We had a brief one-night stay and found the hotel to be exceptionally clean and well-located. However, the overnight experience was quite noisy; sound travels easily between rooms, and we were frequently disturbed by slamming doors and loud conversations in the hallway. While I know the hotel can't control guest behavior, better soundproofing or soft-close doors would make a huge difference. On a high note, don't miss the coffee shop downstairs—it’s easily the best brew in the area!

Hotel location is great, parking is easy, rooms are big enough and clean.
The only problem we had is during the check-in, we were rejected to check-in although the room is fully paid, the reception reason is because we don't inform them that we are going to be late, we were late due to flight delay, and already exhausted from the delay, hoping to be able to check-in, yet the reception adamant that we didn't tell them ahead, in which our colleague which arrived earlier, actually already inform them (different person from the one handling our check-in). After Trip.com customer Service, Mr. Loui help us by contacting the hotel, we are allowed to check-in.
VERY SATISFIED with TRIP.COM customer service team.

A true ”home away from home” for a new international student.
As an international student newly arrived in the U.S., Hilton Boston Back Bay was my very first landing spot. I have been staying here for two weeks while navigating the difficult process of apartment hunting—which has been incredibly stressful due to my lack of U.S. credit history and language barriers.
However, this hotel truly gave me a sense of ”home” during this challenging transition. Even though my English is not perfect, every staff member I encountered was incredibly patient, friendly, and accommodating. Their kindness made a huge difference in my first few weeks in Boston. I am deeply grateful for the warm welcome!
The Copley Square Hotel, a Found Hotel was the very first hotel in Boston’s Back Bay. This 134-year-old hotel offers historical significance having been the first high rise, hosting the election headquarters for President William McKinley in the 1890’s. it was also the home to the most influential jazz club in New England, the Storyville Jazz Club and has hosted many artists like Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, and Duke Ellington.
With a hip boutique vibe, an independent spirit, the Copley Square Hotel is the ideal choice for travellers looking for something a little bit different. Comfort meets style in our recently renovated guest rooms. Enjoy essential amenities, like Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, flat screen TV, and eco-friendly toiletries.

Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good.
Best thing I like is a big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Even a 5 star hotel do not have this.
Checked in and out is super easy. Overall I like this hotel.
This award winning hotel is located in one of the finest neighborhoods in Boston South End. It is just steps away from Back Bay and many famous historical sites stylish stores and great restaurants.
Staypineapple Boston will help you relax while working on your accent in private with all the elements and Signature Staypineapple amenities.

The hotel itself was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was especially kind and attentive - we truly appreciated their work and hospitality.
However, we experienced a serious issue regarding the resort fee policy, which left us feeling confused and misled as international guests.
During online booking, the resort fee was listed as $25 per night, but important information about additional mandatory charges only appeared after payment was completed, when cancellation was no longer possible, wich is disappointing. Upon arrival, we were charged $200, which was later explained as $25 per person per night - something that was not clearly communicated during the booking process or at check-in. Initially, we believed this payment was a refundable deposit, as no clear explanation was provided.
What felt particularly unacceptable was the way additional fees appeared in multiple stages:
1. extra charges becoming visible only after payment and confirmation,
2. additional payments required again upon arrival at the hotel, and
3. further unexplained charges after checkout - in our case, an additional $16 was withdrawn without clear justification.
A staff member kindly explained that the resort fee includes Wi-Fi, water, and tea in the room, which we did use as they are standard services normally included in hotel stays worldwide. The fee also covered additional optional amenities such as bicycle parking and a complimentary alcoholic drink at the bar. However, we did not use these extra amenities, as they were not relevant to our stay. Since these services are optional by nature, it was unclear why guests are not given the choice to opt out instead of being required to pay for them regardless of usage.
Even more concerning is that these mandatory resort fees are presented as payment for comfort and amenities, yet the overall stay did not fully reflect this. The soundproofing in the hotel is very poor, and we could clearly hear the neighbour’s television. The manual heating system in our room also did not function properly. We chose not to report these issues at the time because we spent little time in the hotel and did not expect the final cost of the stay to become so high. In hindsight, considering the total amount paid, these comfort issues become more significant.
We strongly believe that all mandatory taxes and service fees should be transparently included in the total hotel price from the beginning. When fees continue to appear after payment, during check-in, and even after departure, guests understandably feel uncomfortable and misled.
Because the final amount paid was much higher than expected, we realized that for the same total price we could have chosen a better hotel without additional hidden fees - which we in fact did for our following stay.
We kindly ask the hotel to review these charges and consider a partial refund, as greater transparency and fairness in pricing would greatly improve trust and the overall guest experience

Had such a wonderful experience here, we went on a little weekend getaway before our first baby comes, firstly they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room, my honey and our friend enjoyed the bar drinks and were served their beverages in the timely manner, breakfast the next morning, the food was delightful and was brought directly to our room for us. Check in and out was made so easy with the kindest front desk attendants. The view from our room was incredible!
10 out of 10 will be staying here when we find ourselves in Boston again.

The room was tiny; the bed was a mere 1.5 meters wide, which is quite rare in the US.
Breakfast was decent. The instant oatmeal was easy to prepare, and there were eggs and whole-wheat bread. Freshly made cookies were available at 6 PM.
The hotel reception staff were mostly Black, and their efficiency was low, so be careful when paying by card to avoid overcharging or accidental charges.
There's a large Target and several restaurants nearby, about a 5-minute walk away. One of them is Olive Garden Italian restaurant; the prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and the pasta is delicious.

This B&B is a converted villa with 9 guest rooms on three floors. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up by yourself. The black guy said, I can help you carry it up, but he just won't move. Seeing this, I'd better do it myself. The room is very small. Since it was converted later, the structure is very unreasonable and barely usable. This place is not good except for its good location. Of course, the price is several hundred cheaper than the surrounding hotels. I'll bear it.

Great
GGuest UserThe room isn't huge, but with two 150cm beds, it's manageable for a family with kids if you don't mind snuggling. The mattress was incredibly soft; surprisingly, I usually get back pain at home but slept on this soft bed for three nights with no issues. There's a Starbucks drip coffee maker in the room, and another Starbucks next to the front desk on the second floor. Bar10, also on the second floor, serves good food. The hotel connects to two malls, which is fantastic in the cold winter as you don't have to go outside to find food. The cleanliness was impeccable, it looked like it had just been renovated. The shower had both an overhead rain shower and a handheld option; even though it was in a tub, the water pressure was excellent. Facing north, we had an unobstructed view of the river and MIT across the way. Boston truly is a beautiful city, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.
農農夫燕尼尼The hotel is very close to the airport by taxi, and you can also walk to Back Bay Station in about 10 minutes. After checking in, the hotel provided a $35/day credit to be used at the bar on the second floor.
The only drawback is how noisy it was. On the first night, I'm not sure what happened nearby, but there were people shouting and the sounds of police cars and ambulances well past midnight, which really disturbed a business traveler's rest.
Zzwk1029I stay at this hotel every time I take a flight. The parking lot is large and there is no charge if you don't stay overnight, so it is very convenient to return the rental car, take the hotel car back to the hotel, and then take the hotel car to the airport the next day. However, the only downside is that there is no water or coffee available in the lobby in the afternoon, which is very uncommon in the United States.
GGuest UserHotel location was great downtown right across tufts medical hospital. Service was great room was clean we ate at westeria is on the second floor of the hotel also the lobby is on the second level food was great also their is a Starbucks on the 1st floor. Staff was awesome we didn't get the breakfast and we didn't park a car parking fee was $65 a day i would stay here again. The bar at westeria and it superbowl weekend also parking outside hotel
GGuest UserLocation was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.
ZZILIThis Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude.
There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel.
Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation.
In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Bayside. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the warm cookie at check-in made me feel at home right away. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The location is also very convenient with easy access to public transportation. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!
GGuest UserExcellent hotel. Recently renovated and has a very modern feel to the lobby. Also connected to Prudential center and tons of food options within 1-2 min walking distance as a result. Room is very clean and comfortable
FfterraboI recently had the pleasure of staying at Yotel and overall, I was highly impressed by the level of service and the prime location of the hotel.
Service: The service was exceptional. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out, the staff members were courteous, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making me feel truly valued as a guest.
