GGuest UserThe room is very spacious and bright, all facilities are very new, the design is stylish, the quality is excellent, especially the bedding, it looks high-end and comfortable, the items in the room are relatively rare in American hotels, such as slippers. The service staff is not as enthusiastic as other comments say, neither hot nor cold, but what you ask, they will try their best to meet, such as helping us book a local popular restaurant that we can't book online. The hotel lobby has a poor design compared to the rooms, and I feel that the soft furnishings of various furniture are a bit patchwork.

TTianyuOverall, a bit ordinary. Breakfast ordering system. The waiter is generally more enthusiastic about the yellow people and is obviously more enthusiastic about the white people. There are not many facilities, there is a beach, you can lie down in the sun and read a book. Not far from the Haihu Manor, only a few kilometers away, enjoy the same beach as Trump 🏖️

Rrock888I paid the full price of 13580 as soon as I made the order. When I was about to leave, the price was reduced to 13100. I asked Ctrip to refund the price difference of more than 400, but there was nothing. Other platforms included 13113 with double breakfast and a 100 US dollar consumer coupon. The difference was almost 1700 RMB. How much did Ctrip earn? I tried so hard to find a theory with Ctrip, but to no avail. The hotel reservations all have the lowest price protection agreement! Get my money back!

LLILIIn the hotel in Ctrip, the full payment was paid in advance, but at the time of check-in, the hotel front desk said that the order was cancelled. Ctrip customer service was more responsible. I negotiated with the hotel and asked me to pay the full amount of the check-in, etc., and then refunded it, which was delayed for more than an hour. Late resolution is also very troublesome. In addition to this, the hotel is good, the environment is beautiful, the breakfast is good, and it is ten minutes walk from the beach.

GGuest UserI took my 25 year old daughter and her boyfriend fir a trip after her graduation! We met my friends who live near the Tideline. I absolutely loved the beach and staying right on the beach. It was breathtaking!!! The service was incredible! I really loved Dean, CJ, and Devon. Everyone was wonderful!!! I would definitely go back again. A week was not long enough for this beach bunny. It is perfect for adults, couples and families. Not a ton for little kids, but there were some. The restaurant was incredible! Thank you. Tracey Couturier!! From Buffalo, New York
