"The check-in and out process was a disaster. I used Trip.com and paid for everything up front on the app except for the resort fees and taxes. The app said I needed to pay $101 at check-in and a $100 refundable deposit. When I was checking in, they told me they saw my deposit through Trip.com but that is was only $180 credited towards the room and I needed to pay $503 more. Desk manager was not a kind person, and literally did not care what documentation I had. The room was clean, casino was fabulous and a ton of fun, but check-in was awful and I have no idea how check-out went because we had to leave early and I have received no communication from them. No receipt. I tried to call 3 times and the desk phone just rings."

"Booked at the morning of check in day. I made 2 different bookings and it felt like the hotel is almost fully booked. They haven’t asked me for a deposit as it was fully paid. When I lived at the second floor, it wasn’t noisy at all. Sometimes there are plain around, but the noise is ok. But when I was on the first floor, the neighbors above were a bit noisy. Anyways, It’s always a great idea to have ear plugs with you. The hotel is sweet. Location is comfy to get by bus from the airport, but there’s no bus to the strip. So it took 20-30 mins to walk there. There’re stores and restaurants war the hotel. Stuff is friendly. Can’t complain!"

"Front desk could have been more friendly to give me more perks! They told me since I booked threw a 3rd party i get less ! But I only stayed 1 night they safety lock did not work 😒 I did mention to the front desk I hope they fix it after I checked out ! All and All it was a great experience i never ever stayed downtown! No resort fee 5 Stars☆☆☆☆☆ feel like the old times in Lasvegas ! U never know i might stay again if they give me a better room ! Tonya B"

"The location of hotel is great considering it's price. Fremont street is not overwhelming unlike the Strip, everything is so accessible from Starbucks to steak house. The room is clean, I am on third floor and not bothered by the noise from street music performance. I just wish they can open the pool that they close because it's windy but nearby pool like the one in Stadium Swim is open. Overall great value for the money."

"Easy getaway for the weekend, didn't go for the usual Vegas festivities. Was perfect distance off the strip to not be bothered and close enough to everything else to still pass the time. Will stay again"

"Great room and space! Safe environment, just not a casino family activity available. Restaurants onsite, food court. ***** **** **** and big screens had current events and a great place to watch the game vs in your room. Comfy chairs and tables set up all through! Pool are great depending her was on duty you get outside drinks in, no Stanley or metal cups allowed at all."

"It takes 30 minutes to get to the city from this hotel, and the sound of the plane landing is very obvious. The four of us stayed for 2 nights. The double room type is not bad, and it feels very warm."

"a good hotel 20 min drive from Strip, very comfortable mattresses, we have a good sleep! Rooms are clean, there is a refrigerator and microwave. Next to there is Trader Joe's and the whole area is pleasant, safe. deposit with credit card $20 on settlement. we arrived about 1pm, settle without problems early. parking is free. we all liked it very much!"

"We were on our 2 weeks trip in Las Vegas and decided to stay downtown for 2 nights. Fremont was our choice because of the location, and it was the best decision we had made, it's in the middle of everything in downtown. We also found out that the hotel is under the same business of Sam's Town, which is our favorite hotel and casino. The room is nice and tidy, the space is right, not too big or too small. The restaurants within the hotel are good. The front desk staff are helpful. We will come again."
