"I had a great stay here. Check in was simple and the staff were nice. The room was nice for what I paid, although lighting not great with only the bathroom lighting and mirror being sufficient to apply make up! Bathroom was small and pokey, having to close the door to access the make up mirror was annoying as no sideboard to store makeup so had to keep going in and out. Room was noisy as could hear neighbours talking, and lots of street noise. Ear plugs helped. Shower tray turned into a paddling pool but reported this and it was fixed. Cleaning staff were very nice and insisted on making up the rooms if they saw me in the hall. Overall, the staff I spoke to during my stay were very good, check in/out process was simple - M was very polite and explained the process, room decor could do with a refresh but wasn’t terrible, main areas look just how they look on Gossip Girl! I was able to leave my case for two hours after check out, this was very helpful. Location was great, one block from Central Park and plenty of supermarkets and food places nearby (love Morton Williams!) and perfect being just opposite the Lincoln centre too, although did not attend any shows here but also looks the same as it looks on Etoile! Overall, a satisfying stay in a great location. I will definitely consider staying here again."

"I stayed in this hotel for 1 night because I liked the location. I have a couple of complaints. First, the AC/heater was so loud that I would sometimes wake up just to try to turn it off, but it wouldn’t turn off. Also, the hotel charged me $32.66 for booking through a third party (trips.com) which I didn’t expect. Had they mention the charge, I would have called them directly to book the room."

"There are not many people who comment on it. The hotel is on 49th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues. The roads in Manhattan are easy to recognize, just right and street. Start on Fifth Avenue and then sixth, seventh, Broadway and eighth. In the middle is the street. The Port Authority's main station (that is, the coach station) is on 42nd Street, Times Square is on 47th Street, and the subway can be a 50th Street station, very close. A lot of food nearby (Ichiran Ramen, Shake Burger, Michelin Steak House). The hotel is not a well-known brand in the chain, it is relatively small and not luxurious, but the price is not cheaper than the surrounding Marriott or the like. Last year, I stayed at Marriott very large. The exterior looks larger and more luxurious than this. After all, his infrastructure is very early. But this good place is closer to Times Square than the quiet Marriott there, rooms have microwaves, coffee machines, free fruit and apples, bananas, potato chips, ice water for 24 hours downstairs. One is ordinary and the other is a barrier-free room with a handrail. The difference between these two types is 500. The double bed marked on Ctrip did not say that it was an accessible room. I booked Ctrip for a small farmer. The fact that I got the room was a barrier-free room, and that 500 was not bad. And it was very low on the third floor. It was super dark in high-rise New York. I went to the front desk to upgrade the suite. The front desk gave me a good discount and added me 50 dollars a day. Hall, bedroom with double bed, double sofa bed in the hall, both bath and shower, and 3 cloakrooms with bathrobe hangers. Ctrip's hotel booking is really very metaphysical, the price and official website are not bad, the room type is difficult to determine, I have learned lessons before. Anyway, the hotel location is convenient and the facilities can be serviced or not. The price is not bad. People do not look at their choices. "The air conditioner is an early type, and it is very noisy right next to the bed. The roar when it starts up makes it hard to sleep well all night. Other things are fine, cost-effective, but the noise is loud when the window facing the street is open"

"Great and safe location! Close to metro stations and bus stops, making it easy to reach tourist attractions. The staff were enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. The city view wasn’t particularly impressive — mostly rooftops and some unsightly air conditioners — but that was fine. I booked an accessible room; unless you specifically need accessibility features, I wouldn’t recommend this type of room. The door closes very slowly due to the automatic mechanism, and the bathroom felt unnecessarily large for my needs. That said, overall cleanliness and hospitality were excellent!"

"The front desk staff were very friendly and lively. The room was small, but that's to be expected in a prime location like Times Square. The carpet looked a bit old, but the bathroom was newly renovated and very clean, making excellent use of the space. I was quite satisfied with my solo trip. When I checked in, the room wasn't ready yet, and the gentleman who stored my luggage was very kind. However, when I went to pick up my luggage later, another gentleman repeatedly tried to push their car service, even after I said ”no need, thank you” several times."

"The hotel's location is great; honestly, most hotels on Manhattan Island have similar locations – if you're close to uptown, you're further from downtown. There's a subway station right outside, making dining, living, and transportation very convenient. The biggest issue, though, is that the rooms don't have a refrigerator, and drinking water isn't provided, let alone a coffee machine, which most of the other hotels we've stayed in had. This meant we had to skip buying a lot of food we wanted because we couldn't store it."

"Booked this hotel for a concert, and the location was absolutely perfect. I didn't even need to take the subway; Madison Square Garden was within walking distance. The area around the hotel felt very safe, and it was easy to find."

"The hotel was warm and welcoming on our arrival.Check in was quick snd easy.we agreed a preferred floor for our stay and were happy to be given a room next door to our daughter and granddaughter as requested. The room was clean and bright and was changed on the days we required and always cleaned to a high standard. Breakfasts were busy even though we changed times to find a quieter time, however there was always plenty of food available and it was always warm. Everything was tasty and fresh. We were welcomed each day whilst giving our room numbers and loved the friendliness of those doing so especially Jennie. Tables were cleaned quickly and plates removed as soon as food was consumed The hotel is in a great location close to all amenities"
