"The room was very comfortable and the staffs were friendly and helped me a lot.
A little far from downtown but overall it was very good.
I strongly recommend here!"
"A great choice. It's less than 5 minutes' walk to the central station. The lobby bar has a nice western style. The small table with old bourbon barrels and a glass of wine is a good place to sit for an afternoon."
"The valet and greeters were friendly and welcoming. Our Jr. suite was very nice and clean. Pleasantly surprised that there were two tv sets, one in the living area and a secondary one in the bedroom. The indoor swimming pool area is small, but I'm not traveling with children, and it was nice that I can float. Jacuzzi was hot to my taste, yet not hot enough for my husband. The Jacuzzi did not have a strong jet stream. Unfortunately, the women's restroom is missing a sink. Breakfast was great! Fresh hot pancakes and eggs made to order. Overall, I would give it a score of 4.8. Sad that the patio area was not available to the public. Because of the location, service, and now knowing that the place is available for events, I know I will be promoting this location for my high school reunion. "
"No breakfast even after a $200 + bill. Had to ask for another room because the safe didn't work. Don't expect a freely given comp because of your trouble and waiting on them. Not even a breakfast comp. Look for something else. Noisy place to try to sleep. Trains, planes and construction."
"The hotel's impression has been good. It is close to the station station (15 min walk). As far as the hotel is, it is located a Quick Trip shop where you can buy food, drinks, pizza. Breakfast was on but it seemed to me poor. The rooms are clean, spacious, there is a large table behind which you can work with a laptop. The only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioner was close to the table and it was impossible to work at the table when it was turned on. And so it's all right."
"Das hotel ist neu drnoch ist die matraze durchgelegen das duschwasser nur lauwarm und die Armatur defekt
Mir wurde versprochen die permanente Belüftung auszuschalten wurde nicht gemacht daher vidl zu laut"
"My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall.
However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay:
- The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be.
- The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air.
- Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way.
I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room.
- (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay.
- They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay.
I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment."
"Great location, staff were kind, gym served my needs, laundry dryer cycle took far too long in laundry room. Quality of room is what was expected considering price and location."

Great
LLucy KavzLoved our stay here it was great and fast to check in and we absolutely loved the space in our room. The cleanliness was phenomenal and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. This is my favorite hotel so far! It was so convenient and we had enough space to relax and enjoy some TV and tons of storage space like a hutch AND closet. I'm very picky with certain things and this hotel checked off all my boxers.
BBen WadeThis is really a gym of a hotel that strikes the balance between affordability and luxury and a great location. The bed and bedding is to die for.
GGuest UserWhile for the first time ever we stepped into the lobby of the Staybridge we were amazed with how nice and well decorated this hotel was and after checking into our room we never realized that our nightmare would just begin. Our room key would not open any of the ext. doors for outside entry so we asked the clerk what was wrong and she said there was a problem with the door so she would have maintenance check it out and in the meantime she issued us a temp. key card that worked but it expired that evening and no longer worked and once again we got locked out while holding bags of groceries and merchandise from Walmart and we had to walk all the way around the bldg. carrying our stuff to come in thru the front entrance. Then, when I used the DOVE hand and face cream in the bathroom to apply to my body it had a horrible odor of being rancid and had to immediately wash it off. Angry, we decided to leave your hotel and spend the next 3 days at the Best-Western hotel next door, whereas we had no problems, issues or uncomfortable issues. Sadly, this was our very FIRST EVER stay at the Stay bridge Suites and most likely our last!
GGuest UserThe employees were very courteous and friendly. I was dismayed when I had to valet my car at a rate of $30/night, which I was not informed of prior to arrival. I felt I should mention so that others will know what to expect. The location is right at the convention center, which is approximately 3 miles via car ride from the Stockyards. The room was clean, as was the hotel. I felt completely safe staying there and was satisfied with my stay overall.
RRomain SCAGLIAWe were overall disappointed with this hotel. Even though we are not very demanding or overly critical, we were let down on several points.
When we arrived, we were informed that the swimming pool was unavailable due to maintenance. We then went to our room, and unfortunately, the bed had been made without the staff noticing that the previous guests had urinated on the mattress. I had the unpleasant feeling of lying down on wet sheets.
The receptionist kindly gave us another room, but without offering an apology.
After that, there were several other small inconveniences, such as the absence of conditioner in the bathroom, no waffle batter or spoons at breakfast, and more.
PpjshooterkbThe staff very friendly n kind and understanding we lost our home to a fire a neighbor started n they let us stay in parking lot until we can check in I do recommend the motel it's easy to get to n you got some restaurants around but they always greet you with smiles and address you with respect the one young man name Dev so sweet he really knows how to treat the guest ,the matience guy very cool ,this other guy tall guy can't remember his name but I had messed up on the app making the reservation n he took the time to helps us fix the reservation n get us in the room . we are leaving Texas for had nothing but bad luck here ,but if you come visit Fort Worth this is the place to stay. GGuest UserThe ONLY ONE elevator in the building wasnt working, almost got stuck in there LOADED with people. Then we had to walk up 6 floors to the room. We tried to cancel the last night and they wouldnt let us because it was prepaid. The maid did not clean the room the entire time we were there, had to ask for towels and wash rags. The internet says there is a shuttle to the Stockyards, NOT! They cancelled that last year.
GGuest UserWhen evaluating the hotel, you can first point out the check-in experience, and then start from the hotel environment, services, facilities, etc., listing specific details, so that the evaluation is more real and vivid:
1. This stay experience is perfect! The hotel lobby is very stylish, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the living is super safe. The check-in at the front desk was quick, the service was intimate, and I also helped recommend interesting places around. The hotel's gym facilities are also very complete, the breakfast is rich, and the stay is too satisfactory!
2. Staying at this hotel is really thunder! The room smelled strange, like it had not been ventilated for a long time, and there was water in the bathroom. The heating effect of the air conditioner was very poor. It was not warm for a long time. I called to reflect that the maintenance staff came for a long time. It was not repaired for a long time. Breakfast is unpalatable, the variety is small, the experience is not at all, and I will never come again next time!
3. Must praise this hotel! Good location, convenient travel, many foods around. The room decoration is simple and stylish, with excellent lighting and ventilation. The staff was kind and checked in and checked out very quickly. The gym and swimming pool facilities are well maintained, and the breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western styles to meet the needs of different tastes. A great stay!
