"Hotel is near to where we work and is also within walking distance to many food eateries and shopping mall. Room is rather small but staff are friendly. There is a coffee machine that serves quite good coffee & a microwave for you to heat up your food if needed."

"The hotel exceeded expectations, from the service to the facilities, everything was top-notch. The front desk staff, in particular, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There are a few restaurants just a short walk diagonally across the street, and a shopping mall is also conveniently located directly across the street."

"The location is excellent, right across from The Grove shopping center and The Farmer’s Market. Parking costs $45, so it's best to park there and then cross the street to shop and eat, otherwise parking on the other side will cost several tens of dollars more. This boutique hotel is a converted old building; it's small, cute, and unique, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely lobby courtyard and a swimming pool. Breakfast isn't included, but around 10 am you can have brunch at the coffee shop downstairs and nearby restaurants. A five-minute walk will take you to Trader Joe's to buy some snacks and souvenirs."

"I had already stayed in this hotel before. But now I touch a very old room. There is little room to keep clothes. Old bathroom.  The hotel is very good and the hotel is very good."

"The house seems to be a simple building, the sound insulation is very bad, but the breakfast is good, the surrounding environment is relatively safe, very close to the Los Angeles Art Museum and the Automobile Museum, you can walk. Two floors, no elevator, I want the first floor is fine. This price is low in this area."

"The basic amenities are all there, but the pictures are misleading. The king-size room is a traditional room without a sofa, and the amenities list doesn't mention one either. The soundproofing is a bit poor; I was given a room right by the stairs and could often hear noise, although thankfully I'm a heavy sleeper. Still, I could hear noise from the adjacent room. There are no toiletries or slippers provided in the room, not even a shower cap. Also, the showerhead isn't detachable. The biggest advantage is definitely the superb location; Rodeo Drive is just a stone's throw away. There were very few staff members. When I was checking out, there was no one at the front desk. If she had been any later, I would have missed my flight. However, I was able to retrieve my lost iPad, which is something I wouldn't feel secure about in the US. That's a definite plus. Considering the price and the location, it's generally acceptable."

"Time by time SLS disappointed! Stayed from August 6–24, extending multiple times and spending generously at the pool and restaurants. Housekeeping and pool staff are excellent, but reception is unprofessional, rude, and repeatedly locked me out of my room. Even basic courtesy was denied—like refusing me access to the lobby restroom while allowing others. For a hotel of this level, management is clearly failing. SLS needs new leadership."

"The decoration of the hotel is super cute, very design and taste. Exquisite and small, but they are all in place, the bar at night, very good! It is recommended to come and experience, the equipment in the room is also very attentive and full of ingenuity."

"The worst hotel in this trip to the United States, more than 1,000 per night, but the room facilities are very poor, similar to the domestic hotels that cost about 100 yuan per night, the bed is of very low quality, my left and right feet were hit by the wooden blocks of the bed and left two big bruises, the towels and supplies are also poor. The facilities of hotels in other cities around 1,000 are much better than this one. I don't recommend you to stay here"

"This time, my 9-year-old son and I chose to stay at the Beverly Hills Marriott. It's about a 20-minute walk to Rodeo Drive and roughly 14 minutes to the popular Layla Bagel. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the service personnel at the entrance were also incredibly friendly, making me feel well-cared for right after my flight. An Uber to UCLA was just over $20, and it was about the same to the Getty Center. The only drawback is that the place is a bit dated."
