This is a family-run hotel, and the owner is incredibly kind. When we arrived around noon, the owner offered us tea, and orange juice for the kids. Upon learning we were visiting Hierapolis, he kindly offered to drive us to the north entrance of the site, allowing us to walk downhill through the ruins instead of climbing up from the base. We were truly grateful for his thoughtfulness. That evening, after returning from the site, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The owner's wife cooked authentic local dishes, and they were delicious. The room was a bit small, but it had one double bed and three single beds. Since we were only staying for one night, it wasn't a major issue.

This is a pretty big hotel, and there were a lot of Chinese guests. To my surprise, they even had Chinese food on the menu! The front desk service was excellent. They helped me book a birthday cake for my son. The hot air balloon activity they recommended, which I booked a day in advance, also went ahead as planned. The staff member was great; they were worried I'd be concerned about paying for the hot air balloon in advance and not getting a refund if it didn't happen, so they gave me a receipt and a guarantee for a refund. Really fantastic front desk staff! 👍

Without exception, all hotels can take their cue from this hotel's hygiene and cleanliness! The room, including the air conditioning, bedding, shower, toilet, refrigerator, and even the underside of the bed, were in impeccable condition. Breakfast is freshly prepared each morning. The hotel staff (a family business) is very accommodating and places great value on guest satisfaction. Private parking is available in the hotel's courtyard.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality during our short stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as we arrived earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which was kindly extended due to low occupancy. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the view was genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights was being able to see hot air balloons 🎈 directly from the hotel, which made the stay even more special and memorable. While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved to further elevate the property’s standards: 1. Food quality could be enhanced, particularly breakfast. Having a chef prepare options such as fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs would greatly improve the dining experience. 2. The furnishing and interior details would benefit from a light refresh to give the property a more refined and polished feel. 3. The sliding section of the property could be opened to enhance accessibility and overall flow of the space. 4. Adding a subtle room fragrance would create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere upon entering the room. Overall, it was a great and satisfying stay, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this place has the potential to become truly outstanding.

Good place to rest for the night while visiting the famous pamukalle. Very nice host by the name of Jos (pronounced as Josh). Breakfast could be more fresh in terms of the cold ingredients they use but still they do their best. Would recommend for anyone who stays here a night. Unusual that swimming pool is open 24 hours 😇

This hotel is conveniently located close to different restaurants and shops. The price is reasonable and you can meet friends from different countries. If you travel here next time, you will choose to live in this hotel.

The location is good, close to Pamukkale. You can see the hot air balloons up close in the morning. The staff are average. The room is clean and the amenities are reasonable for the price. The bathroom is a bit dirty. There is no hot water in the shower (the staff told me it would come in 5 minutes, but it never did).

The boss is very good and enthusiastic, and the hotel breakfast is OK. However, the hotel will cut off the water supply at night, so it is impossible to wash, and the air conditioning is not very good.

The staff/owners are very reserved and not particularly friendly, which may be due to the culture. However, all services are very obliging and excellent. For example, abandoned rooms were cleaned well before the agreed time so that waiting guests could check in as early as possible. As far as I could see, all rooms on the ground floor had chairs and tables on the terrace or balcony so that I could also sit outside the door. This meant that I could also work comfortably on my laptop in the sun with the good and stable WIFI. I particularly liked the very hot shower, which always smelled somehow fresh (thanks for that), extra shampoo and shower gel, air conditioning and not to forget even a pool. All things that I don't necessarily expect in this price range. Within walking distance of the only attraction in Pamukkale, the hotel is perfect. I would spend my three days there again at any time.

An amazing experience. They treated me like one of the family. This is a family run hotel. Jusuf, the man of the family and his wife Perihan were the sweetest people minding me and helping me with anything they could. I feel in love with their kids. The room is actually a whole appartment! 😍 Huge! A very large bed in a very spacious room, with an extra bed. Really confortable mattress, with a very important thing for me: a mattress protector! Believe it or not, not all hotels have this important hygienic facility. The bathroom is also very spacious. I did not use the kitchen area, however there is one It is a very peaceful and quiet place. You only hear the birds and dogs at times. Pamukkale travertines are 5 mins by walk from Titanic hotel.😍😍😍 Jusuf's friend: Junior, has a balloon and other tours agency. They arranged all my schedule. I recommend anyone reading this to organise their trip with him. The agency name is Metro. Overall, it was a 5 star experience for me. I will come back to them if I ever have the opportunity. Their hospitality made the difference.
