"I enjoyed my stay here, but for me, if you have big luggage, this is not an ideal place to stay. It’s hard to open your luggage in the room because it’s too small. I think this accommodation is better for interstate trips or if you’re trying to save money—you can still manage though. I also thought all floors had a hair dryer, especially the women’s floor where I stayed, but there wasn’t any. The rest was okay. Just be prepared that there is no elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage upstairs."

"This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York."

"Great location in Manhattan, really convenient for getting around since it's close to the subway. The restaurant on the first floor is excellent for breakfast, and the rooftop bar is fantastic too! The rooms are spacious, and the staff are very welcoming!"

"The hotel is located near Wall Street and the Charging Bull, making its location absolutely fantastic. It's also really close to the Statue of Liberty ferry, surrounded by many popular photo ops. The front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and they even helped us get a room with a great view."

The bathrooms are clean, and with only six rooms per floor, it feels very private and never crowded. The elevators are fast, and the lobby offers complimentary hot water and coffee in generously sized cups. While the breakfast is high quality and diverse, the menu can be repetitive for longer stays, and seating may be limited during peak hours. However, a major drawback is the lack of an in-room safe, which might be inconvenient if you are traveling with many valuables."

"Fenomenal location close to everything + subway Just be aware that there is the Roof Top Bar with Lou music friday-saturday until 4AM (18th floor) we could hear it a little bit from 9th floor so closer floors might have suffered it a little more...or they maybe joined the party??!!! Needs to be 21 to get in. Saturday Sundays entry is admitted to everyone as they offer Brunch Service there. The grab&go thing is great for breakfast and also if you want to grab something to eat during long days visiting the city. Also ask for free water if needed!!! The 10 dollars to spend every day per room is also good as you can use them to get some extra food or coffee or beer or discount when using the hotel bar/restaurants/club facilities. In brief, very good place to stay in New York"

"The room was as shown on the website. Even though it is a bit small which is normal for New York standard, it is clean and offers everything you need. The bathroom is exceptionally clean and nicely build. However, we needed to wait a bit for hot water in the evening. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of basic food and drinks. The staff was super friendly and answered all the questions properly."

We booked a standard room with two queen beds, which was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for our small family of three. The room was impeccably clean, featuring modern decor that blends classic charm with contemporary style, hardwood floors, and large noise-canceling windows that kept the busy city sounds at bay—a lifesaver for our son, who needs a quiet space to rest after long days of sightseeing. The plush bedding ensured we all slept soundly, and the room was well-equipped with plenty of USB charging ports and free Wi-Fi, which kept our son entertained with his tablet during downtime. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water, small touches that made our stay more convenient. We also loved exploring the surrounding neighborhood on foot, with cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and the charming Tin Building just a short walk away. Overall, our stay at Hotel Indigo New York Downtown Wall Street was fantastic. The hotel’s prime location, comfortable and quiet rooms, thoughtful amenities, and warm, family-focused service made our New York City trip unforgettable. It’s the perfect choice for families traveling with young children who want to be in the heart of the action while still having a peaceful place to retreat. "We had a lovely stay. The hotel is a few min walk from the metro, and there are plenty of restaurants and attractions close by. The room had beautiful artwork and although it was a bit small, we had plenty of space for two."
