"I rented a room for my daughter and her bridal party to get dressed for a “pub crawl” in downtown Greenville for her bachelorette party. There was ample room in the bathroom for several younger women to get dressed, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the location was perfect, and the “girls” had a fantastic time!"
"The staff at this hotel are amazing! Always friendly and welcoming! Hands down my favorite stop on the road. I always look forward to it. Great location downtown and within walking distance to great restaurants!"
"It's a great hotel to break your drive to Charleston. Convenient and close to food, groceries, and coffee options. Check in easy and staff very helpful. Easily recommended."
"We got there almost late for the two o clock show across the street, lady got us checked in quickly and we were on our way! Really appreciate the service and she had the college football game on in the bar when the show was over just for us! Lively people and a decent breakfast too! Added bonus was done of the dancer’s and their families we’re staying there as well so we got to meet some great people. A very cool vibe all the way around, would definitely stay here again."
"The people here are rude. The lady at the desk when we checked in told us breakfast ended at 10 am on weekdays, yet when we came down the next morning at 9 am they had already had the entire breakfast section cleaned up and gave my husband and I nasty looks and eye rolls when we mentioned we thought it was open later. The rooms were nice, there were some questionable things on a wall and door here and there that housekeeping missed, I just hope they remembered to change the sheets before we laid down. The location was beautiful. We drove down to Falls Park on the Reedy River before we realized we could have just walked! We took the car back afterwards and just walked to dinner, which was not the greatest but that's another review. The parking is mostly valet, unless you can find yourself a close enough spot somewhere else. We took the valet, and it seemed as though the price of the valet was already included in the price I paid to Trip.com! The gentlemen we so sweet, the only problem was one of them seemed to be sweating a LOT. We were afraid the car was going to smell from his sweat soaking into our seats! LOL. The lady at the desk when we checked out was the worst, she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude when I asked about the second charge on my bank account. She told me that it was an authorization charge, but guess what honey? It went through and I have been double charged for this room. I'm going to tell you right now it does not deserve that much money. A week after my trip, when the charge finally went completely through, I called the hotel and explained my situation and asked for a refund. She told me there must have been something wrong with the website I paid to and refused to look any further into it for me. So I called Trip.com and spoke to Yolanda. She heard what I was saying, told me she was going to call the hotel and get it straightened out, and when she came back she had the name of the person she spoke to at the hotel (Maria), told me Maria sees now how it was a mistake to charge me and is promising a full refund within a few days. Yolanda went above and beyond to make sure I got my refund. She could have just told me to call the hotel again and explain it better, but she took it into her own hands and got me what I wanted. The people at this hotel are awful, but the location is convenient and beautiful. If you are willing to deal with stupid people for the length of your stay, just keep in mind you might be like me and have to deal with them even a week after."
"Traveled here for Valentines with my husband. It's downtown Greenville. It's convenient to all the downtown night life. Hotel was clean. Parking was in a parking garage. Due to Covid-19 at that time the amenities within the hotel was limited but the restaurant attached to the hotel was available. We enjoyed our stay. "
"Quick and easy check in. Friendly front desk staff. Well up to Hilton standards. Clean and comfortable room. Received all my Hilton perks. The price was right and would recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area."

"Nice, new-ish hotel about two blocks from the Falls at Reedy Creek trail and directly across the street of the minor league baseball stadium. About five blocks from the main shopping district downtown; an easy stroll. We had a top floor room (8th floor) and was pretty quite overall. You can still hear traffic noise even that high up. The hotel was very clean and well managed. I liked the onsite parking garage included with the room. Don't know if I'll ever get used to paying $300 or so a night for any hotel, but it is what it is. And at least it has a kitchenette. Breakfast was much improved from the time I was there during COVID, which was nothing more than a granola bar and water. I would definitely stay again, even with the price."

Amazing
GGuest UserWe enjoyed one night at this gorgeous hotel! This was a quick holiday getaway for myself and my teen daughters. The hotel facilities are top notch with beautiful decor and amazing views and location. We enjoyed the pianist in the lobby, drink up check in, easy valet service and storage of luggage while we walked around downtown before leaving. The staff were overall extremely friendly with only a few exceptions that were just mediocre. The room had lots of seating which was nice as well as soft blankets on the bottom of the beds, although the blankets looked as if they needed a wash with some spots of things so unfortunately could not use. We enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace and being able to walk to the beautiful scenery of the river, great shopping, and food options such as Gather GVL food hall and ice cream at Marble Slab. And I was thrilled the cute little holiday market right outside the hotel was open for us to shop around and grab some great smelling holiday candles. Breakfast at Between the Trees was amazing - highly recommend the omelets and blueberry pancakes!
GGuest UserGreat place to stay right near the action. Walking distance to anywhere. Front desk, valet, room, breakfast all great. You will love it if you stay here. Would definitely go back in the future.
GGuest UserThe staff was friendly they even let us check in an hour early. The room was fairly clean, but the bathroom was not so the tub was very dingy, had a patchy spot in the tub, and the door knob looked like they hurried up and replaced them before we got there cause one knob was silver and the other was gold. I was very shocked at my experience with holiday inn Express because I always book with them wherever I travel and this is the first one I ever was disappointed with.
MmitchellgeraldVery nice place but amenities are minimal. Not hot tub or jacuzzi. Faucet was extremely loose. But mostly, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud that you can hear it even with the bathroom door closed. When I called all I was told was close the bathroom door; Room 524. Otherwise, it's a great place for the night.
SSusan ReddThe accommodations were wonderful but we were disappointed that there is not a free breakfast buffet anymore and the breakfast options you can pay for are all prepackaged and warmed in a microwave. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel after speaking to the breakfast associate. She was so kind and honest and we appreciated that.
AAnonymous UserWe were so pleased with excellent service, cleanliness, and location of the establishment. The breakfast is self serve. It would be nice to offer a little more to eat. We would stay there again.
GGuest UserI came to.visit my children and grandchildren. I enjoyed the breakfast there. The people.who clean up the rooms were very.cueteois . They had make sure we were supplied what we needed.
Eeagledanceright on the hiway folks, very noisy traffic scene fyi. the bathroom fan is on motion sensor as is the light which can be brain blitzes in the middle of the night. its a motel, so loud voices on the balcony walkway outside the door can be like alarm clocks. but hey, its a nice clean little room and this nonsmoker approves. no nourishmebt on the premise,
peace out
