Clarine MerrittThe beds and pillows were very comfortable. However, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, as there was hair and soap residue everywhere. The bath tub had no grab bars and you had to get all the way in the shower to turn on water. There was no shower mat to help keep you from sliding (remember, no grab bar). No shower caps or lotion. The restaurant was a very pleasant experience, both the staff and food were great!
We would stay again, because it is very convenient and close to the train station, which is how we traveled to visit a relative who was celebrating his 75th birthday.

Quite new hotel, relatively normal Hyatt Place room, average breakfast. Close to the highway, it's best to ask the front desk for a room on the inside, otherwise it's quite noisy.

Freddyg013The hotel was good and decent for the stay we had, the room wasn’t the best, and the view was definitely not worth the price since we had air conditioner unit views and white globe with no lights to it too (yawn 🥱 a missed opportunity). If you’re into gambling, or not so much, this is an okay place to stay. We aren’t gamblers but we still managed to find some fun.
The cool thing about the hotel is that there are three casinos connected to each other with Silverland being in the middle. We spent more time at Circus Circus playing the games there and earning tickets to win simple prizes. There is much for entertainment there in the forms of gambling, night clubs, and kid games. Food around is pretty reasonable where you don’t have to leave the complex, which is great! However more than two days here might be a bit too much and possibly boring after that if you’re not a gambler. Luckily we were only passing through and less than a 40 hour stay here for us was perfectly fine!

WEIHONGAll aspects are good, service, environment, location, convenient parking. It's a new hotel. Facilities are also perfect, but toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. need to call the help desk to collect. I ordered two houses, but the prices are different, puzzled! I didn't have breakfast. I got up in the morning and went to the front desk to buy a cup of coffee. Opposite is the King's Car Museum. Tickets are 6 yuan for children, 12 yuan for adults, and yuan for the elderly. Worth a look. However, it is best to keep valuables in the parking lot by yourself, personally. Isolate some tramps. Attention ⚠️

We came up for Hot August Nights, because they do have a dedicated parking area for show participants. We do appreciate that! In the parking garage, there were several spots of urine that were there for the duration of our four days. Maybe the pressure wash that once in a while? Wait for rain?
At check-in, the front desk lady seemed to hate her life or job or being friendly in general. Her responses were short and rude. The room had a nice view of the pool area and it was a pretty view at night. But, to see the view you have to wrestle with two sets of curtains which was tough. I had to stand in the chair and grab the curtains from the top to move them. The beds were comfortable, so that's a plus. The bathroom was outdated, the shower head hits you in the chest, but would be perfect height for a 4'8” child. The shower curtain rod was coming off the wall on one side, I did let the front desk guy know at checkout. Restaurants were great, lots of choices between the three ”resorts” in the Row. There was a small in room fridge to put our leftovers in, and drinks. Their is a Keurig coffee pot, if you want cream in your coffee you'll want to call and ask for more!
Overall, this was an ok stay for what we needed. But, for a grand for 3 nights I think we will be staying somewhere else next year, where we know everything has been upgraded.

Guest UserThe hotel was a perfect location and was clean. The maid service was spotty with items not replenished on 2 of the 4 days (towels and coffee). The rooms were well kept but the equipment in the exercise room was not working. Half of the exercise machines were ”out of order” and the balance were not hooked up to TV screens.

The third-floor room was spacious and well-appointed (plates, cups, silverware, etc.) on our first night, but the same style first-floor room on our second visit was meant for handicapped persons and did not include the same appointments. Both rooms were quiet. The breakfast was good, but the eggs were from powder.

Guest UserThe place was clean and the room was clean also.
Unlike some of the reviews I read there were no signs of any kind of smoke on the 8th floor.
I did not see anyone begging until I was leaving.
Overall My stay served its purpose without any issues.

And its painful experience, booking.com did not send Ctrip orders to the hotel, resulting in we check-in from 12:00 to 1 point, repeated attempts will not work. Finally, use your own credit card check-in, and wait for Ctrip to give me a final solution. Easy parking. Breakfast because check-in is too late, the elderly help to come to the room, because the child can not get up. Unable to comment.
