Amazing
GGuest UserThe restaurants and food was amazing! The service was good. The hotel is isolated from safe shopping and entertainment in midtown. If there is no event at the stadium or GWCC, and/or the pool isn't an option, there is little to nothing to do during the stay, i.e., live music or jazz at the bar/lounge, or some form of conservative entertainment passtime. In short, the hotel is too great to be so boring. Unless you hate money enough to blow $250-1000 on a massage, there is literally nothing going on there. Just a disappointing reality for such an elite hotel in a prime downtown local. But if you stay, be absolutely sure to take advantage of the food... it is unbelievably great!

SSinlenmezLocation is very good. The hotel has a pivate parking for 25 USD/ day, so you don't need to worry about where to park. There are many restaurants and cafés around, also Marshall's, Five Under are in the neighborhood if you like shopping. There is also Publix Market just in 2 mins by walking. The breakfast is good enough to start a day. And the people are always helpful and kind. The room is quite comfortable. There is a microwave, a little fridge and a coffe-maker inside the room. The only missing for us was the safe. There was no safe inside the room. Also the housekeeping is done once in two days, but if you ask in the morning they change the sheets and towels regardless the day. We stayed here with 2 little buddy loved a lot. If we visit Atlanta one day again, I definitely check this place.

LLorena CNice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap. The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThe only negative thing I would say is that the parking situation was a little confusing. Apparently, the parking garage is not owned by the hotel, and if you don't go to the counter to have them add the fees to your room card, you have to pay to both get in AND out. This was later brought to our attention at the front desk after we had difficulty getting out (the parking assistant was no help). She told us that someone was supposed to let us know that information upon check-in, but no one ever did. I understand it was a busy weekend because a concert was in town, but I feel like that information should be more readily available and obvious for people. I'm not sure if the guy doing the check-in forgot or what, but perhaps it should be more clear on the app/website or a sign on the counter pointing this information out. That way, I wouldn't have spent an extra $30.

JjenwhiteMy husband and our son stayed here cause we always have a great stay at hoilday inn all over. I will start with the bad. First off, when we booked this hotel, it stated the breakfast is included while getting checked In. I saw a sign saying that you have to pay for breakfast and it's 9 dollars a plate. 😡so I asked the guy that was checking us in. Why do we have to pay 9 dollars for breakfast he said it's not in my reservation. That was false,. So he said we have to call ihg to inform them of this and I said NO you call cause this is your hotel not mine. Anyways I have never stayed at a hoilday Inn IHG and had to pay for breakfast (NEVER)..The good news is we slept good.. room was clean.

EemanI recently stayed at the Courtland Grand Hotel during a conference in Atlanta. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown, with easy access to major venues and public transportation. The lobby is spacious and has a classic charm, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating during check-in. However, there were a few areas where the experience fell short. The room was clean but felt dated, and the room lights are not enough to light up the room. Housekeeping was inconsistent—some days everything was well-stocked, while on others, they will clean room while you are inside. The elevators also seemed slow, especially during peak hours. Destination fee failed to collect upon check-in. I received a letter on the door of the unit and you cannot enter the room without paying on it. Need to ask for the complimentary bottle water, never been provided upon check-in also the same for the dental kit. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re attending an event nearby and looking for a central location, but there’s room for improvement in amenities and room updates.

Llittle ACGThe hotel is a little off the beaten track, and many places around it are undeveloped. There are basically no restaurants around. It's relatively close to the aquarium and Coca-Cola, and you can get there in about 10 minutes by Uber. It takes 20 minutes to walk. But it's cost-effective and the room is quite big.

GGuest UserOne room Rm#511 did have TV service.  Also, the bathroom non on the sink was very loose water was getting everywhere. However, I was then moved to rm#509. Moreover, despite of that a house keeper by the name of Jay was a tremendous help and host.  If I ever come there again, I desire to see him.

GGuest UserNice clean hotel with very friendly staff. The only issue we had was being double billed. We were told that the second charge would fall off but it hasn’t. Reached out to our bank to handle.
