"The room was massive, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped, including a full kitchen and a washer-dryer, which made our stay super convenient. Service was quick and attentive. The location is decent, close to the beach, pier, and a park, with all the essential amenities nearby, and it's also very close to the subway station. The only downside is the parking fee, which is a steep $65 per night. It's a great choice for an extended stay or if you prefer a more home-like experience."

"Terrible hotel , sleepless nights !!! all hotel rooms equipped with very laud noisy heating system without switch off function. I complained first room and staff was very polite and offered different room and ear plugs, unfortunately didn't work. I was slipping 2 nights there with ear plugs but still hearing the noise from heater. I do not recommend this hotel if you expect normal sleep."

"The room is very big, and the bed is wide. It is said that it can accommodate three to four people. I originally booked a twin room for my son to stay with me. The hygiene is also OK. There is a supermarket across the street for convenient living. However, I found that the room was not cleaned on the second day. It doesn't matter if I live alone. The room is not messy. However, the drinking water was not replenished. Two fist-sized bottles of water were given on the first day. I returned to the hotel at around 9 o'clock on the second night and found that there was no water. I wanted to go to the supermarket to buy some, but it was closed. There is a small bar on the first floor of the hotel that sells all drinks but no water. I left something behind when I left the hotel. I called and they asked the housekeeping department to contact me, but there was no news. I didn't remember it until I left DC. In general, there is still a lot of room for improvement in all aspects of service."

"It was the best. I never felt uncomfortable during my 7-day stay. The staff was really friendly and answered my questions right away during the check-in/check-out process and during regular times. Also, the breakfast provided to guests was great, and it was nice that I could use the breakfast area even when it wasn't breakfast time. The gym was also well-maintained! The location is right in front of Navy Yard Station, and there are restaurants, marts, and cafes nearby. I want to visit again! Thank you!"

"There are many rental apartments nearby, mainly for children to study abroad. The hotel is very close to the Anacostia River in Washington, D.C., and there is an open park by the river. The hotel provides free bottled water in the refrigerator at the front desk every day, and no one checks the card for breakfast. The room has an induction cooker and an apartment-style workbench, but no windows that can be opened. The streets are wide and clean, worthy of being the capital. White people can be seen walking leisurely with their dogs from time to time, unlike the narrow streets in Seattle where black homeless people can be seen on the street corners from time to time. The sense of security here has increased."

"Hotel stay was nice, easy check in, valet was not orginized safely and had us stopping in the middle of the road to get out and offload luggage. There was not a designated, safe area for valet to handle the vehicles. Elevator smelled like sweaty workers and had poor air circulation, the hall way smelt like ****(not always a bad thing, just not at that time and place), and the most disappointing thing was the horrible service upstairs at the ”resturaunt and bar.” Service was non-existent and they were not busy in the slightest, the music was all ”hard” rap music cursing that was not appropriate at that time considering there were still families present. My wife and I sat there for 30 minutes before I had to ask the bartender to make us a drink and I had to pay the bill at the hostess stand since our waiter never came at any point."

"There are no cooking facilities in the rooms. A microwave is available at the breakfast buffet on the third floor. There's a nearby Saffway Market, a 7-8-minute walk away, which was nice. The breakfast buffet is only open until 9 AM on weekdays... After 8 AM, the lines are long and food is scarce. There's also not enough seating, so some people take food back to their rooms. However, for this price, the room was spacious. The sofa bed was quite comfortable. And the location is excellent. The outdoor pool was great for kids to have fun playing in, even in the hot Washington weather. There were plenty of pool towels. The laundry room is on the third floor (2 dryers and 2 washers). There aren't many, so there's a bit of competition. You use the app to use it (detergent isn't sold)."

"Our recent stay at the Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall was fantastic for our group of 6! The One Bedroom Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed provided plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The suite was perfectly sized with two queen beds in the separate bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. The spacious layout allowed all six of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped, especially with the separate living and sleeping areas. Location: 5/5 - Prime spot near the National Mall Cleanliness: 5/5 - Everything was spotless and well-maintained Service: 5/5 - Staff was accommodating Facilities: 5/5 - All amenities exceeded expectations The suite proved to be an ideal choice for our group of 6. The queen-sized beds, including the sofa bed, provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The living area offered enough space for us to gather and socialize, making it a perfect base for our DC adventure. For anyone traveling with a group of 6, I can confidently say this suite configuration works great, offering both comfort and convenience in an excellent location."

"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Only stayed one night, there were seven people in one room, but it was really nice because there were two queen beds. Didn't really interact with the hotel staff too mucj, except to check in/out and get extra towels but the little that I did, there friendly and accommodating. There is a parking garage but they do charge you. Thankfully, because we were not staying long, we were able to find a spot on the street that was free. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"I liked hotel's location & cleanliness. Some nearby free 'on street' parking was available. Walls are a bit thin so conversations from neighboring units will be heard. Room was well equipped & larger than average. Only real issue was with electronic door locks. I paid for early check in but couldn't get in at designated time due to hotel-wide issue with doing locks. I got in relatively quickly but other guests were locked out for hours. Based on other reviews, there are a lot of issues with their door lock system. Regardless, I'd consider staying here again."
