"Staff were friendly & helpful, but there was no kettle in the room, there is only one coffee machine for the whole Inn and it was out of the order most of the time during our stay. The staff did try to repair, but it became out of order very quickly. We had to buy drinking water from supermarket, very inconvenient. The Inn should equip with at least 2 coffee machine and have kettle facility in each room. If there could be fridge in each room, it would even be better."

"I love the location personally because it’s a little tucked away and surrounded by greenery. The hotel staff are very friendly. The rooms are large and some have good views. The furnishings are a little dated but it’s still a lovely feel to the hotel. Depending on the dates it can be good value at times."

"The room was spotless and very new with excellent soundproofing. 👍 The lobby design was also very comfortable and chic. This hotel offers incredible value for money. It looks exactly like the pictures, the bed was super comfy, and everything was intelligently controlled. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit."

"This was my first trip to Washington, DC, and I booked this hotel in advance because the location looked great and I was able to get a really good discounted price. Although the room was listed as having a queen bed, it honestly felt more like a double or full-size bed. I was also disappointed that the room didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator. However, the biggest issue was how dusty the room was. I think it was the first time in my life that I sneezed more than 50 times in a single day. It bothered me throughout the entire trip, and constantly dealing with a runny nose made me even more tired. I eventually had to go to CVS and buy allergy medicine. I chose this hotel mainly because of the price, but if I visit DC again, I would probably pay a little more and stay somewhere else. Most places are still easily connected by metro through Google Maps anyway, so getting around the city and visiting tourist attractions isn’t difficult at all. That said, the front desk staff were friendly, and the location was convenient, so I would still recommend it for solo travelers. However, if you’re traveling with two or more people, I would suggest booking a better room than the one I stayed in, even if it costs more."

"Amazing. This hotel offers comfort in practical manner. Located in nearby METRO station, it also within walking distances to bars and restaurants. Marrtiot and Ritzcarlton are just few steps away; and I thought it was going to be expensive. The staffs are super helpful. It is simple, clean, comfortable and inexpensive."

"The room was clean and the facilities were old, but it was easy to use. The hot water in the bathroom is a bit slow. The restaurant has a light meal that can temporarily solve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is very professional. The restaurant staff is very welcoming."

"A lovely hotel in a lovely neighborhood. There were some deficiencies, however: The heating/cooling system works only one way or the other. Heat had been turned off, and our room was uncomfortably cold. We got an extra blanket but not one of a limited number of space heaters. The lighting in the bathroom is poorly placed and there is no lighting for the desk, which makes it useless, except during the day. The breakfast was minimal for a hotel of this quality."
