S79 in District 10 is such a convenient spot! It’s perfect for a local feel away from the tourist crowds. We spent our time exploring Le Thi Rieng Park and the bustling flower market. For food, the street snacks on Su Van Hanh are incredible—so many bubble tea shops and hotpot options nearby. Great for a genuine Saigon experience!

I had a pleasant stay at S79 District 10. The hotel is conveniently located near local restaurants, cafes, shopping areas, and popular attractions. Easy access to city nightlife, markets, and entertainment spots made my trip comfortable and enjoyable. A good choice for travelers visiting Ho Chi Minh City for leisure and sightseeing.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the District 10 night market and many famous attractions, making it very easy to get around. On top of that, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with luggage and guiding us to check-in. The breakfast was also excellent.

The owner Tuan and his sister Na were very nice and accomodating owners willing to fufill any resonable requests that the guests needed. Bathrooms and shower stalls were clean. Sink was clean. Had a dining where you can sit down and eat as well as do other things. The kitchen was clean where it had enough dishes and utensils for the guests to use. Kitchen also had some 2 good rice cookers guests could use. It also had all the basic necessities that a person could use to cook food like Soy Sauce, oil, as well as other ingredients to cook food with. Also had a mini lounge area for guests to relax like read a book or use a laptop. Also has a washer and a dryer as a bonus for the guests to dry their clothing after washing it. Rooms were clean and provided basic necessities like toilet paper, q-tips, shampoo, body wash, and a toothbrush. The only negative thing about this place was that the personal rooms like space to do things which is not good if you are staying for the long term. Tuan's wife dental service was good in that the place is well lited and the color of the place which provides a welcoming atmosphere for patients from a psychological standpoint. They are very supportive in making the patient feel as comfortable as possible with their treatment where they feel minimal pain. They also make sure that everything is done right where the patient is satisfied and has no complaint. Treatment prices are very affordable compared to other dental clinics here in Saigon and if you are guest at their place, they will give you a discount. Would have liked to continue to stay here again, but needed a place with more space. Will be more than happy to comeback here again if the situation fits me!

The price was very reasonable. There's a small gym that covers the basics. Breakfast is on the 10th floor and is pretty standard. There were a lot of Indian guests at the hotel. Just a few dozen meters down the road, there's a large supermarket that has everything you need for daily essentials.

There are a few local eateries and convenience stores nearby if you just need something quick. And yes — it is a love motel, so that vibe is definitely there, especially in the room designs and overall setup. But if you’re not bothered by that and just want a unique place to crash for a night or two, it’s actually not a bad option.

I am truly grateful for the service provided by the staff at this hotel. When I arrived, I realized that I had left my mobile phone in the taxi. I consulted with the hotel staff, and they immediately took action to resolve the situation. Thanks to their efforts, my phone was eventually returned to me. Although this incident was 100% due to my own carelessness, the hotel staff sincerely took steps to help me solve the problem. The staff here are professional and demonstrate an excellent spirit of service. I deeply appreciate your assistance. I also wish for the continued growth and success of this hotel.

This is an older five-star hotel. My friend booked it for me when I was on a business trip. The price has gone up now, it's over 100 more expensive than before. I'm not sure if it's due to the season or if prices have generally increased. I heard the breakfast is really good. It's located in District 5, next to An Dong Market, and there's not much to explore around there.

1st time to this city and place. The location is good if you like quieter surrounding as its within the local residential area, convenient store just a short walk and a bigger supermarket is about 5mins away located at the main road. Some local eateries and pushcarts throughout the clock till late night too. Calling for ride is fast to come as the hotel name is quite famous. Decent breakfast if you opt for it, not a very wide selection, but enough as a breakfast standard. The hotel dont have in house meals selection, but the room comes with stove and a big fridge, so its good for self-cook. Room is clean and housekeeping is prompt with changing of sheets and etc.
