on absolutely all possible activities to do on the island. He'll book everything for you, whether it's taxis, activities, ferries, festivals, Muay Thai fights, and most importantly, he doesn't rip you off at all on prices. We checked online every time, and there were zero scams. They are truly darlings! What more can I say about the pool? It's magnificent, with breathtaking sunset views, and with the beach right in front, you can borrow paddles and kayaks for free. The ONLY drawback of this hotel is that it's not in the city center, but there's not really much point in going to the city center anyway. Just go to the festivals for fun and stay at the hotel the rest of the time. And if you do want to go to the city center or visit other beaches, you can rent scooters.

SSvtloveartWe arrived with three friends and booked a deluxe room, but another person joined us mid-stay. Upon check-in, they asked for everyone's passports (and made copies), refused to upgrade our room, and also refused to allow all four of us to share the same room. But our friend was lucky; there was one standard room available, so we booked it. Excellent hotel. Breakfast is buffet style, with vouchers, and there are cakes and a variety of desserts. We really enjoyed it.

AAnonymous UserA wonderful beach hotel! The grounds aren't huge, but they're very green and well-maintained. The bungalows are super cozy and charming. From any bungalow, it's no more than a 1-minute walk to the beach. There's a restaurant on-site serving both European and Thai cuisine. For breakfast, I even found oatmeal with mango! The beach is beautiful and long enough for a nice stroll. The sand is incredibly soft and fine. It does get a bit shallow at low tide. There's a Seven-Eleven about a 7-minute walk from the hotel along the main road.

GGuest UserGreat stay, all of the staff were hard working, and friendly but Catalina, Moe and Aaron were exceptional and a credit to the team. Good location, comfortable room,big pool, plenty of beds, direct access to the beach, fabulous sunsets snd a short walk to Haadrin Walking Street, restaurants and its beach. The only negative was that smoking was permitted around the pool, it would’ve been a more pleasant experience if there were smoking and none smoking areas and it was enforced by staff.

BBrittaKLovely staff and great location. Huts very basic but great for the price. Unfortunately could not see much of the ocean from the ocean view room we were in.
Could use some fresh towels, ours were very old with holes in them and the bed could use an upgrade, sweaked everytime you moved.
But the owners were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Plus very friendly monkeys came to visit in the morning!

Cons:
- quite far a way from the city and places with action. even on a motorbike it's quite a ride.
- house keeping service should be improved - if you are in a delux room area, the house keeping team is camping there half a day, which kills the privacy and quiet environment. i think the resort can easily improve this
I think this would be good for couples and maybe families for a few days. Just remember this area is not very walkable, so you'll need to order a car everywhere or rent a motorbike.

MMVCarvalhoThe place is very beatiful with amazing view, but for 4 stars hotel they need to make improvements in general, service, food and facilities.
The hotel is too far from the center about 40 min by car, and the hotel doesn’t provide any shuttle for free, if you want to go to the city for any reason you have to pay.
Breakfast: there is variety of food but I’m my opinion it’s not a good quality, I was expecting more.
Facilities: swimming pool and sun beds is ok, they provide one kind of fabric but isn’t towel.
Room: my room was beatiful and clean, but so dark, bathroom the floor was a kind of tiles slippery and little bit, this is a kind of hazards.
