Centrally located, it's convenient to go anywhere, which also means long queues for check-in! Downstairs, inside the casino, there's a Gilley's where you can grab a drink and a bite, plus they have live bands and a mechanical bull, which is pretty fun. The room comes with a hairdryer and an iron, and you don't need an adapter to charge your phone. The deposit is $100 per day, and they're very quick with refunds after check-out!

WELL, THE MAIDS CAME KNOCKING ON MY DOOR TWICE AT 9:30AM FOR HOUSEKEEPING BUT CHECK OUT IS AT 11AM. THEN SOMEONE TOOK MY RUBBER EAR PODS OF MY HEADPHONES. I THINK THE EMPLOYEES NEED A VACATION OR AN APPRECIATION AWARD OR SOMETHING🤣.
ASIDE FROM THAT, I FIGURED OUT THE BATHROOM LIGHTING BUTTONS THE NEXT DAY. THESE DIGITAL ROOMS ARE AN EXTRA STRENUOUS ENCOUNTER FOR TRAVELS.
BEING LAID-OFF, I ENJOYED MY KING SUITE WITH THE TEENAGERS ' GRAFFITI.😈

Harrahs Las Vegas – Decent Location, Mixed Experience
The room itself was acceptable – not exceptional, but functional. Housekeeping did a solid job on the floors and bathroom, though some less-trafficked areas showed dust. The room felt a bit dated, and the closet placement inside the bathroom was an unusual design choice. We stayed on the 50th floor of the Mountain Tower, which sounds great in theory, but the street-level music from the Strip can boom all the way up and make falling asleep a challenge. One night there was an unidentified scraping/mechanical noise that persisted through the night and really disrupted our sleep. The beds were comfortable enough, and I particularly liked the pillows.
The standout feature is genuinely the location – centrally positioned on the Strip with easy walking access to the Venetian and other nearby properties. If you're using Harrah's primarily as a base for exploring the Strip, it serves that purpose well.
The casino itself is a different story. Low ceilings and what felt like poor ventilation make the smoke situation noticeably worse than other Strip casinos – non-smokers should be aware. Check-in had a fairly long wait; the self-service kiosks weren't functioning, so everyone was funneled to the desk. That said, the front desk agent who helped us was friendly and efficient.
Bottom line: Solid Strip location at a reasonable price point, but go in with modest expectations on the room quality and casino atmosphere.

It was pretty good; I booked it for a friend who was traveling with me. Surprisingly, when checking in via the self-service machine, they got a room on the 21st floor with a view! You could see the 'Big Ball' (Sphere?), the Ferris wheel, and the flamingo park, though it wasn't directly facing them. Honestly, I think the slightly off-center view was actually better. The line at the front desk was incredibly long during check-in, so the self-service machine was definitely a lifesaver. The parking garage entrance is pretty easy to miss – we actually circled around once. Also, you can only use valet parking right at the hotel entrance; they absolutely won't let you stop for self-parking, not even for a quick drop-off or to grab luggage. I guess it's all about business, which I understand.

This hotel is super nice. So fancy and well maintained. It suits, with superb sofa living zone. I like the bathroom also, nice equipment. Very nice food in lobby. Nice in every aspects. Just have to note that it is a bit far from the Main Street and will take 50 minutes walk to the convention center of Las Vegas. However, it deserves a good rate. If you have a car then it’s very convenient.
Oh, it’s 5 minutes walk to bus stop to take a bus. That’s good enough.

I stayed for 4 days in the old wing (Jasmine Tower). The room facilities were old, the carpet was old, and the bathroom was extremely basic. The bathtub faucet was discolored and rusty, but the water pressure was decent. The bed was clean and comfortable, though not firm enough for my liking. This was a business trip, so I spent very little time in the room and didn't use any of the hotel's facilities; I was out early and back late every day. If you don't mind the dated decor, the value for money is excellent, and I would definitely stay again. I'm returning in November for a vacation and will book a room in the new wing. They're newly renovated and only slightly more expensive than the old wing, which is acceptable. I'm sure the experience will be much better. Also, there's an American restaurant next to the casino where I ordered a set dinner. The starter, a Caesar Salad, was huge. The main course was Prime Rib, which was slow-cooked rather than roasted and tasted excellent – a very generous portion. For dessert, you could choose between ice cream or pudding. All for $52/set, which was incredible value. The location isn't close to the Strip, but taking an Uber or Lyft is convenient. Aside from other large, expensive hotels, this one is definitely worth staying at.

The hotel is quite nice, very luxurious, and the location is excellent. The room is spacious enough, and the view from the window is top-notch. However, there's no complimentary bottled water, and everything comes with an extra charge, making it particularly expensive. Overall, the hotel is acceptable. I hope to stay here again in the future.

This was a highly satisfying stay for my business trip.
Location and Transportation: The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the company I needed to visit and the subway station. There are also many casual dining options and cafes nearby, which is convenient for business meals or quick bites, significantly cutting down on my commute time.
Environment and Facilities: The lobby has a dedicated business area, and check-in was efficient. The room design is simple and practical, with a spacious desk, soft yet bright lighting, and fast internet, making it perfect for working on documents and video conferences. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a full night of quality sleep.
Service and Details: The staff were very professional. During check-out, they proactively asked if I needed an invoice and an itemized receipt. Room service was prompt; extra bottled water and ironing services were delivered quickly. The breakfast offered a good mix of Western and Chinese options, with plenty of choices, ensuring a hearty and good start to the day.
Overall, this hotel excels at meeting core business travel needs, with well-equipped facilities and efficient service. It will definitely be my top choice for future business trips to this area.

Very Good
PPafuzhengguangzuThe room is spacious and clean, with two refrigerators – one for paid items and another empty one for your own drinks. There's a 24-hour Walgreens nearby. You can access the Sphere directly from inside the hotel. The Szechuan beef noodles at Asia Noodle are very authentic. The 4th-floor pool is large, and there's also a pool garden on the 10th floor, where the evening lights illuminating the sculptures create a very European vibe. Soaking in the jacuzzi with the night breeze blowing is incredibly relaxing. If you're taking an Antelope Canyon day tour, the tour operator will pick you up and drop you off at the hotel.
GGuest UserThis hotel was arguably the best value for money on our trip, as it accommodated our whole family. It's not directly on the Las Vegas Strip, but it's right next to the Sphere. If you're going to a concert or show there, it's incredibly convenient to walk, saving you taxi and parking fees. The entire hotel is made up of suite-style bungalows, which are perfect for families, though there aren't any elevators. They gave us a room on the third floor 🙃. The sofa in the living room pulls out into another large bed. We just didn't have enough blankets, so we made do and didn't bother asking the front desk. Luckily, there was a fireplace. The kitchen was super handy; we popped over to the nearby 99 Ranch Market and cooked a few meals, which really makes a difference in expensive Las Vegas.
MMhel&PolWe recently stayed one night at Westgate Resort and Casino (April 4-5 2026) and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were very accommodating and made sure our request for a room facing the Sphere was granted, which we really appreciated.
However, there was one downside during our stay. While taking a shower, we noticed mold in the shower area, which was quite concerning and took away from the otherwise comfortable experience.
We hope the management can address this issue, as the service and location were great.
GGuest UserHonestly, I truly think this hotel is excellent. You can check out other hotels, but I'm just focusing on this one. First off, the room type we booked was quite spacious, with a separate toilet and shower. If you're lucky, you might even get a room with a view of the Sphere. My room number was 209, so try to request rooms on that side, from 201-209. A tip might help secure one, unless it's peak season and they're completely booked.
Then there's the dining. There's a 24-hour food court with at least 20 restaurants, offering everything from Chinese and Japanese to French cuisine. As for entertainment, Vegas has countless shows, so do your own research. But this hotel alone has, I'd say, about 10 performances, including David Copperfield, Cirque du Soleil, and the Friends Experience.
Also, remember that if you're visiting other MGM properties, there's a free tram that runs from 10 AM to midnight. This hotel doesn't have a direct stop, but it stops at a very close MGM hotel, and you can just walk over the skybridge. Do your own planning for that.
Finally, this place is massive, absolutely huge, and I genuinely believe it offers great value for money. MGM Resorts owns around 7 hotels, I think? One membership card works across all of them, offering discounts on shows and parking benefits if you're traveling between their properties. You should double-check the specifics; I don't have a car, so I'm just quoting what I saw on Xiaohongshu.
Anyway, I highly recommend my room type. It didn't feel old or worn out at all. Oh, and a warning: don't touch anything in the mini-bar or fridge if you don't intend to consume it. They have electronic sensors that will charge you automatically. (Many restaurants downstairs allow you to charge to your room, and if you're staying at an MGM property, some self-serve kiosks for simple meals let you just input your hotel name, room number, and last name to charge it. Very smart!)
GGuest UserThis is the hotel I choose every time I go to Las Vegas. Although it is a bit far from the Las Vegas Strip, it takes 30-40 minutes to walk. The environment is quiet, the room is spacious and clean, and Fantasy Tower is relatively new. I will stay there again.
GGuest UserThe room extremely clean and spacious. I was happy the shower had superb water pressure. Hotel staff were all cheerful and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to Fremont Experience Canopy which is such a fun street to check out! Don’t forget to admire the charming victorian architecture of the hotel and casino and look for the antiques and slab of the Berlin Wall!
LLohMKThru Trip.com, we decided to book this hotel for the cheaper price as we only need to stay a short while - arriving late at night and leaving early in the morning.
It's a bit confusing the info : This is a property, not a hotel?
It says must inform the hotel if late arrival so we did but there was no reply or acknowledgement to know if there's a special procedure to check in ; for eg, they have to give you a special code or arrangement for late check in.
The next letter to us was weird!!?
It says check in instructions as follows but nothing, it's blank...... See photos of their replies.
So we were concerned - our situation, pls see photo. But there's no reply in the Message Chat.
These left us very worried and anxious. In the end, we had to keep calling this no and that no given by Trip.com, knowing that we will be kept waiting in line.
Even when arrived at the airport, we kept calling. Seems one of the phone no is wrong? Trip.com, pls check with the hotel or person in charge.
As for the room amenities, they are quite bare - no fridge, no kettle, no drinking water (you have to drink from the tap) in the room. Bath water was not hot when we bathed.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself is fun, with plenty of things to do inside, and it’s very clean. However, check-in and check-out are self-service, with only one staff member assisting everyone. It seems rare for guests to get it right on the first try. Also, we requested for daily housekeeping, but no one ever came.
TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!
GGuest UserThe staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. I had to extend my stay and they were so accommodating which allowed me to attend to family needs. They had many food options and the gift shop came in handy for last minute needs.
