The hotel is located in Downtown Dallas. The parking lot is across the street from the hotel and the parking fee is $30. There were many parties on the weekend when I checked in. There were rooms playing music and making noise at night. The soundproofing was very poor. The front desk handled it promptly after reporting it. The advantage is that it is very close to various attractions, you can go to Citywalk, and there is also a delicious barbecue restaurant.

It was very well located, the service was perfect, so much so that I lost a phone in my room and I had already left and they called me to come back to pick it up and I hadn't even realized that they told me not to worry.
